Nice employees. Do your online research before coming, sometimes new parts are cheaper than used. If you don’t need a 90-day return policy, you can turn it down and save 30%. I got a grille and nearly-new pads and rotors for $100!

Avoid this place at all cost. The staff is complete liars, the tow. Truck driver has an attitude. You can tell them what you're scrapping. They will send a truck over an hour and a 1/2 late and then tell you. They're not getting it because they didn't know that you had a certain vehicle, even though they clearly did. And discuss it with you on the phone. This business is a joke. Avoid it at all cost.

The employees are very helpful and the prices are most times better than getting a brand new part. Also the app is very useful for finding the cars you’re looking for before hand so you can go in and get out👍

They charge you too much for the parts whereas you could get a brand new part cheaper from Amazon or ebay. I will never go back there. I should have read the reviews before doing business with them

Charging too much for The same parts you could get on eBay for a cheaper price they will never get my business ever again went to go buy a seat module and they tried to charge me extra. I do not recommend no one to do business with them.

Thank god for this place. Drove all the way out to the PULL N GO (that’s located just next door to LKQ Pick Your Part) only to find their doors locked in the middle of the day and then (when I called) to be told that they “aren’t open for parts anymore.” Went next door to LKQ Pick Your Part and found exactly what I needed, exactly where their website said it would be. Staff was helpful. Price was reasonable. Don’t know what’s up with PULL N GO and whether they are, in fact, “closed for parts” (despite that being, y’know, the whole nature of their business) but will never bother with them again either way. LKQ Pick Your Part for the win.

I came up with driver and passenger seat brackets. They charged me for misc brackets 50 something dollars and i couldnt explain to them that seat rails are sold in pairs. I got ripped off. I hate coming here with a passion but had to cause next door was closed.

Very disappointed, I went to buy an AC hose and when I asked the first person, I looked it up on the computer and he told me if there were two cars and it cost $18.50.Ok he took it off and when paying it tells me it's $55 but why if the receipt says 18 yes but there are two... there are two but it's one piece. ok there are two $18+$18=36 and the other $20 where it tells me about taxes 😲 $20 dollars

Showed up, paid my $3, pulled the hard to find part that I was looking for. Prices are reasonable especially for discontinued parts that are NLA and ebay sellers want an arm and a leg for them. Paid for my part and to my surprise, they were willing and ready to help me load a big heavy item into my vehicle without even asking. Everyone that I interacted with was courteous and professional. Thanks

Bad business people, 0 customer services and not understanding. I used to come here every week, last week I got a part that had a trim on the side, I didn’t notice and the trim was left behind. Came today to pick it up they wanted to charge me 8 usd for the trim that was part of the 30 usd part I bought last week. Rude and not understanding. They lost a good client

This places prices are out of touch with reality. I used to spend $1000+ per month at the lkq's of florida and the price hikes are just wild the same parts next door are 1/3 of the price. Considering the same used parts are 1/4 of the price on ebay without crazy fees and free shipping it's hard to justify visiting what was once Florida's best salvage yards.

They are straight scammers here. They make up prices that are often more than ordering a NEW PART. Was going to get a light switch control and AC controls, they wanted $25 for the light switch and $45 for the AC control panel. You can get these Chevy parts new for LESS than these junkyard self-pulled parts... But, that's not the best part. They also add on random charges, in which they cannot explain to you, unless you speak Spanish. I bought some plastic trim pieces and they charged for a 90-day warranty. Lol Then they have a no return policy... what are they warrantying on a piece of plastic? Why do I have to pay an extra 30% per item for a USELESS warranty. Also, they miss-counted and overcharged me on the amount of trim pieces I got. So, they apparently can't count either... and again, good luck finding someone that speaks English. If there wasn't a long line, I would have waited for someone that can communicate with customers in English...

Place doesn't speak English. When you ask if there are parts on the car you are interested in they will not tell you . They force you to pay an entrance fee to look and see if your part is even in the yard. Nope. Go fys. Also learn English.

