These guys are top notch whether they are towing a semi to the shop or working a wreck. I have experience on both sides and would never recommend anyone else!

Amazing!!! They helped me schedule an appointment to pick up my truck almost an hour away in Eola. The driver showed up fast and was able to work his equipment like second nature. The driver's name was Memo and he was able to find the lot in the middle of nowhere even when GPS sent him almost a mile away. The price was even a little lower than I expected. Please share and recommend!

Joe was awesome. Towed from I-10 to dealer in San Angelo TX. Took great care in hooking and dropping my truck & trailer. Joe is very respectful, a great conversationalist, and a good driver.

The biggest crooks in West Central Texas. The owner disregards TDLR rules and state law constantly. It doesn’t help that there tow truck drivers don’t know tow truck regulations either.

They didn't directly notify me of their office hours at the time of towing to go pick up my vehicle. The San Angelo Police department towed my vehicle by them even though I had already had one on the way to pick up my car after the accident. They weren't able to tell me the price to get my vehicle out of their lot. I wouldn't use their service because it is a very high priced facility. America Sucks.

For context, I was involved in a car accident recently, like most are, and this service is utilized to move the accident away from the scene. When given the option of towing, the cops tell you that you may get it towed to the lot or your home. The home option is a charge the lot is free. Okay, obviously, I go with the lot option, because I was just in a car accident. Get checked out at the hospital, get settled, okay, now lets go get the car. Folks on the phone say we can get it back for $88, okay excellent, let's make room for the car and get it home. Call them back and take the $88 deal, well now it's $378. Where did that come from?? Person on the phone say its the cost of moving the car, given all the fees they have to pay. That is not what was told to me. Fine, I need my car back regardless so sure. Well I have to be in person to sign off on paperwork. Get there, and want to sign paper work, and now its actually $478?? Well that is the added $88 fee along with the release fee garbage and taxes. They lure you in with a seemingly $100 option, a good deal, and will be seen as a saving grace to all involved in a car accident, when it's in reality, upwards of a $500 charge. A scummy way to run your business, especially taking advantage of people who were just in a car accident. Unbelievable.

Best service ever! They had the best interest of my son first and looked at the problem before having to tow (which the driver saw the issue) to potentially spend hundreds at a Honda dealership for service/repairs. Appreciate the professionalism and customer care! A must use company.

I wrote a review of this place in April 2020. I noticed recently that they somehow had my review removed. My experience with this place was so extraordinarily bad, that I’m now reposting it word for word as it was in 2020. Whether the place has changed for the better or not, I want them to remain permanently accountable for what they did. My review was as follows: My vehicle was stolen in San Angelo the week of April 12. A few days later, the police recovered the vehicle, and it was towed and impounded at Home Motors. It was not clear what I would be responsible to pay for when I picked my vehicle up, but I went from Abilene to pick it up. When I got there, I did not have enough cash to cover that roughly $500.00 impound fee. I attempted to talk to the staff there, and I was treated with a callous disregard for my situation. Now, by this time, during the Covid self-distancing and business restrictions, my work had been reduced for several weeks, which reduced my income. My wife had been laid off entirely. My family was struggling like never before, and we were essentially unable to absorb another blow. Yet here I was, without transportation home to Abilene, with no place to stay, and with little money. Needing desperately to return to Abilene for work, I practically had to beg to speak with the owner of Home Motors to essentially beg for some alternate payment terms. What I received from this man was more animal than human. He treated me in what was simply an extraordinarily unnecessary rude, insulting, and abusive behavior. The man I spoke with, who I assume was the owner, made it clear to me that he did not care that I may lose my job, and that it would lessen my ability to pay the impound fee, as he repeatedly said “you either pay the fee, or I will sell your vehicle at auction.“. In the course of the conversation, this man insulted me repeatedly in numerous ways. Even when I sighed, he literally stated that I was pathetic and manipulative. Now, I have my MBA from a reputable college, and I understand business. I understand if a business is in the position of not being able to be flexible on their payment terms. There are many justifiable reasons for this. That’s not what I’m complaining about. What I’m complaining about, and what was completely unnecessary destructive, is this man’s verbal abuse, and his callous disregard of damage being done to his community. As unlikely as it may be, if there were truly nothing he could do in terms of coming to a payment agreement, I understand that completely. But what was unnecessary, and extremely immoral and destructive, is the fact that I was repeatedly insulted by this man, and that he was willing to engage in behavior that repeatedly degraded me when I was already in an extraordinarily difficult situation. When I left his facility, I left wondering hard why the city would award contract to such an immoral and abusive human being. Why would the city reward a man who runs his business like this? Why would the police utilize his service when he spews this type of poison out into the community. Doesn’t his behavior erode the essential mission of both the city and police department? I want to make it clear, although accused of doing so multiple times, I never, not once, asked this man if I could pay him one penny less than the fee that he was charging. What I was hoping was if I could break the total into two payments over the course of the week period. I offered to pay what I had, which was just more than half. I didn’t exactly know what I expect, however, I had to try. My family was in extreme crisis. I needed my job. Any attempt by him to resolve the issue would’ve been optimal. Any expression of compassion would have been desirable. A response of silence would’ve been completely acceptable. This man chose none of these responses. He literally chose to insult, degrade, and antagonize me when I was already at a breaking point. Both the city decision makers and the police need to know more about how this man runs his business.

