I was not able to get a name of the female associate who answers calls for this company but it was at the time of 2:26pm I was being very respectful on the phone I was just calling for a inquiry on a job posting I see an asked if I was able to speak to a hiring manager the women who answered the phone was extremely rude an replied back to me in these exact words “ if you want to speak to a hiring manager you need to go an apply first online an then a manager would reach out to you that would make more sense right “ I replied back saying that I had already applied online a week ago an was just trying to be consistent in which she replied back “well if it was that long ago an no one has reached out to you then CLEARLY they don’t wanna hire you” an hung up the phone before Ii was able to say anything back I called back an some male picked up an was also rude when I had asked her her first an last name I could hear her laughing in the background. Very RUDE customer service one of the worst phone calls I have ever encountered trying to talk to a hiring manager

This company is absolutely HORRIBLE !!! They don’t take responsibility for there car parts whatsoever. They make excuses. And the worst part of it is… THEY BLAMED ME for there faulty motor that I paid through the eye balls for. The only good art is the owner responds to most negative reviews. Hopefully I hear from him because I just paid for the motor. I DIDNT BUILD IT !!! I am totally disappointed. But you can bet your azz I’m not going to stop until they pay for THERE faulty motor. Good luck consumers… BEWARE

Bought a motor for a kia soul here for $3100. It supposedly came with a parts warranty for 6 months but when i tried to have managment at the company reemburse cost for faulty parts i got no return calls and had to manage repairs out of pocket at about $600 parts/labor. This company sells products that are untested and does not back up their warranties. It's buy at your own risk and don't expect any customer service help after payment...I would definetly not recommend buying here...

This review is for lkq not necessarily this particular location, so I went on their website and picked out a transmission for my car and ordered it, the transmission they sent me was for a completely different car, I contacted lkq and the told me to send them my Vin and a pic of the shipping label on the first transmission they sent, I then received another transmission (one for my car this time at least) but the problem is it wasn't the transmission I picked out off their website, there is a reason you get to pick which one you want ie: milage, year and you get to see what kind of accident the donor car was in, well the transmission they sent is broken, won't shift into 1st or 2nd the transmission shop said, now I'm going to have to pay them to tear it apart and rebuild it ... Horrible experience and is going to end up costing me more then it would have to just buy a new transmission... Will never order another part from this company after this as it is costing me thousands of dollars to get this fixed.. If they had just sent me the transmission I had originally picked out none of this would have happend but the screwed up from the beginning and now screwed me out of thousands to remedy the situation. Word of advice if you buy anything from this company and they send you the wrong part DO NOT I repeat DO NOT let them "remedy" the situation for you tell them to come get what you ordered and get a refund and try again or just avoid this company at all costs 🤷

Yup, They had what I needed. The warehouse was HUGE, I took a couple of pictures, to show how tall the ceiling was in the warehouse. Massive! Very good people!

Disappointed at the wait time at the front. Over 30 minutes despite the fact there was only one customer in front of me. Chatting about things unrelated while there was a customer waiting. Other than that, I was happy with the service itself.

This was my first time dealing with LKQ, and I was impressed start to finish. I needed to get an obscure part for a Honda Civic that has electronic power steering. They found the part at another location and shipped to Leominster for me to pick up. And it cost less than half the price I was expecting, based on everywhere else I'd looked into. The woman that took my order was very helpful and friendly. She was great about keeping me updated, and making sure I was able to pick it up in Leominster. The guys in the Leominster office were great too. Fast and helpful. Even offering to bring the part out to my car for me, after seeing I walk with a cane, from a back injury. I'll gladly recommend LKQ to anyone. They have excellent service and people. A great experience from a place that could have just been another purchase.

Public warning, do not buy used tires from LKQ. Last month I bought 4 tires and tried to have them installed and Airport Auto refused to install them as they were expired by a few years. and just today they tried to sell my step daughter a tire that was 20 years old. These guys are going to get someone killed in a bad crash

I purchased an item from them off eBay for local pickup. The response was fairly quick (3 days I think, but excluding weekends it would have been next day) and provided clear and adequate pickup instructions. The facility was easy to find and access with the desk people being very friendly and efficient. After checking in and getting my receipt (which was accomplished in probably less than a minute) I did have to drive to another outbuilding to pick up the actual item but it was only across the parking lot and the desk personnel were very detailed as to where specifically I should go and park. It took warehouse personnel a few minutes to get to me once there, but it took them less than 20 seconds to find and bring me my item which had been fully wrapped to protect it in storage which I appreciate. (TL;DR) All and all, even though this is a limited experience, everyone I dealt with was courteous, friendly, professional, and efficient. I was there for less than 10 minutes and left satisfied.

