It's a fine wheel. It will do the job no doubt about it. The website I don't understand too much. Looked up the part. It shows availability or atleast that's what I'm thinking.. Its got pictures and dates of the vehicle. Pretty detailed..shows the vehicle it comes off of..lots of stuff. I'm thinking they have several because it's a long list of 40-50 wheels.. even Seen one for 65. Shoot I must have won the lottery when I came in. They managed to find the only 95 dollar wheel they had for that model. I'm just guessing at that :/ No fuss no muss from me. I just paid it. I need it. If they have a response to this, that defends the scenario. Only comment I could say to that is. I would too. lie I mean or deflect.

I called about selling my salvaged car. The salesman, Jonathan Clark, was upfront letting me know that they are not in the market for my type of vehicle at the moment. However, we was willing to spend a few extra minutes giving me recommendations on where I could go as an alternative. This made a big impression on me and I will definitely be using and recommending Liberty to others in the future for auto needs. Thanks!

If I could put negative stars I would. I purchased a motor from here with a warranty for my work car. I ended up spending $3,000 with parts, labor and WARRANTY. I drove my car for three days and the motor I purchased from liberty blew up coming home from work. I was frustrated at first but that’s why you buy the warranty…. Wrong they didn’t honor the warranty at all said there was no coolant in my car and that’s why the motor blew. I definitely had coolant in my car and no lights on my dash at the time of the motor blowing up. The customer service was absolutely terrible, they never wanted to help. Now here I am $3,000 down the drain and no work car. This place is an absolute scam. I would not recommend anyone buying a part here.

Had a great experience with Liberty Auto and with their sales team, notably Ashlee who is very professional and has great customer service, she went over and beyond to meet all my automotive wants and needs. I definitely will be returning for any of my other vehicle needs and looking forward to dealing with Ashley again on buying another vehicle. Recommend that you check

Working with Ashley was a outstanding experience. I contacted her on Marketplace on a 73 cougar. She responded immediately. I was able to get a price and she took the time to get a video to me. We briefly discussed a cash price but due to my work schedule and the business being closed on Saturday I had to wait a week to get there. Because of the delay I had to pay $400 bucks more than we discussed due to more interest in the car. Ashley made sure I had the title in hand when I left and the staff helped load the car into my enclosed trailer with no issues. Thanks to Ashley for all the help.

I spoke with the same salesman over the phone about a door for a truck three different times. I explained to him how I was coming from 1.5 hours away to get the door, and that I’d be there first thing Friday morning. He said he would put in the order and have the door ready for me when I got there. When we arrived a little under an hour after they opened, we walked around the empty lobby looking for a worker. For a minute, I thought we were in the wrong building because there was no way to alert someone you were there. We noticed someone in one of the back offices so I knocked on the glass a few times and he didn’t hear us. Luckily, as I was standing there knocking on the glass, one of the guys outside in the lot saw me. I think he was another salesman. I have him my name and phone number that was on my order so he could find out here it was. He then explained that they didn’t have the door that I spoke on the phone about THREE DIFFERENT TIMES. The guy who was helping me was not the same guy who placed my order. The guy helping me was doing his best to help, and I do appreciate his help, but that is the only spec of this encounter that was appreciated. The explanation for the missing door was basically that the door or maybe entire truck vanished of the lot... all they said was the guy in the lot couldn’t find it. To make matters worse, they told me that my salesman was alerted about the situation before 3pm the previous day. He had 2.5 hours of the business day he was supposed to call me and save me the drive, but m didn’t. He had my name and number! They pulled up some other available doors, that were both damaged and the wrong color. The guy did feel bad and offered to knock $50 off those compared to what I was going to pay for the less damaged, correct color door. When he also mentioned that it would probably be cheaper than the original door before he offered the $50 off. So I honestly don’t know if it would have only been $200 from the start. So because we were in such a pinch, I was willing to take the door, and find somewhere to paint it. But they told me I’d have to wait in Evansville for 4+ hours for the door. I understand that there is an order to business. But I do not understand why if MY ORDER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE READY when I arrived, why they could not make me being willing to buy a crappier door wasn’t made a priority. There were many guys walking around the lot, I do not understand why someone couldn’t go pull the door in under 4 hours.

The guy I talked to when I called (Witty) was nice. I arrived there and he wasn’t there. Dark haired guy was nice, the one that pulled a part for me. The man at the counter wasn’t nice at all, he was sarcastic and quit talking to me after I wasn’t interested in the wheel and started waiting on someone that just walked in. I found one for a cheaper price at another location in Evansville. Very nice man that was patient and helpful. I will remember that. ;)

Ashley was super helpful in helping us buy a vw beetle for my daughter today. They were so short handed in employees, and they were super busy. She was great and we had several people trying to help us. When they found out that my daughter just got her permit. And this was her first car. They made my daughter feel like she was so special on her special day. Thank you so much Ashley!!!

Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Tried buying a car through them. HAD to go through Ashlee. If she wasn't there or busy, the others didn't care. Sure, you can get a cheap car there. Maybe as long as you walk in & lay down some cash. They shouldn't even be on FB advertising if they ain't gonna work with the ppl trying to buy from em. I could've had the car I wanted if they did.