They towed my vehicle via my call through AAA. Very friendly and professional! I appreciate the advice given by the technician as well about what to do when we arrived to the garage to have our vehicle serviced. 100% positive experience! Thank you so much!

I called Home Motors in the midst of a thunderstorm. My battery was dead. There were six or seven warnings of giant hail in the area and I did not want to ask friends to come out into the storm. Home motors arrived quickly! That guy smiled the entire time and worked quickly in spite of being pelted by hard rain. He completely made me feel comfortable about calling. The price was super reasonable. I highly recommend this company! I wish I’d gotten his name.

I was in a wreck on Hwy 87. Home motors came to help or more like scavenge all they could from the week and helpless. I am not week or helpless!! Thank you my Lord!! They are like vultures!! My truck was totaled almost putting my new business out of service completely. 💯 other parties fault!! I was struggling not receiving a pay check for 5 months. Home motors shows up trying to take my vehicle with all my person belongings, tools and equipment to run my job. I had to stop them! I proceeded to unload everything and put it in a pile separate from wreck. When my back was turned they started taking things from my belongings and hiding them in the back off the pickup under debre from wreck!!! I caught it thank you God!!! Also I just fueled up my 100 gal slip tank and pickup 30miles before the wreck. They stole my fuel and refuse to call me back. Nothing like taking advantage of a person when they are knocked down Shame on these people. I pray for them!! That nobody else has to suffer from this business!!

Worst customer services I have ever experienced! All I was trying to do is pay the bill for my niece. We were told the day before payment could be accepted via phone. I live 6 hours away so I couldn’t just drive up there. When they were up there to pick up the truck it became a problem. Do not remember the persons name I talked to on the phone but he was extremely rude. He told me the payment could not be processed for security reasons. Which I do not have problem with except for they had multi sources sent to them to verify my identity. He did offer to come back on his day off. The most irritating part is after I went to Walmart to send the money I looked at my account money was taken out. So there didn’t appear to be a security reason when he ran the card. Thankfully the money was deposit back. Over all it does not take much to talk to someone respectfully.

Mark with Home Motors called me prior to leaving Home Motors and again when he arrived. Instead of immediately loading my vehicle, he first asked me what my truck was doing. After listening to my description, he was able to diagnose the potential issue, start my truck, load it on his tow, and take it to the shop for final repair. His friendliness and kindness turned my morning around! He was a true professional.

My semi truck broke down on I-10 out in Ozona TX. 100 miles from San Angelo. Nobody else would come get me so Home Motors was there. Marcus the driver when he got there was so nice and very professional. He did all he could do to make sure that i was comfortable and being a female driver I am always watching my back. Marcus was the best though. There are still good people in this world. Home Motors rescued me and I appreciate the kindness and the professionalism that I received from Marcus. Keep up the good work. I thank you guys for being there to get me when no one else would.

