Staff at Kleeman are amazingly courteous, professional, and honest. I brought my vehicle in for electrical problems. The solution apparently was very simple and, as a result, my bill was for only a small amount of labor and no parts. I am grateful to have a service shop I can trust and which I even enjoy visiting. Thank you, Kleeman Service Center!

Sons car was towed there. I called to make payment over phone was told they won’t take my card over phone. Claimed that I can dispute the charge?! They are prejudice. I was told they pick and choose who they take cards over the phone for!? 😂😂 I have never met such ignorant people in my life. I have been all over the USA and have never been told we can’t take your payment over the phone.!? I wouldn’t give them my business and I own a company that has 12 vehicles that get serviced all the time. NOT A FUTURE CLIENT. They lost 😇

Fawn the receptionist made me feel like I was a big nuisance very short temperament... And all I wanted to do was save some people from wasting valuable time.... But then I found out the company she was subcontracting for handed out the attitude to them ...so I would say Kleamans deserves somewhat of a pass.,...

I brought my car to another place first (A-1) They wanted to charge me $1550 for a small exhast leak. I brought it to Kleeman's because I was pretty sure I didn't need an entire new exhast system. They replaced the piece of pipe that was leaky and quoted me at $150. Saved 1400 dollars. Always follow you common sense! Service: Exhaust

I am in a BLACK 2000 Pontiac trans am WS6. Do not go here be forewarned!!! Nobody knows what they're doing the owner is a incompetent fool. They did no work to the interior of my car and still somehow managed to not only break the dash ($1200 TO REPLACE IT IF YOU CAN FIND IT ON EBAY BECAUSE THEY DON'T MAKE IT ANYMORE) of my car but also broke the center console upper and lower portion and lid to it ( $150 lid, center console upper $150 center console lower $180) the owner of the shop was nice enough to buy me a new center console lower portion however like an idiot he bought it for a Camaro that was from 1996 they're Gray everything in my interior is black... good jobThey also asked for payment up front for a "deposit" and every time I showed up to the shop to check on progress they hadn't done anything to my vehicle they had my car from 5 Oct 2018 till 16 Jan 2019 and everytime I would show up they would have done maybe one or two small things to my car I told them at the end of 2018 that that's enough I want my car back finish up I'm sick of these games finish it I'm going on vacation I'll be back Jan 7th and I expect it to be fully functional and ready for me to pick up. Now I don't know if the owner of the shop just is an idiot or didn't hear me or had brake cleaner in his ear or something but when I got back they had stored my car in their paint booth (that they don't use according to the owner) but they hadn't touched it they hadn't finished it they hadn't troubleshooted any of the problems that we're going on and they were still trying to figure out some of the issues, and to top it off my car now had little tiny red paint spots all over it that you can only see when you pull it out into the sun so it looks like a Bass pro boat yay. When they told me it needed a new water pump and power steering pump I told them have it towed a half mile down the street to the GM dealership because they're ACDelco and that dealership had put them in they're under warranty they said they would, however they did not. Instead I received a bill for both water pump and a new power steering pump. even though it had been replaced less than 500 miles before. Once they did that they said my car was ready to go I was driving it home and the check engine light came on, then the bolt fell out of the shifter one of the two bolts for the shifter so now I have a shifter that is flopping all over the place and I'm trying to shift a 6-speed manual transmission in stop-and-go traffic and I can't even tell what gear I'm in awesome great job guys next time try remembering to put loctite or even remembering to tighten the bolts this was the first of many bolts that I have found either cross-threaded or only fingertight I have had to go over this car hand by hand bolt by bolt and try and figure out every single thing they touched and make sure that it's either torque down to spec or that it's tight. Because I drive this car on tracks at dragstrips and all sorts of fun roads and well this weekend well let the pictures speak for themselves. This is how sloppy of work they did to my car with no remorse no care for safety whatsoever. I found a cross threaded bolt in the bottom backing plate of my big brake disc kit on the driver side and it snapped off the caliper off the other bolt that's what you're seeing in the pictures.I will never work with them again and I highly recommend you do the same.

I was not present at the hookup they towed my bass boat and they damaged my boat buckles, when I first called I was told I had to leave a message I believe a week went by no return phone call. I called back and the lady told me to send pictures and someone would get back to me of course no one called or emailed me back. I cannot recommend this place so be weary and be present! Film them loading you up!

Dropped my car off to get an exhaust manifold swapped out and my wideband wired to read for datalogging (it read correctly but wouldn't log), along with an axle seal. Pick my car up, the side they did the seal on had the brakes seize, so I had to pay for that; and my timing belt was rubbing against the timing cover (wasn't doing either before I dropped it off), and the wideband won't datalog or read correctly at all now.Drop it back off, pay for the brake components. Pick it back up and throw P0171 and P0517, lean condition and high voltage. I'm willing to bet my wideband isn't wired correctly now and shorting (on top of reading 10:1 afr in any condition that isn't wide open), causing the P0517, and that my o2 sensors aren't in the correct bungs; and the car runs rough.I'm tired of paying for things to get fixed that worked before I dropped the car off. Spent over $2k for that.Update: it's been 145 days since my car went in the first time and I'm still finding things they messed up, broke, or stole off of my car.
