    Don't use this company. I haven't had trash picked up in month buy they still charge you like other customers have put on here. If trash not picked up by tomorrow I'm canceling them going to republic services

    I Forgot to put my cart out and the driver got off of his truck and proceeded to get my cart and dump my trash. Thank you very much to this driver!!

    Started with the largest container paying $45 a month. Two years later and they have decreased the size of our container and we now pay $75 a month. That’s for every other week pick up. Apparently their rates go up every year just because they can. Absolutely ridiculous.

    Customer service was not the greatest, but once I was connected with the correct personnel everything was fantastic, full of information and best rates all around, it was worth the wait, I am glad I made the change,,, thank you Christy for all your help.

    This place is the worst. It is hard to get ahold of anyone. And they always take ur money but rarely pick up the trash.
