    I went to this place today, I agreed to rent such a spare part myself to make it cheaper. After paying and removing the spare part, he said there was no guarantee. But he said it was working, it turned out that the inner part was burned. I don’t recommend this place, I just read the reviews. If I had read it right away, I definitely wouldn’t have gone to him. Also, he doesn’t make a refund if the part doesn’t suit you, he just changes it to another one that may not fit either. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

    I regret to say that I cannot recommend this business based on my experience. Unfortunately, I felt that they did not make a sufficient effort to work with me as a customer and address my concerns. Despite my interest in continuing business with them, I was left feeling that my needs were not a priority. In my opinion, businesses that truly value their customers make an effort to understand their concerns and offer solutions, which was not my experience here.

    This place is complete trash. I’ve been talking to the owner for a week straight making sure that they have the right part. I drove three hours to get here and it’s the wrong part. Very unreliable and unprofessional, DO NOT buy from this guy. buyer beware!

    They have the worse customer service. My daughter purchased a tire that was rotted. She had a flat within a week and they didn't provide a receipt. My other daughter and I called and were both yelled at because "HE" had a language barrier. I finally figured out that he was asking was it "steel or aluminum." They are very rude to women. I'll travel an hour away before giving them another dollar.

    I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this place. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and made no effort to resolve my issue. I will definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

    Bad business!!!!! Very rude, flip flopper. Catfisher.. He posted parts online for certain price, i got there he said online price is incorrect ( am like who posted the prices) and he won't honor whats been posted... has credit machine displayed but only takes cash only.( no signs to advise customer for form of payments)

    Called in to ask about a part. They said they had it waiting for me. When I arrived, they didn't have it and made me walk to the car, where everything was pulled out already, and I had to climb on top of some radiators and gas tanks to get to the car to look for the part. Part was missing. Wasted trip and received 7 mosquito bites and muddy shoes for what I believed was a quick stop, but instead took one and a half hours. I don't mind pulling the part myself, I was just expecting very different.

    Absolute horrible exp. Will never go back. Paid 600$ for a bad motor. Every time I asked a question regarding the warranty he’d cut me off and to say he doesn’t sell bad motors. Incredibly rude the entire exp. rushed me out while I was tryna check the motor out and show him the oil leakage. Told me if there was any problem I’d get my money back, but when I showed him proof and pics that the block and the head were leaking he called me a liar and said it had to be put in my car and it not work to get my money back. Not to mention the motor was completely gummed up with inches of sludge throughout. after a good amount of argueing I said how about you just give me 500 back and take the Motor back and I’ll take the loss. Instead he told me no then said I’ll give 400 take it or leave it. Luckily his son knew he was in the wrong and covered the other 100 when he didn’t have to. Long story short I was scammed. Now I’m out 100$ plus the gas I spent to drive there. I guarantee you he’s gonna try to sell that motor to someone else. Save yourself and your family the heartache of dealing with a slime ball like this.

    This place scams people and tells you it has a warranty but finds every way to blame it on you and not return the item. i will never be doing business here again and pray for anyone that does. there are plenty of junkyards in southwest houston, all better than this one.

    I had a terrible experience at this junkyard. The owner was very rude and had a bad attitude. It seemed that customer service was not a priority at this place. I do not recommend thisplace. Their prices are very high aswell.

    I also had a bad experience. He sold me a Nissan Parthander transmission and it didn't work immediately. I told him he made me drive 1:30 minutes to tell me that I had sold it and that's a lie. He sells things in poor condition. I do not recommend it... after reading these messages I would never have bought with it.

    I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with this business. Approximately two weeks ago, I purchased a lift gate for my 2018 Nissan Rogue, for which I paid $800.00 plus tax. Regrettably, during the removal process, the wires were cut by the employees, which rendered the lift gate unusable.Upon returning to discuss a resolution, I was met with a lack of accountability from the owner, who attempted to shift the blame onto me. It is obvious that the owner does not know how to own up to his own mistakes. He is happy to take your money but not as happy to help a customer when his business has done one wrong. hope this feedback serves to prevent similar occurrences in the future and fosters improvement within this businesses practices.

    Quoted me 100 for a part. Drove an hour and 45 minutes to get here now they want $400 for an ac line that brand new is $370 for an entire set.

    Not getting any part from him no more. Doesn’t have business ethics. I have a shop and deal with lot of junkyards and they take return core money even it’s after months. He comes up with his own policy and try not to give your money back. I was hoping to do more business with this company but this is going to be my first and last one. Hope they could be a bit nicer with their costumer.

    STAR? 1 star is too much for this business I am in the car industry too and business is DEFINETELY NOT run like that. People only come once i can assure you ....RUN from this crooks! They know they are selling parts that know that are NOT GOOD( the receipt says 30day warranty period and then when you take it back within they give you any excuse to NOT exchange it they said because you don't return the core within 7 days really guy? your warranty voids after it says 30day so which one is it 30 or 7? REALLY ?When you call to exchange he hang up on you. STOP giving your money to this kind of business

    If I could leave no stars .. I would.. this is the most unreliable and shady crook business.. he advertised his parts on Facebook.. once he agreed when you drive to him and show up he want to sell you his trash parts or charge you more for the one you like.. even he said got 3 different ones.. never do business with this kind of people.. don't waste your time..
