First of all what is customer service ???? Because ignoring a phone call for 3 times straight , then answering the phone blantantly saying “our system is down” is unprofessional!! Its 4pm & they closed at 5 so how convenient for there “systems to be down” . Then upon rearrival they asked for documentation that was not even mentioned the first time around . They took a lunch break for an entire hour and therefore we had to spend even more time at this hell . Learn how to treat people with respect , cowards .

Needed more paperwork than expected (thankfully called before arriving and was able to get the required docs before showing up). Faxed info over to GXR, but was told that because they had an error message show on the office fax machine, they shut it off, so I had to email them info I had already sent in. They also went on break from 11:45-1 so I had to wait there for them to return from their 75 minute lunch. And, as others noted, they write on your windshield in a weird orange chalk that's hard to get off (I brought purell and paper towels with me and after 5 minutes of scrubbing the windshield still have orange chalk on it). The entire process was needlessly difficult and took several hours because of their lunch break. Absolutely call before arriving to ensure you have the right paperwork and be ready to spend half a day there.

Complete crooks. My car was towed here and they require totally unnecessary documentation that has nothing to do with the police department to release your vehicle because of “their own policies” to extort as much money as humanly possible out of you. They are rude, arrogant, And they even had the balls to lie saying that the division of the police department that releases cars is closed on a holiday and refused me access to my vehicle to be released these people should be shut down.

TERRIBLE!!!!! they wrote on my car with a paint that takes forever to take off, the number on google isn’t even the number you can reach them at, they do not care about the fact that we are in a pandemic and have no remorse they just want their money.. less than one star

It's never a fun experience having your car towed/impounded but dealing with the people here was actually quite pleasant for what it was. They answered the phone quick, answered all my questions accurately and got me my car back in no time. The only annoying thing is they write with some sort of chalk on your windshield and it's pretty tough to get out. Other than that it was a quick and easy visit.Edit- Cheap easy way to get that chalk off- Hand sanitizer, micro fiber towel, and a little muscle

Worst company I have ever felt with. They were completely unreasonable in a global pandemic. The owner of the company found sick pleasure is holding my car and charging me. They wouldn’t help under any circumstances and belittled me for no reason. These people are bottom dwellers and should never be used under any conditions. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Less than one star.

Tried to call them to inquire about what I needed to get my car released as I didn’t have the time to go back and forth. The place closes at 5 and the earliest I can leave work is 4. No one answered the phone making it impossible for me to ensure I could get my car released today.SHAM like no other

The worst towing company, don’t even let ur car there, they will charge extra money and won’t let get ur car from there It’s nightmare with company.

for what they’re doing and the angry people they must get , they were pretty polite and effective - and treated me decently. Only cons were they write on ur car with this yellow chalk that you have to scrape off to get off which is absurd to me, and the rate of stay per day is ridiculously expensive

My son got his car towed, but they gave him hundred of excuses to have more days accumulated on storage before releasing it