Forgot the man's name that helped us 🤷‍♀️ but there was only one and he was great! He encouraged us after it was determined we would need notarized documentation and we were on a time crunch since it was Sat. and he'd only be there half-day. But we got it all done just like he said we would, got our car out of impound and drove home 🚗 💕 🙂

My daughter is going to college at ASU. She drove down to lake Nasworthy where their pickup broke down so they called the insurance company who contacted home motors @ 4:00 PM after calling in 3-4 times and being told it would be another hour they were finally told just before 8:00 PM they would be there soon but they had an emergency. Maybe they did, but they never told them this until 4 hours later. Instead of sitting in the heat they could have found a ride to their apartment. I see this company has mixed reviews, I would say you better hope nothing else is going on or you will sit there and be lied to that they are coming. A simple phone call could eliminate many problems. Showing up 4 hours and 13 minutes later is unacceptable regardless of any excuse. I don’t doubt the next person could have a good experience but know this can and did happen.

We contacted them and obtained a cost per hour for loading a vehicle on a flatbed. $200.00 an hour. When they arrive they charged the driver of the flatbed $400.00 an hour. They did the job but they did not treat me honestly. I feel that they took advantage because I am not located in Texas. Beware of false promises.

Mom and sister broke down passing thru San Angelo. Sherriff stopped, helped and called for a tow service to get them off the road. I was glad they were Ok but I thought, for sure this is gonna cost me an arm and a leg! I asked the tow guy over the phone if he could just drop it off at the hotel Mom &Sister'd be spending the night at to avoid the storage fees in case the car overstayed for any reason, he said yes. Get a call later and was informed it got dropped off at the Tow yard instead...i thought, ok now i am screwed. Towing fees plus storage fees plus repair costs...oh no!!! Well boy was i wrong! The person i spoke to the next morning genuinely help us out and charged a more than fair fee, recommended a repair facility and even towed it to a alternate repairshop of my choosing that was literally right around the block from them. Overall great experience....even thinking about Purposely breaking down next time i'm in the area!

I prefer Clark's! I know they're going to take care of my stuff. My son went to the Post Office and the car rolled back one front tire behind the concrete lip and one in front. He sent 2 guys who thought they'd take the bottom off, LeRoy Clark came out looked at it and got out a 2 by 4, he had them edge it up little by little with him laying under my car moving it up with the 2 by 4. When it was up, they sat it down, Roy looked at it and said I could drive it home. He's my cousin but he's got the guts to get the job done. My friend's car was totalled and they said she could sign the title over to them at Home Motors! I was standing there!

I cant tell you (the reader) how much I appreciate this place... I drive truck for a living, ran out of fuel. Home motors sent a gentleman name Jeremy up here off of 87 to help me out. Check my previous reviews of other companies and you will see I dont sugar coat things or mince words. Jeremy came out here and went above and beyond to do the best he could to help me out. Polite and professional 100%. As a customer to the business I just want to say it's the little gestures and employees like this that make you shine and remind those of us that care that the world is not filled with greedy self righteous people. Let Jeremy know thank you again and stay safe out here👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Have you ever had a Tow trip you would call enjoyable or a blessing? Well we were just towed by this company. Specifically Wrecker Drive Vince assisted by his sweetheart of a wife Katie. They were knowledgeable, efficient, beyond friendly and kind. They showed genuine concern for us and our welfare. And on top of that at a fair price, they towed us 60 miles - truck and 5th wheel attached - parked our RV in a park and helped us set up. They were just awesome. I hope I never need another tow - but I hope there are more like them out there if the need arises. Darcel Depweg

My friends ride was impounded on Saturday night. We called on Sunday and was told we had to wait until Monday...(Even though there is a statement saying you can pick up your vehicle 24/7 with a hour notice) went on Monday morning to pick up the vehicle and was charged $50 for a certified notification, which was sent out on monday and we received it the following Thursday!? Oh well, c'est la vie