This place has lost it's mind! (if it had one) The prices here are more expensive than a full service yard. They are still stocking the impound garbage cars - but charging premium prices. Shop around. This place is the junkyard of last resort for me now!

Over priced then they try scamming you with warranties on everything you buy. Go nextdoor better people and cheaper prices without a scam as you checkout. What a shame this place was awesome years ago, they forgot they are a junkyard

Do not go to this junkyard! Go next door to Pull n Go. Their prices are literally half. LKQ charges you for a warranty but doesn't tell you about it till it's time to ring it up also they make up charges and charge you for extra add-ons. On three separate occasions they wanted to charge me more than a new part would cost. As a mechanic who frequents junkyards from Bradenton to Tampa this is by far the most dishonest & expensive.

Worst customer service ever. I pulled into the parking lot. I Got out of my jeep to ask the guy at the counter where to park. While I was asking him the tow truck driver, put my jeep up in the air on his tow truck And moved it while it was in park. I came out there and asked him what he was doing and he said you can’t park here and I had to give him $150 to put my jeep down. I told him I was asking the guy at the counter where he wanted me to park. The tow truck guy got real angry And said he didn’t care and to give him $150 or I’m not getting my jeep. Luckily, the guy at the counter came out and told The tow truck driver that I was asking him where to park. The tow truck driver said I’m lucky the guy came out there and put my jeep down. Ever since he pulled my jeep while it was in park, my transmission has been messed up. I would never go here again. Then, when I got in my jeep, I said I’m going next-door to get a part Because of the way, the tow truck guy treated me. Then the Tow truck driver tried to tell me to get out and wanted to fight me. I just laughed at him and went next-door

One thing I will say is I could have paid 6 more dollars and got the part brand new with a warranty from Amazon. The upside is its a decent location and the cars are spaced out to give you enough room to avoid working in clutter. The staff I dealt with was very friendly

Wasn’t very impressed.. My friend and I drove 50 miles to pick up some parts (we got them, that’s not the issue) we arrive and they go through our bags and have us take some things out of the bags and return them to the car so we don’t get charged for them, ok no big deal. Well, I guess they didn’t notice the small roll of 18g copper wire in the tool bag and later on they tried to charge us for it and insisted that we “stole it”. Like, seriously.. They really think I stole something I can get for $5 at autozone and throw it in the bag instead of my pocket. I understand they have to deal with thieves but, that whole situation was lame over something that minuscule. Also, they will not ask you if you want a warranty on your parts. They will apply the warranty anyway without saying a word which brings the cost up immensely especially if you spend $100+. Ain’t like it used to be.

Updated Review - Dropping to ONE star ================================ As indicated below, I used to be a regular shopper here, but PYP has gone utterly mad with their pricing. I tried to buy a fan shroud today, that was actually CRACKED almost in half. Few would undertake to buy a part like that and fix it. They quoted me THEIR full price of $30 for the part, and another $28 for the attached sensor (which is PART of the shroud). So they wanted $58 off me for the part. I said "no thanks" and gave them their parts to discard. I bought that same shroud, **NEW** with a warranty, on Amazon for $35. PYP has become my place of last resort to obtain parts since they seem to think they are operating a retail outlet for new car parts. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I have virtually given up on buying parts here. PYP/LKQ added a "warranty" line item into every purchase, which they do not always tell you about and it increases the price significantly of the part. I bought a battery there a couple years back ( I had forgotten I bought the battery there). That battery died, so I went back to get another one. As they were trying to sell me another used battery for $60, they mentioned their batteries come with a life time warranty. I went back to my car to get the old failed battery to trade in, since you get a credit for the old battery. When I grabbed it, I noticed their sticker on the old failed battery, and the markings they add to everything you buy from them. So I said, "wait a minute, this battery came from here, so I should be able to get the replacement under your 'lifetime warranty' correct? " Suddenly, their tuned changed and they said, "no that sticker does not qualify", translation? Their 'lifetime warranty' is a JOKE! I went to Sam's Club and bought a new battery for $40 more and it comes with a REAL warranty!
