The most unprofessional place i have ever been, no on knows where anything is. There was literally no help at all and the parts department seems like they dont care at all and just having a good ole time making people wait decades for one little part. Definitely will not be coming back. The worst experience i have ever had

If I could give NEGATIVE or ZERO stars, I would. I called the parts department, and instead of saying "NO", they simply hung up on us, not once, but SEVEN times. Their phone system stated all calls are recorded for quality & training purposes. I certainly hope they do! This is deplorable service, if you can call it that. These people should be ashamed of themselves! I was in customer service for 30 years plus, and never would even consider this. Please DO NOT give them one moment of your time. IF. And that is a BIG IF, a member of management would call me to apologize and answer my questions, I would be happy to do another review. Don't hold your breath, folks.
