Staff at Kleeman are amazingly courteous, professional, and honest. I brought my vehicle in for electrical problems. The solution apparently was very simple and, as a result, my bill was for only a small amount of labor and no parts. I am grateful to have a service shop I can trust and which I even enjoy visiting. Sons car was towed there. I called to make payment over phone was told they won’t take my card over phone. Claimed that I can dispute the charge?! They are prejudice. I was told they pick and choose who they take cards over the phone for!? 😂😂 I have never met such ignorant people in my life. I have been all over the USA and have never been told we can’t take your payment over the phone.!? I wouldn’t give them my business and I own a company that has 12 vehicles that get serviced all the time. NOT A FUTURE CLIENT. They lost 😇
