E.T. Cote is hands down one of the most honest and personable small businesses in the central MA area. I’ve done business with E.T. Cote by choice in multiple occasions to shop for used auto parts for my vehicle and to sell some old rims I had on my vehicle. And unfortunately not by choice most recently when my vehicle was towed from the side of the road in the middle of the night. On every occasion I was able to speak with an actual human person without any generic recording or automated system which is a huge relief. But not only was I able to speak to a human typically on the first or second ring I was treated with the utmost respect and HUMANITY. Which in my opinion is a breath of fresh air here in 2024. My car was carefully towed by Chris, who in a very difficult time for me showed compassion and understanding. On top of that I never even considered that there was a chance that they would nickel and dime me to retrieve my car from their impound lot and luckily for me and my bank account I was right. Every employee I spoke with showed me sincere empathy and in the end what could have been an absolute disaster turned into a manageable inconvenience. I personally will always contact E.T. Cote for all of my auto parts needs because I’m confident that they will either have what I am looking for and provide it to me with the utmost respect and care or they will point me in the right direction.

Extremely Dishonest. Sold me rims drove over an hr to get there and sold them again before I could pick them up. They have no problem doubling dealing and wasting your time. They make deals and don’t keep their word. Learn how to keep your word.
