It's a pick a part priced somewhat reasonably on certain items. If you have the convenience of waiting a few days for shipping you can probably find better deals on some items. Unfortunately I couldn't wait my transfer case went out. They wanted 273 which includes the core charge. On line found it for 180 including shipping and a 1 yr warranty but couldn't wait the 10 days for shipping. They had several options but some cars had standing water under them and it hasn't rained in several days which is why I only left a 4

This IS the worst LKQ location in Houston. Enter at your OWN RISK - not worth the entrance fee-There is literally feces between the cars, the aisles are not cleared (like the other Houston locations), not a single employee in sight, poorly maintained, the inventory on their website does not match the cars that are in the yard currently. The Map is irrelevant as well because nothing is where it’s supposed to be. Only positive thing I can see about the location is the Used Batteries are very well organized. I would try Wallisville or Hiram Clarke before coming here- The Northville location is not even close to the standards I know LKQ has. If I could give 0 stars I would. Disappointing.

5 stars cause it was a easy process and I was able to get on my way very quickly. 4 stars because the price was not what it said online. Apparently it's 2 different prices, so pay attention. But everything else was great. I needed a hood for a 08 escape, they had the interchangeable part available and easy to remove.

They usually have almost any part you want but they have a habit of giving you the wrong price on the phone went yesterday for a brake caliper they told me $25 with my core when I got there it was $45 wasn't a problem still cheaper than anyone else

When it rains its bad....they charge 3 dollars to go in and now they want u to take a picture of the vehicle for their inventory.

Becareful with the ladies upfront they will try to rip you off and also add a worthless warranty even though I asked them not to add it on the parts. Wouldn’t recommend wasting your time at this place the employees are rude parts are more expensive then buying them from a regular junkyard. Tried to buy 3 parts from an older vehicle they wanted $400 I left everything there Ahahhahaha what a joke this place. The ladies that work in the front counter are scamming people left and right.

Terrible treatment with customers. I was trying to get some steps for my f150 truck today. Found some loose already the older lady in back said that I could get the brackets with it included. I couldn't find all brackets and asked them if I could go to another lkq to get the brackets. The big girl with the nose ring said no. I was willing to purchase these steps at $40 each and even go to another location to get the brackets. Why didn't they let me do it?? I'm through with these people. I get better treatment at U pull and pay off 45 south and Edgebrook.

Parts that you have to remove yourself at more expensive prices than you can buy brand new online. Plus the new parts come with a much better warranty. I used to like this place but I don't see myself going back.

After we called to verify that the vehicle we where looking for was available at this location.So we drove all the way to this location 50 miles away from my home, ($3 *2)the young lady printed out a list of similar vehicles, which was red flag number one.We were there for two hours looking for the correct vehicle plus looked at some of the compatible vehicles.False advertising the cars in the back should be taken over the scales and crushed.They are taking people money for entry fee knowing that the vehicle that you are looking for isn't available.They should have incentive for customers that pay to get in,and don't.Offer us a complimentary entry card voucher.Anything helps .

Very shady business practices, they want to charge you more then what the prices are on the internet. Very bad customer service. They add a warranty without asking and it averages about 30% on top of the sales price. Very bad location crooked employees.
