This is my 2nd time coming here. The cars listed online are in the correct location, easy to find the cars on the lot and plenty of available parts on the cars. Very big lot. Check-in is good. For my 2nd time coming here, during check-out, the cashier didn't ask me if I wanted the guarantee. The Hiram Clarke location asks me if I want the guarantee. I didn't want the guarantee but was charged for it and then when I left, it was stamped with guarantee declined. I didn't look at the details of my receipt until I got home. Also, they play really loud music at the check-in and check-out area which I really don't like. I'm coming there on a Saturday to enjoy removing car parts and upon entering the parking lot there is super loud music. Thankfully, the car that I was looking for was far from the loud music area. The Hiram Clarke location doesn't play really loud music. I don't even remember music at Hiram Clarke and the employees are friendlier at Hiram Clarke.

The best service ever everyone should consider going some day. They have the best customer service if I say so. I bought a brake pedal and this wonderful lady called Cindy assisted me. 10/10 service and the entrance fee isn’t that much either. If you’re even passing by check it out
