Junkyard is fine. Customer service is disgusting called for 2 hours straight. Can't get customer service was disconnected 10 times the one time I was connected Woman was nice tried to transfer me directly to fort Myers was disconnected.Now I am still calling...

First time customer, but a pull-a-part regular. Same company. All staff was nice, informed, and polite. Yard was clean and organized with accurate locations searchable online. In the day where most pull yards are all corporate, at least this one is better than most others. Lkq/pyp seems to be the new standard. Happy to report that this place is 10x better than the bad corporate outfits. Will return. Also, been scouring yards for decades. Nice to see one with solid concrete throughout. My boots and feet appreciate that. Better in every way!

It's not dirty like some of the others in the area. The workers are pleasant. I was able to find what we needed pretty easily. It helps to look up the inventory first so you have a general idea of where you should look.

This is the only junk yard I go to, the yard is clean and organized. With a helpful and up to date website. If it wasn’t for Toni Rivera, I would’ve been out in the sun passed out, if he hadn’t come out to the yard to make sure all the customers were hydrated in the hot sun.

I needed parts for my work truck so I came here,. Yard is clean not very organized anymore like garden street was but still found what I needed to get my truck back on the road. Kind of pricey for a junkyard but better than paying new prices for what I needed. People at the register were helpful and respectful.

The kid working as you enter is always friendly and welcoming. The yard is very organized and clean as far a salvage yard goes. Lots of check out windows which help you get out because you still have to go put the part back in to get back on the road. I never give up a 5 star easy and I'd just say the wheelbarrows are getting old.

Very good source for used parts on older vehicles not for late models, very clean kept concrete ground, unlike the other used parts place in Fort Myers, which is a pigpen.

I used to go to the one in palm beach and loved it, this one i used to love with the paved ground. I spent an hour in heat pulling parts, got silverado tail light lense because the website says 12$ for lenses only for the kid to say thats not a lense its an assembly...66 dollars for the pair of taillights. Thats insane...even if it was bulbs and everything thatd be too much. This is a junk yard...i can get the pair on ebay for 34 dollars and they are charging double UPDATE- I gave it another shot when i saw they got a new parts truck on the yard. Much better experience, think his name was Juan, but he was awesome. When you have the right person in there, people will spend more money, atleast I will. I hope my next time will be like this, I really want this yard to succeed.

This is the most cleanest, friendliest, helpfulest place you can go and get any and everything you need. The area where the cars are placed is labeled like streets. The cars are all off the ground and easy to get to. If u need information the workers in front and back will help you to the best they can. They even have a golf cart the use to help the older people get to the area

This Business is very organized in the Yard. Ford's, Chevy's, etc are laid put in similar rows. As well as foreign-Hyundai, Nissan, etc. SUV'S together...Sedans together. The downside is they're pretty stripped already. They have a $3 charge just to look...seems high, probably trying to make up for people pocketing small parts.

They took my vehicle and gave me a faulty check. I litterly had to go to them in person to get the money they owed me. Apparently, this isn't the first time this has hap6with them because a worker there told me this isn't the first time it has happened. I'm bo longer going to be dealing with them from here on out.
