Two days ago, I went to Pick Up Parts and found three parts I needed for my Range Rover. They were radio-related parts, but the person helping me charged me as if they were modules, which are much more expensive. She told me that the parts were not showing up in the system and that she had to use a different description, but those descriptions made the price much higher. I explained that this was not correct and asked to speak to a supervisor. She told me she was the manager and refused to help me further. She was very rude, unprofessional, and not helpful at all. I don’t recommend this place if you expect fair pricing and good customer service.
