Tried to return a part that wasn't working. But their manager treat you like a criminal saying that you switch out the part when clearly the part was marked.

The employees here are fantastic. I desperately needed a discontinued part and only one vehicle on the lot had it. They helped me retrieve the part and saved my car! The sales manager Bryon made sure that I was able to obtain my part. I’ve been going here for years and every visit has been a pleasant one. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Terrible customer service, rude worker. My dad went to return an item, a worker there was disrespectful towards my dad. Also had my dad do his job for him when its his job to put the items in the back. He also refused to give my dad his refund if my dad didn’t put item in the back himself. From what my dad also said, he was also racist towards my dad. There was more to the story but I’ll just leave it at that. But my mom had to come and speak with the man and eventually got the refund. Never going back to that place again.

Update on my review 2024: I have been coming here since this yard first opened up. Just my experience, yard is clean because no one comes here. They pull all the "good" parts and jack up the price for them self. So if you're coming in for spiceal model car like m3, civic si ect. or performance wise, dont even waste your time. parts are super expensive, and they will charge you w.e they can example control module they will mostly likely charge you as a ecu 99% of the time which cost alot more unless you say something and some cashier are rude and act like they know every parts price, they'll charge you a completely different price or the highest price tag and will argue with you untill you show them the price list on there website. This store in stockton also refused to refund even if the part was marked with the warrant sticker!!! MAKE any excuses not to get the refund!! But the one in Sacramento is cool. Becareful they also treat you as criminals, and the manager will act smart, so don't even try to start a conversation. I said, Pick n pull is way better

Only gripe is the prices. On the good side, the lot is organized well. The vehicles are laid in rows and the counter people give you a map of locations. I went to get a seat belt for an old Chevy truck. I found one and removed it myself. Seat belts that fit are being rebuilt now. I called around and Pic and Pull had none in that body style. i-Pull-u-Pull had several on site and told me so on phone. Would be super nice if they could put all the Chevys separate from the Fords and Dodges. People there were nice and doing a good job. I might be expecting a little too much from a self serve wrecking operation.

This place charges an arm and a leg compare to pick n pull, Charging over $100 for a headlight at one point its ridiculous. Also they call themselves self serve but they pull parts and put it on display and mark it up the price. If you gonna do that might as well open up a private store instead. They also have cars behind fences and charge ridiculous amount to pull from them.

Terrible customer service, the “manager” Ryan (he told Me his name was Brian) writes up DMV documentation incorrectly then refuses to correct his mistakes, told me to go to another DMV when DMV told me to have the dismantler redo it. I never stated you falsified documentation, and how did I if it's the documentation you gave me? Maybe DMV personal should come into your business and get educated by you on the latest rules and regulations of DMV since you guys are up to date, and DMV staff isn't. Bottom of the barrel methods of conducting business. Bryon got the same rudeness he gives to your customers in return, doesn’t matter if you work in a Junk Yard, sell parts, sell Salvaged vehicles customers deserve respect and good customer service.

I give one star to the company and two stars for Maria. She was the gorgeous employee taking entrance fee's and asking if she could look up a car I was looking for. She can look up anything she wants and I'd be happy with it. When you have a mask on and can still pull off gorgeous then she's got it all. Oh, and she was smart, friendly and happy. If I was only a hundred years younger.............

I love this place and I come here all the time but today as I was leaving to go get some more tools they asked me to open my bag and show them inside of my bag so I did and I don't have anything in there but my tools I didn't see them asking anybody else to open up their bag so I didn't go back to him because I got offended I think that if you're going to ask one person you should ask everybody and it was a little short Asian girl that asked me. Anyway just wanted to put that out there for I pull you pull to read hopefully they change that besides that everybody is pretty friendly and knowledgeable nice and it usually like coming here take care have a great day God bless

This is a good place to go instead of pick and pull. Lots of cars and if you don't want to pull that part then they have people who will do it for you for a fee. Friendly, clean, easy to find stuff in the yard. Free wheelbarrows, hoists use. Good prices. $2.00 bucks to get in. Lots of parking

Just opened last week. Good selection of vehicles, higher quality than most DIY yards. Free wheelbarrows and engine pickers. Prices are posted and reasonable. Bottled water is supplied on hot days, and you can request parts to be removed for you. There is a piece of clean carpet under every vehicle to lay on. Nice touch.

The "new" place for used auto parts in Stockton. They are a well run establishment. The yard is clean and drains really well when it rains, unlike some other places. Cars are in better condition and are replaced more often. Overall better junkyard experience.

Terrible customer service the woman behind the front desk was very rude. Their website says they close at 5 ....I rushed over after I got off work thinking I had plenty of time being that it would only take me 10 mins once inside and I was turned away at the door and told they stop letting people in at 430 ..I pointed out that it was 433 and she said they are already kicking people out.....horrible experience. Waste of time money and gas ....and after sitting in an un air conditioned vehicle to get a part to ensure the safety of myself and my passengers be turned away so rudely .....I will pursue further action as well

I used to go to pick n pull for everything but lately I found that this place has good pickings. The cars and trucks are fresher. Not as big as stockton pick n pull but the cars seem to be fresher. I will always go to this wrecker before going to pick n pull.

Nice the workers are cool very friendly some have a sense of humor very helpful I just love the policy you could return it and get your money back if your part don't work can't beat that I know Pick-n-Pull can beat that I don't think there's a Auto Parts in Stockton that can beat this policy I was telling my friends if you need parts for your car go to I pull U-Pull they got the money back guarantee and nobody can beat that keep up the good work 5 thumbs up

Maybe because this business is just starting up that I did not find it helpful. I'll try again at a later date. Only 2 stars until then. Nothing positive to say. Came 12 2018 and still didn't find anything I needed. Update* 1 2020 the selection is better.

The choice of vehicles is mediocre at best. The young lady taking the gate fee greets with a smile, then when you check out with your part, you find that the parts are almost as expensive as a parts store. And of course you are given a receipt in case there are problems, but it's the kind of receipt that if you rub on it too much, it's just a piece of paper with no ink or what you purchased on that piece of paper...I found pick and pull to be a much better yard.

10 dollar tires more like get a 10 dollar tire and you must buy the rim which is way more than buying a tire at pick n pull. the upside is that the place is orginized n some specials are decent . i would rather go to pick n pull at least i find what i need .
