I do enjoy going here and have found several parts. Im from Birmingham and don't want to travel an hour and 20 minutes, without knowing more info about the vehicle or at least a picture. I've been looking on their website, since Thursday, for a pic of the car. It is now Wednesday (6 days later), and nothing! Please include in the info on the car, if it is an automatic or manual transmission! Please get somebody to take and upload a pic of the new arrivals everyday! I'll look again tomorrow.

The experience of selling the car was good but you can’t get in contact with them for concerns because no one availabale to answer the phone when it rings going to the voicemail and you have to leave a message and never get a call back! Then you get a check instead of cash a check that can’t even be verified so to them not being able to get through or answer the phone!! I regret my decision on selling my car to them now .

You go give them your info and check-in. You then tell them what you are looking for, and then you wander around looking for those vehicles with a list. That's all fine and good. We found a vehicle after several listed had no engine at all or critters, and we needed an engine part. We began working on removing something that takes about 30 to 40 minutes to remove bc of location. Some guys in vests with a front loader came up and started at the end of the aisle moving cars on that aisle after we were about 10 minutes in then again as we were about halfway done (harder than it looked due to some damage) the guy said we needed to wrap it up in about 2 to 3 minutes bc the loader would be back to move it. They weren't being gentle moving these vehicles-drop, push with loader, or bash on the ground to get parts off, etc... so we said thanks and left. If anyone ever suggests you check out a pull apart first take a couple of forks to your knees. It will be that much fun.

Normally, they have everything I need. This is the one time they didn't, but, I'll still return in the future if I need something

Call me crazy but... Before I drive down there and pay a ridiculous price $3.50 to walk in. How about you fix the website so people can see the inventory.. not just the newest intake of vehicles. Take some notes from Pull-A-Part

Be aware that you have to pay to enter. Whatever. Here's my $2. Couldn't find what I needed. That's fine. But the woman at the counter was absolutely awful! Like you don't have to be friendly. Idc. But she went *out of her way* to be excessively rude. Nobody wants to be treated like that.

Not enough info on the website to drive 200 miles! You need to be able to put in more information on your vehicle so you know if the place has one on the lot. No one wants to waste time running from lot to lot.

Would of like to sent 0 stars. First of all I messaged ahead of time inquiring about some pricing. My messages got viewed every time but no response. Got there at 8:50. Signs, FB and web all say 9. There where a couple employees in parking lot waiting for place to open. It was 945 when the key holder showed up and 10:10 before someone opened the door, by then many people had left (I should have but was on a mission). One guy told me it was normal for them to be late. Didn't get any kind of welcome feeling goin in, no apology or concern in the world for holding all them folks day up. Cashiers where not friendly at all. Heard one telling a customer they didn't need his $36 and thought that guy ain't being out of line, hope she don't talk to me like that. I was over charged, I tried to talk to the lady and show her the website shows a different price. All she could do was very rudely say "I can't help what your phone says" I said it's your companies website, it will say that on your phone also. Then still rude for no good reason other than her own internal issues, tells me "I go buy what my computer says". Me loosing over an hour of my day, which ended up costing me another 4 hours, since I had to take my help home, had me stuck in the Alabama sun burning up and not the least bit concerned to charge me an extra $20. Seemed like they get joy from being rude. I won't be back.

Great you pull a part yard. Very helpful people always clear and clean (for a parts car yard). They have great inventory and do keep it fresh with old and new cars.

Went to get a rear left corner tail light. The trunk must be opened to get the tail light out. I let the cashier know this, and the cashier stated a key should be in it if not, "she shook her head like, if not I don't know". Well the key wasn't in it, so I came back up and it was 5 workers were sitting there chatting at the desk. 2 girls (cashiers), 3 guys...I said is their any way to get in the trunk? there is no key, A cashier said you gotta pop it, I said how do I do that?...she then asked who I believe was a "supervisor" "how does he pop a trunk...and he replied "well the best way he can"...I'm looking like really. All those workers including him and no one offered to go out and help, or nothing. They all just continued to chat like oh well...so I walked out they said nothing..I came back in with my my jump box to try to give the car enough power to open the trunk using the button inside the car but it didn't work so I walked back up and left, no one acknowledged me..or said nothing ...I walked right passed them and out the door. I have an older Lexus es 300 (2001) but it runs good so junk yard parts are a way to keep it going without breaking the bank, but if they don't care about customers, I will spend my money elsewhere. I would have paid extra for them to remove it, but it wasn't even suggested, so either they don't do it, or cared if I got the part or not, which is more than likely the case. But that's fine, ill go somewhere else, and will never ever return to that place again! Thank you GW U-Pull it for wasting my time, gas, and providing poor service...🤦🏽‍♂👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Seamless process to sell a vehicle to be used for parts. The young lady at the sales desk had me a check in leas than 15 minutes. Here's the key, do your homework and call for advice before you go. Get all your paperwork (title, I.D., etc) in order and have it ready when you get there.

They have a bunch of stuff and it's good for most parts but some things are ridiculous like charging separately for the center caps that were specifically made for those rims or the idea of a core charge on used rims. I don't understand how somewhere that sells used car parts thinks they should be paid for the used part and then require more money from you unless you bring them back your used car part to give to them for free so they can turn around and sell it as a used part or sell it for scrap metal. It just doesn't make sense even with the faq on the web page that they say it's about recycling.

You may not see this review but on GW Parts price and website shows prices for every item but when you go to this location the prices are much higher I asked the attendant and they said the website had not been updated but I called the Stockbridge location and they said the website Parts pricing is accurate so this location is ripping people off

The manager was rude wehad gotten all of our parts in before closing time we had to wait on our boss to get there he wasn't going to let her in to pay for the parts he said that if she didn't get there in time that we was going to have to come back in the morning he had finally let her in And if you pay with cash you should be able to get your core refund instead of a credit
