Great experience, fair prices. I picked up 3 transmissions and the staff was more than helpful. They took the bell housings off for me and carefully loaded and secured them in my suv for the ride home.

Great service , very friendly and helpful. Talked to them on the phone had parts I needed. I live a little over 2 hours away drove there and they helped me get the parts out I needed. Came home and realized I forgot one of the parts. (My fault) called them and they said they would mail me the part. I offered to pay for shipping and they refused for me to pay for shipping. 2 days later part was delivered to my front door. Now that’s customer service. Highly recommend.

We ordered A Complete Front end Nose Assembly For the 2008 GMC Sierra 1500 Pick up. They Gave Us A good Price With Shipping, And it Was Well Handled By Mr. GEORGE & DAVE, They Sent Us the Pictures Before Shipping the Item & The Front End Looked Almost Brand new, Nowadays Nobody Does Shipping Such huge Front End, But these Guys Are Pioneer At the Work they Do. We Are AMAZED & HAPPY For Their EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE GIVEN TO US. In the Future This Will Be the First Choice to buy Used Parts Whatsoever. Store Manager LISA Helped in the Complete Transactions To Get That Shipped, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK TEAM JORDAN AUTO PARTS & KUDOS

I bought 4 wheels there that my tire shop said would continue to slowly lose air. I brought them back. My salesperson tracie informed me she was doing me a favor by not charging me a restock fee (for bad wheels). I asked about 1 other wheel that was listed online. She told me I would have to pay an additional $15 core charge for that wheel because I was only buying one wheel. I explained to her that I had spent a total of over $60 in gas & 6+ hours driving the 164 miles round trip to their junk yard ... twice ... and that if anything I was looking for a discount on the single wheel seeing as it was their fault that I had to return them. She then argued with me that it doesn't cost that much to drive back and forth from Pittsburgh and that she wouldn't even waive the core charge ("It's how we make money!"). When I was down there I asked to speak with her sales manager. He didn't have time to speak with me. What a joke. Great job tracie. Great job Jordan's. Abysmal customer service.Addendum: Having seen the owner's reply ... while you could have reached out to me and expressed some concern or offered to try to somehow make things better your reply to my criticisms more or less boils down to my car couldn't possibly get such bad gas mileage? That really is some defense lol. For the record that car is a V8 Borrego that really does get well under 20mpg. Also since you've provided me with more time to consider my review it occurs to me that I neglected to note the most irritating thing about buying from you which was I was required to prepay over the phone for the wheels ... not typical for the industry ... and then it took 13 days ... THIRTEEN DAYS ... for you to actually pull the wheels from the donor car and call me to say that they were available. Also not typical for the industry.

They were a pleasure to deal with. Went out of the way to make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone from the wrenchers in the yard to the sales force and sales manager were pleasant, friendly, and went out of the way to make sure everything was right.

Ordered a parts November 11th. Today is January 24th. NEVER RECEIVED !!! Numerous excuses. Finally filed a dispute with my CC carrier. Buyers beware. I am a business too. this was an easy to deliver item with an LTL carrier which they preferred

I called 9n October 28th for a trunk lid rear fender an 2 tail lights for a 2012 ford fusion he did tell me they were short staffed so they would not be there that weekend but forsake Monday so I paid upfront. BAD mistake its been 5 weeks I've called every few days an the parts haven't even been taking off the other car yet, I was in Morgantown a few weeks ago and offered to come get the parts myself but was told I couldn't do that. So I'd suggest taking the extra time to go somewhere else because this place is a joke!

If covid hadn't cut there staff down 3/4 it would have been better but it took almost 2 weeks to pull the bumper and fender I needed and who ever pulled it had broken mounts where the body clips go like they was in a rush to do the job so condition of the parts could have been better as well

After receiving a door covered in green slime, which hid all the dents in the door. Paid with cash and they gave me a hard time about the refund and made me wait over a hour in the lobby for them to do anything about it.
