A TRUE SHADE TREE MECHANIC SHOP!!! If I could give them negative stars, I would. It took them 6 months to replace an engine, just to tell me the engine was bad and charge me $500 extra to remove it and order a new one. Although it was not our original agreement I was more than willing to compromise with Kevin the owner. Kevin replaced the first faulty engine which should have been under warranty with a second one that I had to pay $500 extra for which $500 more than everyone else in town. When I went to pick up the car, I notice the engine gaskets were not properly sealed and missing several important screws to keep the gasket sealed. It was also leaking oil faster than it could be added from the crank seal which should not be the case with a certified used engine. I brought it to Kevin’s attention, the owner, and he said there was nothing he could do about it, considering the engine only had a 30-day warranty. It took him that long to install the engine due to being short-staffed and poor business ethics from him and his wife. I repeat do not buy not even a used car part from them as I have heard customers complain while sitting there being serviced about receiving the wrong part and not being able to get refund. There is a reason they only accept cash considering they have a high chargeback rate and probably can’t even get a credit card processor due to their shady business. They also have a high turnover over rate when it comes to keeping mechanics which also says a lot about a business not being able to keep there employees happy. Especially when the owner just sits behind a desk and does not work on cars himself.

Amazing customer service. They are wonderful people that work here, very kind, helpful, and understanding. I needed a new window fast, and they ordered it and put it in the very next day very quick service!! I called so many places for my window and they were the only ones who took time to find me it and order it for me.

The guy operating the shop took me in with no appointment. My serpentine belt came off and I was Cell Fact, I will make it a two star experience but other than that, the individual he had working for him was what I would describe as a “goof troop “ He had no clue how to do the work Had no problem, divulging that information as he A YouTube help video to guide him through the process of installing a serpentine belt on a Hyundai Sonata. Well, after three hours of waiting Es From the boss, I finally left there with a squealing belt It already had been three hours from my workday. I just bit the bullet Carried on as I would come later to regret. The Power steering fluid Never leaked previously was now majorly Leaking. I reached out to the company, and I was pretty much told. The problem was mine and mine alone.