I bought a used wheel from Liberty recently and it worked great. I had first price the wheel from my local dealership and they told me it was going to cost $284.00. I called Liberty and they had a used wheel for $75.00. I saved over $200.00 dollars. Will definitely purchase from again.

I bought a car from them, 2006 Pontiac G6, runs good, looks good, think it going to work just fine, Ashlee, the young lady behind the counter, was really great to work with, she was busy customers and me. One lady had a anger problem, cussing, and crying and whinning, cause they didn,t have her part pulled, she left 90 seconds later they bought it in counter..Thanks Ashlee.

They have what appear as new facility. After negotiating and finding what i was looking for and made sure of their products. Tow doors and a finder. I drove ~ FOUR (4) hours, I found the front door was damaged and interior trim was off. The salesman (mike Emory) did not come out to talk to me. I am stuck drove 4 hours and young receptionist said Mr. Emory is busy. That door was physically damage as well as the regulator. Three days later on, I called and talked to a manager. I started saying I do not need a credit just want you to know about my experience. he was short from professional and friendly. He said Ha Ha, I told him again what is need just to listen. I was upset and stressed to point what I want. to be fait at the end he said to let him if I needed some in the future to talk to him,. He did not even say his name. Bottom line be CAREFUL dealing with this company nonsense. I know what do not live in a perfect world but these people I dealt with are Far from nice and/or fair. Some of the loading employee were nice and professional but the salesman and the Management were below expectations. My suggestion find some other location before you deal with them

Called to order transmission listed online. Waited a week.accountant called to email me a credit card authorization form. I have dealt with all kinds of parts businesses across the country and never had to complete a form just to use my credit card unless it was a hotel. I did not know the accountant that called and asked to talk to fritz as I had before to voice confirm with him before I did this. Instead of reassuring me and sending me the form like any hotel would have done he called me sketchy and hung up on me. I never refused, only wanted verification from the person I had ordered from. HORRIBLE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS AND A GREAT WAY TO NEVER GAIN NEW CUSTOMERS. They may be doing something sketchy with credit and debit cards here so buyer beware.

I love going to Liberty. I can usually find what I am looking for. So you can imagine my surprise and disappointment when I pulled a part that was the wrong part for my car and had to make a second trip for the right part. Only to get there and have the sales guy tell me that they no longer do returns. Their new policy, as it was explained to me, was that you now pull at your own risk. Meaning if you pull a part that does not work it's just your lost. I always thought that the whole point to their operations was to sell you parts that you salvage off of the cars that work. I never questioned the longevity of the part because it was coming from a salvage yard, but in times past they would allow an exchange or return if the part did not work once it was installed. Every time I need a pat I always second guess myself when it comes to Liberty because I have no way of knowing if the part I pull will work, and I don't want to buy a part that doesn't work. Who does? So there are some thing I just wont buy from Liberty. I'd rather suffer going through the rubbish at Glission's. At least I know that if the part doesn't work they will allow me to return the faulty parts. Change isn't always good. I don't know who thought that the new policy of selling customers parts that don't work without the ability to return them was a good idea but it wasn't. What your doing is taking an advantage of people and you should be closed down for doing business in such a manner.

I bought a used tire from Liberty past week. It is working fine. If I would have bought that tire from local dealer then it would cost me around two hundred dollar. One friend suggested me Liberty Auto Salvage and they had it in stock. It costed me sixty dollar. I have managed to save over two hundred dollars. If you are in a tight budget and want good quality used product then look no further, they are here for you.

My husbands car sat at the shop for over 2 months. There was no rush to get it done and not even sure it was done right. Then said they had to charge us more without letting us know. Would not recommend this place and in a very sketchy area.

Ashlee sold me my dream jeep, it does need a little TLC, but nothing major that I know of yet! She was super helpful though and honest about what she knew and didn’t know about the keep (which is kinda hard to find nowadays) and if I ever recommend anybody to go somewhere for a used car in Evansville Indiana I will definitely send them to her!

Best place in town for all used parts. Often I order misc. parts that I am unable to get aftermarket or oem and never have a problem. Coming from someone in the automotive repair industry, this is the place to go if you are seeking after used parts. The guys are professional and have never failed me!

This place used to be awesome, but now they won't let you pull your own part. I want to walk through the yard myself so I can see the quality of the parts I'm looking for. I don't want to rely on some guy I don't know to take care of a part he doesn't care about. I'll be going to Glisson's until they get rid of this nonsense policy.

Wow! Is all I can say, please don't waist your time with these lying, dishonest ppl. I drove 1hr30 min to pick up a door for my van that they told me was in very good shape and they said they already took the door off and it would be ready for pick up. I get there and the door is all beat up and it was still on the van. Unbelievable!!!!!! Can't believe I waisted my time with them!

Guy at front desk was not professional and threw a tantrum because another employee made him sell a center cap off of a rim instead of the full rim. Universal Salvage was super helpful and called over getting us a much better price.
