I have been using this company for three years. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed a significant decline in both service and performance recently. Customer support needs to improve communication and stay up-to-date with the parts they are ordering. Delays and missed orders are costing me valuable time and money. I strongly recommend additional employee training to ensure tasks are handled correctly and efficiently. I hope they take these concerns seriously to improve their service.

You know when you go to AutoZone and ask for wiper blade and they ask if vehicle is 2wd or 4wd. It felt like that when asking for a transmission. I kept saying the transmission I'm looking was between a certain year range since they share the same transmission. The person over the phone kept wanting my year vehicle so I gave a random year to make him happy. Then ask what engine configuration (single cam, dual cam). Again I say it don't matter they transmission is technically the same. Then in a rude manner says "no they are not the same" like hes a GM transmission expert. I gave in and give him my engine configuration so we could get to the next step. Finally found one and was quoted close to 400 Like it has super low miles or something. I decided to call a different place and got a quote for 300 with less miles for same transmission. I'm docking 1 star because of the price. And docking 2 stars because the attitude from the person like he's a transmission guru. The staff needs to know there's a thing call parts interchangeability. It's not always lock to one specific year and model.

Everyone that I had called from Fort Collins to Greeley recommended H&H. So I finally gave in and ordered a rim through them. I ordered the rim On February 24 and was told it would be here within seven business days. Seven business days have come and gone seeing as I’m making this review on March 11 and I have still not gotten in my rim. I had called after the ninth business day to ask where my rim was or what the update was and I was told that it was not ordered yet because someone forgot to order it. So it would be here within another three days. I had called on March 10 to ask if my rim had come in yet and I was told That it was at the Loveland location and that I could go pick it up and someone should have called me. My car is not in working condition seeing as how I needed a rim for it, So I got a ride up to their weirdly located location and my rim was nowhere to be found yet again it still was not even ordered. Because my father had had enough with their running around with me they Refund me and refunded me for the wrong amount. I have yet to get a call back on that issue as well. I would not recommend them, Or go through them for something as simple as a bolt.