Horrible customer service. Ordered part, doesn’t show up for 3 days when it should’ve been the next. Drive the 30 minutes out to Leominster to pick it up. I immediately could tell it was the wrong one. After looking at the company’s label, it was from a completely different model with a very different engine size, (incompetent staff). All of a sudden they had the correct one in the yard, and they would pull it first thing in the morning. Never happened. Call to find out when I should expect it and am either transferred or hung up on, in the middle of talking. Very disrespectful and rude staff. I stopped buying parts from them a long time ago, for issues very similar to this. But I decided to give them a try again. If I knew it would take a week to pull a part that only has 3 plugs on it, is very easily accessible, and takes all of 30 seconds to take out. I WOULD’VE JUST BOUGHT NEW! It would take them longer to walk out to the truck, than to pull the part. The only reason they have a job is because it’s a corporate monopoly. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

12/2/22 around 12:40pm I called multiple time. Lady kept answering and hanging up on my face. Her voice sound like she didn’t want to be at work. My advice to her, if you don’t feel like doing your job or don’t like your job quit or don’t come in that day. But don’t be rude to potential customer. Not cool. Very disappointed.

I had recently purchased a new wheel for my car and I decided to have it returned. Upon returning the product, I was expecting to receive my money back for the wheel once it was picked up. The person at the desk told me that it should be picked up the day it was returned or latest next Friday. Two Fridays later and my wheel still hasn’t been picked up yet and nearly $500 hasn’t been refunded yet. I have to keep calling to see what the status is on my wheel for them to take action to it, but it just seems to me that they care about the situation at all. If it was just $100 or less, I wouldn’t care to much about it but it’s nearly $500 that I’m missing. Most days when I call (during business hours) nobody answers the phone so I have to constantly call every single week day. I’m not happy with the lack of care they have for people purchasing and refunding products.

Complete misrepresentation of their advertised parts and total unprofessionalism in diagnosing of the parts before sale. I ordered the engine from them for the Audi which was $2400. After it was installed it was smoking black smoke. So I called them, they send me another one and it was bad as well. The third one was finally good, nevertheless I had to pay the shop 3 times more for the labor. Also the same kind of thing happened with the turbocharger ordered from them. But after they sent me a bad one the first time I decided not to deal with them anymore and ordered one from a different place. Not having used them for more than a year I decided to give a shot and try them again. So guess what?! They send a fuel pump with a more than 3 inch crack on it. And when you call them to speak with the same sales person its impossible to get a hold him/her. If you leave a message they will call you next day or not at all. So this was a final drop of my patience. Never again. Not to be trusted. Waste of time and money!

Worsest customer service that I ever had. I paid 2000$ for used transmission for my car 2 months ago and still waiting for 75$ refund for my old transmission. I just received the check but with wrong first and last name and I can not make a deposit because of wrong spelling. I really tired of this weird company. I would not recommend this company

To be told by a sales rep that a used part is going to be more expensive than a used is horrible advice. Then he goes on to say the part is scratched and it would be 150-70$. When I said I have found replacements on eBay in better shape for less, his response was eBay is a different beast and good luck? Really! So I ended up with used grill with no scratches for 90$ from you guessed it... eBay. Too bad they don't mind losing customer's

so i didn’t come for auto parts, but these people were so so kind! i had just left the rmv and i couldn’t get my old plates off due to my car being so old, so the rmv agent told me to go to the place next door. at first, i realized they didn’t do that type of thing. but the boss (manager? owner? i didn’t get his name) as well as randy both helped me the best they can! they spent 20-30 minutes of their day helping me and they didn’t even accept a tip or payment! they helped me get my new plates on and they were so so kind! i’m not the type of person to leave reviews, but these people truly love what they do and their passion is infectious and they were so welcoming. if you need parts, please go to them! i know i will if i ever need anything! thanks guys!

Have been on hold for over 45 minutes. Sadly, these guys are really good but too cheap to put customers first, posting this then calling someone who cares. I’ll bet they had my transmission sitting right there.

Ordered from this company through their online name Automotix. Quoted $152, charged $204. First order didn't ship: no call, email, communication at all. Second order arrived and it was the wrong part, although I ordered the correct item. Customer service was rude, lied, hung up on us, was condescending, did not allow us to speak with manager, etc. Just said "oh well that's how it is". Promised a rebate of $113.20 of the $204 and still haven't seen that! DO NOT ORDER - YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Ordered a lid/trunk and a bumper assy for $1900: Tony delivered them to wrong address, lost 4 days, called to rearrange shipping. Tony sad will take 2 days, called in two days no information were the parts are also sad will call me back... no call. I called two days later the same person sad will call me back with updates... never called back canceled the order. Very bad customer service...

Always helpful staff who know their inventory not only on property but Nationwide can tell you if they have your part and how long it will take to get to you or to them Easy System good people smart mechanics and they back their product not only with warranties but from what I've seen LKQ and Keystone have great business ethics I have been dealing with them for years and will continue to do so no complaints great company.thanks guys

This company is nothing but full of lies, I ordered a transmission for a 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and I was told it had 57,000 miles on it. I ran a carfax only to find out the transmission had over 100,000 miles and defective. It took a total of 3 transmissions and 40 days for them to send me a working one. I took my car to 2 Hyundai dealerships to verify the transmissions they sent were bad. They charged me $1600 for a used transmission, but I had mechanics swap the transmission 3 times (3 days of labor). Save your money and order your parts elsewhere as this place does not check the quality of its parts.

Stay away at all costs... these people WILL NOT honor their parts. every time is the same story, they have a jerk call you and start trouble shooting the parts with dumb questions just to try not to pay you. They expect you to take the vehicle to the dealership and pay diagnostic fees out of pocket just to tell them their parts are defective.
