    The best place to get parts or work done. Roger is super friendly and very knowledgeable. The machine shop does exceptional work.

    Terrible service they said they fixed our lawnmower but the day we went to picked it up they did not on turned the lawnmower the whole way and they claimed it was fixed so we took it home the lawnmower would not start and what is really bad they said they put new parts on it. We will not be going back to thta store ever again.

    Need small engine parts? This is the place to get them. They have hard to find parts for cars and lawnmowers. Great customer service!

    a joke. i guess if you want a quart of oil or a lawnmower engine rebuilt, go for it. i took a 55 cadillac engine there, with the rebuild kit, to be redone. they didn't put in the rear seal. they didn't put in the front seal. they didn't bolt the timing gear. they just put the cover over it and called it a day. bent pushrods. i went back to roger, furious, with my proof of the shoddy machine work...demanding my money back/compensation, and he replied, "just run it and see what happens." seriously? i wouldn't be surprised if they used pinball machine parts in it. i have since had the engine rebuilt by someone who can stand by and behind their work. it's a shame that butler doesn't have a better pool of machinists to pull from. when the rest of butler has gone out of business...i'm surprised he's still in business.
