They pay very well for scrapping your vehicle. They’ll pay more than Grandpa John’s pick and pull. I got $100 more than what they were offering. Weekend prices are low and they don’t pay the best in the area during weekdays. Fast service/experience.

Thought this was an actual honest place… Today, Saturday I brought in 672lbs of aluminum. Once we had it fully unloaded onto the scale in the yard with 2 of their employees helping me. They gave me my ticket and I proceeded to the office window to get paid. At that moment the women informed me that since it’s Saturday, it’s a $0.20 deduction per pound. She points to a sign on the wall by the office that states this. But nobody sees this sign until you’re unloaded… It would’ve been nice to know I was going to get screwed out of $135 since it was Saturday before I unloaded. Neither of the employees said anything about a Saturday deduction. I would’ve came back on a weekday. But just your typical scrap yard experience of getting screwed. This place to me is just like Smittys. I will never return to this place again. I miss Heims in New Franken.

The pay out was good but when we left a hole got punched into our rear tire. Now we have to buy 4 new tires because where we bought them fromt don't have the same as we had. It sucks

Quick and easy experience, AND they're usually paying about 5© a pound more for aluminum than other nearby recycling yards. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and honest staff. They've earned my repeat business.

I was unloading scrap from my trailer when the employee informed me canvas on an old lawn mower attachment would void it.being considered clean thus reducing the price. I told him I will take it home, remove it, and bring it back in with my next load as I had to go back over the scale to re-scale. He was extremely rude and said "No, throw it on the pile" than proceeded to grab it and toss it. I was dumbfounded. To the owners and manager. Your employee had no.right to talk to me that way and at that point I was not paid and the scrap was still legally my property. Teach your employees proper etiquette.

Brought in a trailer of sheet iron, the manager Jake was very professional and assisted me through the whole process as a new customer. I was impressed with his efficiency and precision unloading my trailer with the crane. Prices were substantially higher than local competing businesses. Easy in, easy out, friendly staff all around. Will absolutely be returning with my business.

Very nice people working there before new ownership very helpful, since new ownership I dread even going to this pool place the girl behind the counter is really rude and doesn't help u with advice just tells there employees to be quiet and we'll talk about it after the customer is gone meaning rite now were ripping him off so keep your mouth shut!! I dont think they'll make it to long in business at this location if they continue on the way they conduct business!!

I live in east GB near Smittys salvage and I choose to drive completely across town for a reason. The staff is friendly and very helpful, especially with helping unload a bunch of random scrap metal from my vehicle. The prices paid are fair and they're open all weekend which is a major plus considering a lot of scrap yards aren't.

Been to the facility under the new ownership and it has suffered for the lack of hours being constantly cut. Weekend prices poor, closing at all random hours vs. what is posted, staff picking and choosing what they wish to recycle. Yes, it has improved in the yard cleaning, but lack of customers helps… Suggest to go elsewhere for your business transaction.

Dropped off a ton a of sheet aluminum most was clean, gave me aluminum breakage price at .11 cents a pound. While there the young crane operator nearly bottomed out my trailer then 5 mins later smashed the crane into his operating box swinging it back in the area of the rest of us in controllably. Will not be returning.

These guys were open on weekends and in about a week we had 5 cars hauled in and were very happy with what we got. Will do business with them again. Make sure you clean your car out and that the factory catalytic is there.

Since new ownership, place is cleaner. Just don't go on the weekend "prices are reduced on the weekend as a courtesy for the customer" is what I was told. No one knows the price until you're cashed out. Mystery price for scrap.

Stopped here yesterday and was ignored for at least 5 min. One guy standing at the counter smoking a cig. One on the computer and one loading break drums, even if your busy you should at least say something. I was here when they first opened and it seams to me like now they been in business for a while they forgot how to treat customers. Any way i loaded the 50 pounds of aluminum and 40 pounds of copper I was going to sell them and walked out.

Screwed me out of money. Lied about what they were going to pay me, they looked at my scrap and said they would pay .70 per pound, after dumping in bin then said they would only pay .40.

Scammers! He told me I would be getting breakage price for my trailer load of aluminum cuz of screws, yet when I asked him to show me the screws... he couldn’t find even one! They are taking advantage of people who don’t have knowledge or background to argue the price! Go elsewhere...

Very disappointed since the new ownership - in the past, there was always someone there during the hours posted online. I have tried to go several times (during posted business hours) and they were closed. I am now going to Bay Beach Recycling - they are always there when they say they are.

Sheet iron prices are pretty decent for the area unprepared has to be 3/8 thick or greater their yard is a dirty mud hole And you get paid in cash

Advertisement shows "Aluminum cans $.39", it's actually .39 per pound. Someone NOT from Wisconsin wouldn't know that. Waste of time to me.
