Most of the parts show up damaged. Customer service is garbage. Bad attitudes. Drivers skip drop offs. Expect to be put on hold multiple times while placing an order. Forget buying used parts their prices are just as much as oem. Complained multiple times about quality and service to the manager Frank. Frank decided it was a good idea to tell me to buy parts elsewhere so that’s what I do now.. I won’t use keystone unless I absolutely have to. KSI is my first choice for aftermarket parts now.

They need to hire some phone customer sales help or expand the call intake center, being on hold on the phone to order parts for 30 minutes only to get hung up on and then I call back to get put on hold again for another 25 minutes, is not saving your customers time and money as you stated in the LKQ advertisements.
