I was initially charged $50 for shipping and was told the part would be shipped the next day by sales person I spoke with on phone. Unfortunately, that did not happen. It took them 2-3 weeks before they even shipped the part out to me. During this time, I received no updates or communication from the company. I had to reach out 2-3 times just to get a receipt and tracking number for my shipment, thank you Lori for replying to emails and getting me my information. The lack of transparency and poor communication on everyone else besides Lori made the experience frustrating. While I'm pleased with the quality of the part, the delays and lack of customer service were disappointing. I hope they improve their process for future customers. 3 stars out of 5 for the fact my part was correct but the wasted time and delay.
