    Aside from having my order delayed by a few days.. this place is awesome! They provided a very specific headlight I needed and offered a discount for the delay in my order.. I will definitely be returning to buying more parts in the future..

    They sell different parts for the body, but at a reasonable price. They are professional. They help you to find the right parts for the right car. They accept credit cards, cash, and debit card, but they do not accept payment over the phone, no matter how you want me to make a payment. Debit card, credit card wire money, they don’t take it over the phone. So for the payment, you have to drive there to get the parts and if they don’t have the parts and you want to order the parts. You also have to drive there one time to make an order for the parts, make a payment, and the next day or two days later come back to pick up the order. they are very friendly and helpful.

    This place is a scam I called talked to loco about a hood that was on the website he said the price was wrong and I need to talk to Brandon the online manger. So I did and Branden said the hood was order for me for the online price. So I called to make sure the hood arrived the person in the Oakland office refused to sell me the hood for the correct price and hung the phone on me said he doesn’t care about customer. So I called Branden he said order it online so I tried they changed the price and now I’m left with no hood and very bad customer service .

    Sells a lot of broken parts. Very slow service. Very rude untrained people working the location. Sad because the website looks promising till you realize it’s just a just a badly run Chinese family business. Cheap yes but this is a what I get for buying cheap. Learned my lesson and wasted 4 hours driving to this place twice.

    Received two different delivery dates, parts never arrived. Tried to call to get update, call and text was ignored. Now my car is sitting in a shop for longer, because of their lack of follow through and communication.

    Their timing is sucks, they told me my part will be ready at 11:00 am, I drove from a far distance, first they told me to wait 10 more minutes, after 10 more minutes they said 15 more minutes, then they ask 5 more minutes, finally I hand to wait 20 more minutes before I get my part. I am done buying parts from here.

    Honestly, I’m just tired of shopping here. Used to be a great place to get cheap parts. Now i constantly have to make sure my parts aren’t coming in broken. This is the third time in a row I’ve received something just completely broken! Like I said, USED to be a great place to get cheap parts. When in all reality you’re just paying for already broken parts. Save yourself the absolute hell I went through w these people.

    Very bad service from this parts store, They said can see all the parts what I need, yes, I can see online what I need the parts after the order they don’t have parts than they say have to call to ask parts is there or not when we call they don’t pick up the phone call, I’m letting people know if you need parts go with national auto parts they service lots better than this Oaklan auto parts at lees they don’t lies,

    Rudest front office cashier. Literally took my phone away from me when I showed him the discount offered online and walked away with it to another room. Found out they gave me the wrong part an hour later and when I came back took my receipt away and the part, and refused to give anything back. Combative and extremely unorganized.

    They always come in the clutch! 💪🏾 Great local place for new bumpers, fenders and alot of other great car parts! Call ahead just in case they have to order your part. They will let you know at the most I've waited 3 days for a part to get to their facility. Never a long line,always pretty quick and easy transactions!

    WARNING!! I recently bought a Headlight for my 2010 Mazda 3, it happened that the young lady there gave me a similar but, wrong part, we all make mistakes right? The problem escalated when I tried to return the part with my receipt in hand, she immediately ask me for the box, which it was already teared when I purchased the headlight. Since I didn't requested the damaged box from the body shop, I told her I didn't have it at the moment, then she said that without the box she couldn't give a refund, I explained her that it was very damaged when she sold me the light, she acknowledged that, however; she was very despotic and refused to give me a refund. Then I asked to speak with her manager(Jose), but even when I humbly explained him the situation, he said he couldn't help me, and he said: "if you want to do something or go to court, you can do it" Can you believe that kind of customer service? Both of those employees are a shame for the Latin community, and they are harming people's economy even more, specially during this crisis we're going through. Stay away from them. Also, pay attention to the small letters on the bottom of the receipt, it says that AFTER 14 DAYS WILL BE A 25 % RESTOCKING FEE!! What unlawful and dishonest policies!! My purchase was almost $300, 25% of that would $60!! What a substantial trick! I will ask my body shop guy to look for the box, I just hope they don't come up with another excuse trying to avoid giving me my refund, if they do, I'll report them with the BBB & will open a case with the California consumer's affairs, so they can get them right or even close their business if they have more complaints about them.

    Worst experience I've ever had!!! I placed an order and was told I would be called once all the parts arrived the next day which was yesterday today I get a call saying all parts are ready for pick up. I drive down (40min) drive in traffic. Once I get there I give my order number they gave me. And the guy up front says I don't know what that number is for and immediately I knew I was going to have trouble I proceeded to give they guy more info as he tried locating my order to no success. Long story short if your looking to buy parts for your car go see national auto parts down the street its a 10 min Drive and believe me your receive much better service there as well as better quality parts.!!

    Had to wait awhile as the two transactions ahead of me took quite a while something about citi bank cards declining customers. Beside that service was awesome and of course they were the cheapest place to have the part i needed. Also the parking is pretty tight on the one lane road.

    Poor customer service. Offered delivery, then 3 hours later said they would not deliver. I was at the shop by myself, and could not leave. As a business, we will not be relying on Levann anymore. They have got us the wrong parts before too. Jose the manager has terriable customer service; Had to argue to exchange for correct part! BAD BUSINESS...BAD!

    Been going here for years for aftermarket parts only a fraction of the cost it would be somewhere else for instant I needed a radiator my Toyota the dealership wanted close to $400 LOL came here and got it for $75 and a lot of cases you get what you pay for but I've never had a problem with anything I've gotten from them and their team is very helpful and professional
