Great place to get used parts. I started work here a couple weeks ago and I absolutely love it! Everyone is so nice to me and Im treated like a part of the family. Thank you so much LKQ for the opportunity to be apart of the team!!!

This turned out to be my "go to" place for used auto parts. LKQ usually has the parts I need, with reasonable pricing. The quality of the used parts is in decent shape. I'm actually picking up another set of tires for my vehicle that I'm planning on having for a few more years, but don't want to put $$ into a brand new set. Tires for at least half the price, can't beat it.

Have ordered parts from here several times, every single time I order something it either shows up and is NOTHING like what I ordered or it shows up flood damaged or in poor condition. I just ordered a center console for my truck last week, confirmed with representative on the phone that it was the full console and even called back a second time to verify. It came in a week later, i sent my buddy to pickup for me and it was the jumpseat that I ALREADY HAVE!! Wasted my time and my friends! I called back and followed up, another person said they had mislabeled a lot of the jumpseats as full center consoles and after him searching he couldn't find one for me. I will NEVER shop here again. I have tried repeatedly with LKQ and its just disappointment and wasted time. I found a console at Morrison's in Edgerton and they even had a picture online for me to verify. Based on their 4.5 review rating i will be shopping there for used parts from now on.

I have always had great service experience with lKQ Smart Parts ,and on occasion there may be a defective part.what we all need to keep in mind is that theses parts are used.On the times when i received at used part that failed with the warranty terms LKQ offers absolutely no problem with warranty. I needed an alternator for my BMW Z4, I pre paid as required, and I received the wrong alternator. A week later and I still have not received the credit back on my card.

Have been buying from LKQ Smart Parts for years. Salespeople are great at their job; problem is having to wait in the office area for half an hour each and every time while the warehouse pulls your part, regardless of when you placed the order.

I was assured, that the door we were driving 740 miles for, was in great shape, with glass intact. I arrived, and had to pay via credit card before even viewing the part! I looked at the door. It was soaking wet, had shattered glass where a window once was, and had broken interior pieces! A passing employee explained that it was marked as broken when he looked at the work order. We surprisingly, received a full refund, but we still had to pay for gas. Luckily, I found another door within 50 miles, so the trip wasn't a complete waste.

What a JOKE of a place! First of all you have to pay $3.00 to get into the yard?! Ok, but for some reason I did not have to pay because I made a stink about it! Then I had to walk approx 2-3 blocks the entire length of the yard to go to the section (make of car), then back to the office. I did that and the part I needed was Not there on that certain vehicle. I even looked at other vehicles that may fit what I needed, nothing. Why can't this place somehow do the inventory on what gets sold and off what vehicle, before people waste time looking and walking?? I never found out what the part would have costed if I found it, and would it have been That much cheaper than other bone yards that get the parts for you? I dunno. Well I went, experienced the journey, and Hope to never have to go back!!

Dont do business with these people!!! I ordered a used transmission..Paid a LICENSED mechanic to put it in..Came with a 6 month warranty or xxx miles. Well come to find out they sent me a bad tranny. Reverse was out when i got it. So now i got my money back for the tranny but apparently because im upset and didnt talk nice enough to Tom..who seems to me he just wants to push my buttons so he can record what i say and i happened to mention the word LAWYER he feels hes done talking to me. Well Im not done. This is wrong no matter how you look at it. Wouldnt be hounding them for labor and fluids reimbursement if the tranny they sent was good to go in the first place. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!

I called ahead to check on a radiator. Gave year make model engine radiator. Told me they have it there. 40 min ride and the lady behind the desk keeps asking if I have a 3 cylinder engine. After many no I don't have a 3 cylinder truck she finally shows me the screen. Its a 3 litre engine she then told me they don't have for a 4 litre .it's in New York but I can pay shipping. They will have it in a week. Lesson learned with LKQ Have everything verified 2x by 2 diffent people before you go there. I did.get a sorry out of them.They should have offered to ship it free at the minimum. Went to American in Fondy. $10 less wth warranty. They knew what the diffrence is between a 3cylinder and a 3 litre engine is.
