    These folks are top notch. The owners are super nice and even their technicians are kind and friendly. They have an impressive ability to source used parts - even obscure ones. I wish I had found this place years ago. Such a great, family owned business!

    This man lester ! Took 80.00 dollars from me for auto parts gave me wrong parts,parts that were more brike than the ones i had would not refund my money! Im building a ford truckfor my son!!! He's in the 82nd ARMY AIRBORN (all 82nd is speacal fores ! I wanted to suprise him when he comes home for the middle east ! lester said he dont give a f. Ck abuot no army and throu me out focefully!! Wow please dont do business with this ma no thig !!!

    Kevin is a straight forward and a pretty reasonable guy when it comes to parts and labor. Got me in on the same day I received an estimate. I was in and out in less than an hr. Every other shop in the area said it would be 2 weeks before they could take a look at it also charging double the price that Kevin quoted me. I have been living in the area for 30 years and always drove by this place thinking it was just a wreck yard. My only complaint is that I wish I met Kevin 30 years ago. I probably would have been able to buy a new car with all the unnecessary repairs done by other shops in the area. I’m sure Lester who is the original owner and also Kevin’s dad would be real proud of the work Kevin continues to carry out for the community. God Bless.

    Do not use this place EVER. HE WILL CHARGE YOU FOR WORK AND NOT DO IT. WE PAID HIM TO CHANGE OUR TRANSMISSION FLUID. COME TO FIND OUT HE TOOK OUR MONEY AND NEVER CHANGED THE FLUID. THIS GUY IS A SCAM FRAUD POS!!

    This shop/part store has been around since before I was born my family and myself have gone here for years Kevin is always on point taking care of the customers vehicles and parts he always has very trust worthy techs working for him . This place is not a tail light warranty. It full service

    Been using Lester's for years. It has been a while since I have been there. The owner Lester is or was a beautiful person. I am not sure if he is still top side. I hope so, he is a fair and honest man.

    I went all over Fort Myers looking for a radiator for a 2001 truck. Went to pick and pull junk yards. Could not locate this radiator. Called some auto parts stores. All quoted a high price and I would have to wait a week for it. I needed this radiator today. I happened upon Lester's. He got me the radiators, new, and had it in my hands within an hour. I paid approximately the same price, less, than what I would of paid at an auto parts store. Thank you.

    I found Lester's on a fluke driving by. A couple of occasions needed some odds and end stuff. There has been a noise for a while coming from the engine that everyone hears but no one knows what it was. First of all Kevin recommended a great shop for new tires. Very satisfied. Kevin's team did my front brakes. Very satisfied. Now bk to the noise. Kevin found the problem, but it's how he found it. Very ingenious!! It was the part connected to the ac compressor. Well today I got a new ac compressor. Drove the car and so far the noise is gone. The car runs great. Austin behind the counter is a very nice boy and was very helpful today as I had to wait in the shop for my repair. I was not feeling well so I hope they didnt think I was too impatient. Kevin and his wife sheila are awesome. I had a good feeling about these two when I first met them. Everyone there who worked on my car was great. No complaints. I wish them all the best and will definitely recommend them to others. Btw I read some of the other reviews and really stuff happens but I believe kevin had my best interest at heart. That's how I see it anyway!

    He does good work but he finds himself short handed. But he is reasonable, he aloud me to work on my alarm to reset the kill switches but there is still a problem with vehicle. Doesn't help we had hurricane ian and the devastation there; but I need my vehicle and it is nearly 2 months now. I had to find the answer and wire the alarm where it came undone to reset. Now it may be the brain be ause he did check starter, and nobody knew where my battery was, keys were in ignition car unlocked. I dont know cars and was told he couldn't reset the kill switches due to some law I don't know. Had his person looked he would have seen a wire undone and a switch to reset the switch as I did. I'm told putting it on a computer would have answered that the brain had gone bad. Again he does good work and Prices can't be beat, my family been using him for 20 years. But there are times it seems he just doesn't have the hands to the work he has to do and they don't do the job. And sadly I'm not my parents, after watching videos, without video my dad fixed the wiring and I found the switch hidden in the clump of wiring, had his guy looked at wiring he would have seen no reset was needed just a wire reattached and boom,. But now I have to pay 75 to Lester's cuz they did the tow to their lot, and it's been nearly two months. Then pay another business cost to tow it from his lot to theirs who has the ability and man power to fix my vehicle. Hooking it up to the computer would of allowed that to have been fixed at least but they didnt do that and they told m they couldn't touch or reset my alarm I almost shelled out 300 bucks to a locksmith. So if u want good work but a gamble on timeline and the willingness to fix it I guess go there or just go elsewhere sadly. It bothers me to write this review because he has done so much work for my parents but what should I do not be honest each time he has done my vehicle it's been something one time I needed time to get paid and he was about to start charging storage to me cuz it been there fixed a week! Also they only handle cash this day and age cash is the hard thing to com by, so ya.

