If I could give ZERO stars I would! Watch out! They are NOT loyal to their word! We have a warranty and they will NOT honor it now. We got an engine and sent it to an engine shop to find out the connecting rod is bent and no good. Are machine shop guys exact words were “it’s bent to all hell”. We’re just even asking to be reimbursed for that specific part but no dice. If we had put the engine straight into our truck it would have been worse off then the engine we were planning to switch out for. We run a business and our biggest philosophy is being honest and loyal. We would never warranty an item and not honor that to our customers! Good job because now we are telling everyone to stay away including our own clientele, friends, and family!

I wasted my time terrible customer service. I own a mechanic shop. I called them the day before and they gave me a price of 690.00 for an abs pump and that they had it on the shelf so I could pick it up. I arrived first thing in the morning, I've been waiting for 2 hours and I still don't know if they have the part, they say they are looking for it. As a business owner I don't have this much time to spend on anything. I'm not coming back here for nothing.

Called them on the phone today about a hood then drove an hour out there for them to hand me a sheet of paper to go look at the hood for myself on the car. Well, car has no hood. Maybe you guys should check to make sure things are available before confirming on the phone with people. Update your inventory. Not coming back this this sorry place.

I've heard about Hoopers for years and years since they are from my hometown but never had a need to use them. Well, since I did now, I went there today and even though it's let's say " just what you would think a junkyard would look like "...I was greated with much respect and the gentlemen working inside there took my order for the car part that I was needing and had their guy working on the lot go and " pull " it for me so I didn't have to wait very long at all. I was very happy 😊 with my experience today at Hoopers Used Auto Parts. 🚘

Was able to find a window for my friend they pulled it it took a little time but that's what they tell you to expect if you're not pulling it yourself

Tow truck driver told me he was coming but never showed, contacted him the next day and he said he would come after while, zero communication skills, very rude to have some waiting for days, the people in the office sounded like they were gonna work everything out but.....they put me on hold over and over again with no answers, this business was not the professional and very rude

They had my taillight i wanted but when I saw them they were not in good condition, so I was leaving until they told me to wait for another truck that was not in inventory, and indeed they brought them in good condition.

Gave me wrong engine then expected me to wait on the phone while they called me a theif because I didn't have the invoice with me at the time so they could fix their mistake when that could have been done once I got the correct engine and been on my way I called back and they immediately started cussing at me I will never go back

Don't do business with this company, they are part off a scam through the internet. They sell trash motors and lie about the milege.

Best salvage yard I've been to. Guys are super friendly and prices can't be beat! Worth the drive! I drove 1.3hrs!! Best deal!
