The Japanese car specialist at HAP was extremely helpful, and the price we paid for the front end of my Acura was very fair. Not having to take the car apart myself — especially in the Sacramento heat — was a huge relief. With how expensive things are these days, being able to find quality parts for much less than buying brand new is truly invaluable. What impressed me most was the extra care: after giving us the front of the car, he noticed a missing lamp and brought it out to us without adding any extra charge. Great service, fair pricing, and attention to detail — highly recommend!

I just wanted to mention how helpful these guys were at this shop. When I called for information looking for a specific transmission for a vehicle that I have needed to find a transmission for and have been looking around for one for a year. They are a busy shop but still helpful on the phone. Let me add when I called them, both times I called, they answered the phone after the first ring ! Thank you very much HAP AUTO RECYCLING...

Very BAD customer service and extremely RUDE!!! Spoke with BEN over the phone regarding a few parts that I wanted to purchase and he told me he was not going to pull the parts for me because it was not worth it for him to pull the part!!?? I was also going to purchase a computer module from them, however, after reading the comments about how they change the price from what they originally quote you over the phone, once you get there in person, I decided to just take my business else where. This place used to have friendly staff and great customer service. However, they have definitely changed for the worse. Will never give them my business again.
