It was a terrible experience and the customer service was very poor. I contacted them multiple times—daily—to follow up on the part I ordered, but they kept telling me it would ship that day. In reality, they never shipped it; they only said that to stop me from calling. I do not recommend this shop or yard at all. They will just get your money.

The customer service at this place is simply terrible. From the moment you walk in, the employees greet you with nasty looks, as if you were doing them a favor by being there, when in reality you are the customer bringing your money. Their attitude is rude, always bad-tempered, and they make you feel uncomfortable with the way they respond, as if you were a burden to them.<br><br>The waiting time is unacceptable: more than 3 hours just to be helped with one part, and during all that time no one bothers to inform you or apologize. They show no interest whatsoever in providing good service; it seems they couldn’t care less about the customer experience.<br><br>In short, this is a place where you leave frustrated, feeling like you wasted your time and money, with absolutely no desire to return. The treatment is so miserable that the last thing you would ever want to do is recommend this place to anyone.

Might be good for body panels, don't buy transmissions or engines here. Seems fairly apparent that they don't know what they've got. Picked up a transmission marked good, pan was slap full of metal shavings and clutch chunks. Went to trade it out and the next one they brought me had a cracked trans housing.
