I really wish I could not give any stars, they do not honor returns even if you pay for the extra 90 day return, they will say it is not there's when you can clearly see that it is marked, I paid 342.15 for a transmission that I can't use on my vehicle because mine needs the second sensor so I tried to return theirs so I could go pick mine up at another lkq location. They lied and said they only use one paint color which you can clearly see from the pictures that they use multiple colors. The guy who was there over the weekend when we tried to return it the first time tried to say he didn't remember us even being there 2 days before. But then lied again saying we were there over the weekend to get the core charge. I have been on the phone with the Manager multiple times today before driving 2 and a half hours for no reason. But like he said he "does this everyday to people" so other than the price of transmission, core, and warranty was not enough I am now out the four trips to Houston while my vehicle is still without the correct transmission.

This is a good place to buy used automotive parts. They have a large truck and SUV inventory, including older models.It's a large yard so get ready to do a lot of walking when you come here. Be sure you bring all the tools you might need to remove parts.The website shows row number and space number, but they don't always match with what's actually there.

Today I went to LKQ at 9314 Wallisville Rd, Houston, TX 77013, to buy a taillight for my car, and I searched for the car's location to take out the light tale, but I couldn't find it. Because this place is huge, and it was a bit of hot day. The search made me tired, so I decided to go to the accounting counter and inquire about what was had advertised on their website. I asked the girl in the window about the location of the car I need to get a part from, and explained to her that I searched and did not find what I came for. Another girl overheard my conversation with the cashier and asked me to go to a second window and tell her about what is the issue I had, I told her my dilemma. Then, she called one of the workers and asked him to go and look for the car. After about four or five minutes, the very nice lady I think, her name was Erika ( please forgive me if I forgot or misspelled your name) asked me to go to a certain number area in the lot, and I went there and this young man was waiting for me and took me to the car I came for, and he helped me somehow there to get the part out , I thank him. These people who are working there are some of the best people who I did business with, they listen and then try hard to help. I am very thankful for the good treatment I received there. Many thanks to the people working there. You made my day a very good day, as I found a genuine part and saved about 75% of the original values. Thank LKQ

Very cool place. Cheap entrance fee. I was here for training but considering bringing my kid out just to let him look at the vehicles. It is what you would expect from a junk yard...old, wrecked cars that have been picked apart...but cool anyway. Was thinking that it would be cool to come with a group and do a scavenger hunt or contest to see who could find the coolest item.

First of all. Called around 3:30 and wanted to talk with someone and wouldn't even answer. Kept getting a repeat of the menu when you hit three for pricing. Then it hangs up on you. It's been so long since I been here and wanted to see if they have someone to install engines on site.

Great staff friendly and helpful, i found the parts I needed with no problem after instructed when I entered where to find it. big yard somewhat good selection of modern domestic models. Reasonably priced parts.

I been there so many times over the years. Good place to get parts for my cars. Not always I find what I'm looking for, now thank to the internet I can check theirs inventory. The only thing that I don't like it's that they don't ask anymore if you want to buy the guarantee. They charge you even if you don't want it or ask for it.

Despite checking the inventory online you never really know what you're going to find until you get there and start looking around. You can ask for a list of the cars and locations you are looking for at the gate but be prepared to walk and take whatever tools you're going to need. If you're lucky you'll be able to find what you're looking for.

If I could give no Stars I would very poor customer service and the highest price for parts compared to most salvage yards. Will not recommend this place to no one.
