Poor customer experience. Simple math says that 6.99 x 2 = $13.98 but for some reason LKQ thinks that 6.99 x 2 adds up to $17.98 (or so I thought)? I asked the lady at the register to double check and she just wanted to argue with me about it and say that the computers are correct, which is probably true in most cases, but why does it need to turn into a heated conversation? I asked to borrow her calculator and I showed her that 6.99 x 2 = $13.98. I wasn't gonna sit there and argue over $4, but poor customer experience. **Turns out when I got home and took a picture of my receipt I was able to better make out that the 6.99 was actually an 8.99, just VERY poor ink on the printed receipt. Why couldn't the lady just look at her computer screen and verify that to begin with? Would have saved everyone a bunch of grief.I agree with other reviewers that you need to check prices before you go and be ready to challenge some of the random entries that the people at the registers enter in for your parts if the price doesn't seem correct. And the warranty... yes it is OPTIONAL! All the prices are increased 25-30% by adding the warranty, so depending on the part(s) you are are buying, you have the option to decline the warranty. As per the LKQ website: The optional 90-Day Worry-Free Guarantee is added automatically in our system "for your convenience". If you do not want this assurance, advise your sales associate at checkout and they will remove the optional 90-Day Worry-Free Guarantee from your purchase.

I got a set of beautiful black leather seats out of a 750 BMW and the controllers and they fit like a glove in my old school convertible m.Mitsubishi Eclipse!!! Had to be done, these things are the bomb.. so comfortable you just want to go to sleep in them, all powered heated, massage units, arbags ect. Thanks Pick a Part for helping me turn this junk of junk into a really nice car.

NOT a good place to get parts from. Today one of the cashiers was pretty rude with no manners (screaming at me and a customer that tended to be with me). I'm not surprised since every time I go the staff tend to not give the best kindness nor friendliness to the customers mainly the cashiers. As a normal customer that tends to go there frequently because of how close the location is to my business. I would like to bring awareness to other customers of the customer service they have in this location.

It's a cool place to go scour for parts if you need anything, but know that the staff here will not help you at all and pretty much everyone (except for one) has a pretty bad attitude.A few things to know:There are a couple of cashier windows facing the entrance and there are three facing the fenced area: if you got your parts from the older model areas, you have to pay at one of the cashiers facing the entrance. Otherwise, you'll still be charged the higher priced for new model. How do I know this? Because on my first visit here and when I saw the lines of people waiting to pay, I had asked a staff where the line started and I was advised to go all the way to the back of the line on the fenced side - despite the fact that my parts were from a 96 Civic (25-years old), I was charged a newer model part because I was in the wrong line.-now your prices (find them online) and check what you're being charged before you pay and/or leave. Why? I came back a different day to get a couple of clusters/speedometers from the same generation civic (96 and 98) and I was charged for 'Digital Speedometers' at the price of $26.75 each instead of just a regular speedometer at the price of $17.99 each. I didn't check my receipt until after I got home and by then, I just didn't want to drive back (this place is kind of far from me). They automatically add the 90-day warranty charge when you check out. You can always tell them you don't want the warranty. So in short, bring your tools (and a friend) and pay the $3 admission charge for each person and find a part that you need. Know that parts get taken off the car pretty quickly so as soon as you see a new car inventory that matches what you're looking for, you need to go that same day. Otherwise, you can expect most of the parts will have been stripped.

Entry fees is too high at $3. They have keep a mandatory warranty on everything even a monogram which I bought. Valuation of their parts is extremely high. Very bad overall personal experience.

Overpriced vs the competition and not very friendly cashiers. If you don't say anything then you will be automatically force-fed a 90 day warranty. If you decline it they rudely tell you the sale is final and absolutely no 30 day warranty. I find it interesting that although one decides to decline LKQ's bogus warranty they still insist on marking your parts purchased.

Good place to get parts. Only thing that they don't ask anymore if you want the warranty. They charge you automatically.

They've gone up on their prices a bunch, and the vehicles are not sorted out by make any more. Just trucks and SUVs in one lot and cars in the larger lot.

Everyone is nice and friendly. I made a return because I pulled a couple parts off of a different year model and they were different. Great service, I'll be going back.

If you don’t check out EXACTLY by closing time then you’re screwed. Drove over 2 hours and spent another 2 hours picking parts only to not be able to check out at 5:04PM. Now driving another 2 hours back home empty handed. Door guys were friendly tho.
