    The yard is absolutely disgusting. There is this massive pile of old wet cat food at the closed entrance (assuming it's closed to contain the cats) you have to enter out of the exit area. The yard is scattered with parts making it difficult to traverse. Very poor vehicle selection and the smell is just awful. Get a price on a steel 16 inch wheel with a tire that's over 8 years old and it's over 80 dollars!!!! Insanity. Leave the complex just to have a bunch of glass that's in the parking lot slice my foot open through my shoe. I keep telling myself to never come back but this was the trip that sealed the deal. Never ever coming back. Especially when you have to pay to get in and they hound your toolbox the whole time. A&A auto salvage is substantially better and free to get in. Save yourself a trip.

    This location is horrible far as customer service go they love to make comments that they don't speak English like they don't understand what you're saying on top of they had me to go and look and see that my parts was out there and pay for them before I could take them off of the Vehicle charge me for a removal fee after I said, he did not remove The part and that I removed it and they still proceed to charge me so now that I've returned all the items to a location in Largo Florida. They was not willing to give me back my removal fee. I had to drive back to Bradenton to get the removal fee and it was like pulling tooth to get it from here where I was charged from the beginning at Bradenton location during my weight on getting my return credit I watched two customers come in evidently pick their parts came back and paid for their parts. I was not treated the way they treated them. I had to pay before I received the part what a shame looks like some racial /prejudice behavior! I rate you guys zero honestly at the LKQ you pick your part and Bradenton Florida, but I just gave you one based on the information in the computer system of having the vehicle or the parts there. I will never return back to this location and I will not recommend anyone to this location. But I will let them know that you're paying the same amount that you can go on Amazon and purchase brand new. How about you share this review to the world #Upset customer Who felt highly disrespected Ernesto was supposed to be the person that pulled the parts and after you contact Ernesto, he'll be able to tell you about the young boy at the cashier's office who was very rude and the young lady that was the man that we go out and get the Part number and bring it back to her in order to pay for the parts before I can remove off the vehicle I am very, very highly pissed!

    Took an Uber to them that cost me $25 and I arrived at 4:15 and was told that I wasn't allowed to get a part that I needed to be able to fix my car because they were closed. They close at 4:30 and last week I arrived @4:28 and was allowed to go in the yard and get a part but not today? I have spent almost $1,000 @ this business in just the last week alone and it would have taken me less than 5 minutes to get what I needed and the lady kept saying we're closed and that the computers when shut down & that was why I wasn't allowed. I've been here for the last 20 mins and they seem to be using the computer system to continue to sell people items. They need to treat everyone exactly the same and have rules that everyone has to abide by not just pick and choose who they show extra privileges to. Now I have to spend another $25-$30 to take another Uber back to my broke down car and didn't even get what I needed to fix my car. I wasted $50+ and over 2 hours of my time for nothing. Thanks for nothing. I had nothing but awesome things to say about this business until today. I won't be back.