    I have been in the auto business for over 40 years and have bought a lot of used auto parts from different places so I have some experience in this field. Recently while on vacation my AC went out of our Chrysler Pacifica. The dash controller was bad and I called Lester,s. He found me one at a fair price and quick. He was able to find me the part I needed from another dealer and had it delivered to his store the next day. When I went to pick it up the condition was not as I expected and not as Lester was told it would be. He offered me a discount that I decided against the he refunded ALL of my money. As I said I have dealt with many dealers before but he is one of the best I have dealt with in over 40 years. I tell all my friends in FLA about how he takes care of his customers. Call him first you will be glad you did.

    Price is more than any other garage,so aske before you start any job, it took 2 hours for 30 minutes job, Thanks but no thanks. My money is as good as any where else. Staff are friendly but can't take it to the bank.

    Zero stars was not an option. Tried to negotiate a price but they refused, then told me I had an attitude because they were charging $50 MORE for 9 mile difference (of course I'll have an attitude). BAD BUSINESS ETHICS. Used this company before and charged me an amazing price, reason why I returned. Was NOT pleased this time and will not even recommend to an enemy. Found another guy literally 10 minutes after and on his way to do my tow for WAY LESS!!! Thank you for refusing my service, I ended up saving money!!!! Al's Rescue Towing has 4.8 stars and gets the job done and best price in town. Drove further than Lesters and still charged $50 less

    I just got ripped off again! Ordered a rear window for my tundra, paid for it in full in advance. Received a call the next day, that the window I ordered can't be found and the only other window to be found was $75 more! I told them to go ahead and get the window but it would be a few weeks til I could get the window. They said OK. Well it was over a month but just picked up my window and it is no good!! One of the mounting bolts has broken off the frame and was laying in the wrapper! You can see where it broke and someone had tried to glue it back together! This is the second time I have had bad parts, or service done that was not right like my rear axle I had them put new bearings on and it leaked rear end fluid right away, and was told it was nothing they did, that I had a bad deal or the axle was to worn to deal right! The real problem was that their guy pushed the parts to far into the axle shaft the it never had a chance to deal. All this found later after I bought a used axle from garden street a year later after they finally opened. So the current total of bad service and bad parts is over $300.00. I sugjest this place as last resort only

    If I can give it 0 stars I would. I was recommended by a family member and it was a complete disaster. I traveled from Orlando just to get my Ac fix to find out that I needed more than the ac fix and Lester wait until the end of the day to inform me of this knowing that I needed to head back to Orlando the next day. Long story short drove back home with no ac fix took it to another ac shop they said the Ac compressor that was put on was used and not use and it will cost me to.get it fix properly. Stay away from this place it's a waste of time and money.

    They are a bunch of crooks. Bought an engine with a 101 day guarantee. The engine was no good. My husband is an ASE master technician for 31 years and has put many engines in. He brought a pierce of metal in to me to show me that was in by the timing belt. The belt was off 7 notches. He proceeded to put engine in and turned out the Mitsubishi engine front motor bracket was damaged and caused shrapnel to get into timing belt. They then insisted we tow it 30 miles to their shop because he didn't know what he is doing. They said they would put the engine in for a price. First of all we had to pay $689 for an engine that was no good. And of course they only take cash, go figure. Then they wanted us to pay a towing company to take it to them approximately $300. Then they would charge us again for the work that the POS doesn't know anything about. The only thing they know is how to rip you off. I contacted my lawyer and will see them in court. Karma sucks. Too bad.

    It wouldn't be hard to find fault here and complain about more than a few things but they did the job and they did it for what they quoted it for. It works better than it did before I brought it here. I think they are reasonable people that try to do a good job. They work with constraints like everyone else. I think they could benefit from having someone check the work before turning it over to the customer.

    Hello, if you can please avoid this place by all means, These people are crooks and they will do whatever they can to keep your car as long as they want to, this company had my car for nearly two months to replace the engine, a job that shouldn't take more than 2 weeks to complete. They also didn't offer to take off any amount for the inconvenience of service they had provided and told me straight out that they weren't compensating for anything. I do not recommend these people to anyone, the owners really have no care to get your car back on the road as quickly as possible, they actually get off on the fact that your coming to them for help, and your at there mercy, trust me when I say this, stay away from this shop and never go there for anything! any type of service!

    Be very careful with them, the guy and gal that run that place are gonna con you every chance they get. He will tell you one price on the phone and say you will get a core fee back and when you get there to pay for the item they won't order until you get there with some cash, he tells her to write this ticket up for him and adds 50 more to the price and says it'll be here tomorrow. Tomorrow lol turns into a week (and days of your life and your mechanic life has been set aside in helpless disarray) and then when you come back for the core deposit he conveniently forgot to tell her to write it on the receipt. The whole time you are dealing with them they are playing you and wasting g your time. They even told me over the phone yeah just come down anytime Eddie it won't be a problem just as sweet as can be, horrible waste of time!!!

    Horrible horrible place, we got our transmission fixed for $2000, and it broke in 117 days.There was a 90 day warranty, and he said that we would have to pay $2500 to get a knee one after we just got ours fixed. All and all worst place I've ever heard of or been to, I highly recommend not to go there, they take all your many for it to last a few days. 0 STAR RATING!!!!!!
