The most unprofessional place i have ever been, no on knows where anything is. There was literally no help at all and the parts department seems like they dont care at all and just having a good ole time making people wait decades for one little part. Definitely will not be coming back. The worst experience i have ever had

If I could give NEGATIVE or ZERO stars, I would. I called the parts department, and instead of saying "NO", they simply hung up on us, not once, but SEVEN times. Their phone system stated all calls are recorded for quality & training purposes. I certainly hope they do! This is deplorable service, if you can call it that. These people should be ashamed of themselves! I was in customer service for 30 years plus, and never would even consider this. Please DO NOT give them one moment of your time. IF. And that is a BIG IF, a member of management would call me to apologize and answer my questions, I would be happy to do another review. Don't hold your breath, folks.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. I had the misfortunate dealings with this company turns out everything he said was a lie... the car came with a broken windshield, body damage, torn rug and climate control not working, It only had 5,000 miles on it, He said it's like new 2,500 later. He wouldn't return my message or texts. He claims the shipper broke the windshield but it showed it was broken upon pick up.. Save yourself the headache it's not worth it

Excellent service! I only wish that the person on the phone had told. Me that they only pull parts every 2 hours and bring them up to the front because I definitely would have paid for it over the phone before I arrive (on my 2 hour drive).. hmm. Just could has walked in the door and picked up the part if I had known about this.. other than that Minor detail everything was great! Excellent service, huge car lot! The four Stars is mainly because of the wait when I told the person I called I was driving a long distance.I got a starter with low low mileage and a 2 yr warranty (cheap! 12$) and paid less for the entire thing there then the very cheapest I could find online with a 5 day wait for delivery. So the 4 hour trip was Worth the cheaper parts and the warranty too.I highly recommend them- Crystal River u can get parts same day. The Tampa and Orlando location u have to pay for them pick up next day.

We went there with a neighbor to pick up his car. Never new they worked on vehicles just demo them for parts. Great work and great prices! Next fix we will be making an appointment!

As a GM I order from various parts vendors whether it be OE, A/M or LKQ and during my 5 years I have utilized LKQ and Keystone more than any other vendor in the business and this is due to the outstanding respect and service I receive from my parts rep. Coy M. and this is due to his patience and respect for the industry. He is knowledgeable in the parts department and We appreciate this. I look forward to our continuing business.

Ive been dealing with LKQ for over 15 years with hardly any problems. Today Sherry sent me the wrong differential and when I told Sherry it was incorrect, she said she had the correct one but it was 300 dollars more. I explained that I had quoted the job already and it was her fault that we received the wrong one. I gave her the VIN number to make sure I did receive the correct one. I asked if she could do anything about the price difference for the correct one. Sherry refused to help me at all and said it was my fault because I didnt specify which differential I needed even though i supplied her with the VIN. Unfortunately this will be the end of a long business relationship with LKQ. Very disappointed. This is no way to treat a long time customer.
