Here we go. LQK owns all locations now. The admission price has more than doubled. Now it's $5 to enter. The prices are outrageous now. They pretty much have tripled. Went in to purchase a bumper cover. When the young lady scanned it, she said wow. Then told me that would be $456. The cover was scratched up pretty bad and cracked. She said the License plate holder would be extra. One busted fog light will be additional and the 18 inch foam piece was extra as well on top of the $456. At that price it did not even include their warranty. The prices are locked in and they go by the same pricing at all locations. I propped that cover up against the fence and got out of there as quickly as possible. So just beware when you get to that check out window. The parking lot is medium size. Few out houses up front. After the rain ground is flooded in many spot. The water dies not drain off to well. Lot of debris through out the place. Stuff down the isles and in between the cars.

Depends on what you are looking for. This is a junk yard. I went there few weeks after rain still puddle of water and mud everywhere. Don't expect anything clean. The location is somewhat organize. The location of vehicle on their website doesnt mean much until you figure out their unmarked layout. No sign or marks to identify rows anywhere. Price there is fair. If you want a part, get there as soon as you see it listed. I get there 4 days after "listed". I can't event recognize car. I got lucky find few parts I need. The cashier is a guy following the pricelist. Don't expect any high end customer service. They have wheel barrel and carts provided for you to use. Get there weekday morning. I can see a very crowded weekend. If you are a handy guy like to fix your own thing then is a must visit even just for the experience.

Its unfortunate how one employee can ruin a business image on mistreating costumers, with a bad attitude & such rude behaviour. I visited this Pick & Pull Monday to pick an Engine & the short Man in the Entry called panchito was so rude to me & many costumers as they were walking in he has no manners & no greeating skills & a really bad attitude he even keep complaining about his co woker Juan making face expresions even thou Mr Juan was nicer. Pancho ignored me for about 10 minutes kept attending new walkins while all he had to do is check my too bag upon arrival, also kept trying to charge me rudly as i would walk in with a stamp on me multiple times. The Clerks we very nice the transctions were smooth but as i unloaded the engine in truck i removed the pump from engine to return it politetly & Pancho accused me as a thieve that he didnt believe me it was the same pump he was so rude & unprofessional also said & put the hoist back where it goes originally the hoist was stuck on a chevy when i got it & the carts & hoist were all scattered why tell a costumer that spent hr removing n engine to do your Job. That man is so negative in every question i had he had a complaint & an order to go by. Being a Manager for decades being trained in Irvine, Ca & by many yrs of experience this type of employee can hurt a business profit & Image with his poor costumer service Skills & attitude.

Admission is $3. I like the size of this yard. I'm usually always able to find what I need.

The yard is fine, but the price structure isn’t followed, they redefine parts so they can make more money. For example, a spare tire kit doesn’t include the jack, which is extra. A y-pipe is called a crossover pipe and it doesn’t include one side of the Y even though it’s welded on. A headlight doesn’t include the bulb, etc. so the piece you think you’re gonna pay can go way up because they are intentionally misrepresenting parts on their price list…and they don’t care. Be prepared to argue into nothingness.

extremely expensive , it was my firts resoucre now is the last resource, they want to sell 3 things from the car and get back all the money they paid for it. Last weekend went to get a speedometer connector for my truck dodge 85, then I found two small speakers like 6" round, they wanted me to pay close to 40 dlls each, yes each, I found the same the brand kicker in internet for $ 60 dlls the pair. the speedometer thing was 40 dlls too, in internet is the same price but new, I bought 1 head light with the cover, they charged me $ 65 just for a head light, simple suggestion BEFORE you go there look online and will find better deals and save time, ONLY when it is something you can not find online or at the part store then use these places they are overcharging big

I'm starting to think this pick youre part the other 1 a mile away are both doing something to sell out on cars . I been a number of times to these two particular places for some particular cars , I see the pictures online and go almost immediately maybe 10 am the latest . Once o get there the car looks nothing like the picture . All the engine or good parts are gone . It's impossible that some one gone and took all those larts in matter of under an hour . This place advertised online to just bring in customers just to find out their vehicle of choice is almost totally dismantled. I'm very upset now .

Literally been shopping Pick Your Part for almost 50 years. Great experience seeing the (various yards) evolve from a run-of-the-mill junkyard to a well organized enterprise. All over Southern California and neighboring states. Recycling old as well as newer vehicles no longer fit for our highways. A great service for our planet and do-it-yourself mechanics. Parts for my vehicles at up to 90% off retail if you don't mind getting a little dirty! Their inventory of vehicles well organized- they'll even print you a list- so you know exactly where your part is. Always Clean and safe environment. Did I mention well organized?

OVERPRICE, this place is advertise as a salvage yard but prices are auto parts store prices, the price shown online for a part is different than the price they charge at the window. Do not get scam cashier's set their own prices.I stoped by for a regular $30 dollar wiring hardness was quoted $95. and a new hardness is only $120 buyer be ware.

Admission is fair priced. Staff are friendly. If they don't have what you are looking for they probably will in a few days. They move a lot of vehicles. The yard is well organized. Location is convenient. Just remember to write the vehicle stock numbers down on the slip they hand you at the admission booth. You will need it at the cashier window. Otherwise you will hold the line up.

Deplorable conditions for any family to set foot in. Parking lot alone was a haven for the drug induced. We went there to turn in a gas mower as part of the SCAQMD rebate program & subsequent sign off. It was so bad, I didn’t hang around long enough to take any pictures. Let your imagination guide you & your decision to use this location, but it seemed sketchy at best.

I never like to complaint but man Im just writing this review for the cashier Jorge super rude and super disrespectful. I asked for no warranty on my parts and he charged me for it . After I asked him nicely to refund he started yelling and screaming at me that i didnt say to remove the warranty . He didnt want to give me his name and at the end he said his name is jorge when his manager came .

Buying warranty on the parts is optional but there is an old guy here who instead of being supportive or MAKE SILENT use mockery to ridicule customers saying “if you don’t buy warranty don’t come back trying to return the parts as if we don’t understand the situation… being force to buy warranty on the parts is a theft… and they still charge an environmental fee but there is a big oil spill in several of their locations,

I only gave it 4 stars because it never has what I need but that's just how it is at a junk yard. The nice part is you can call and they will tell you over the phone if they have what your looking for. The female staff are happy to help you.😁 Since I am female mechanic, I go pick my own parts quite often if I can. You also have 90 days to return some parts. They have a sale coming soon.👌

The lady at the gate doesn't really seem to know how to navigate their inventory. I saw a 95 Toyota there but it was stripped. So I asked her if there are any other T100's there for any year and she kept telling me I need to look it up on the website and basically just looked up the exact same vehicle I already saw. I went back and eventually found a 96 Toyota. I suppose I was already annoyed that I had to pay again and get a different stamp after having just been at their other location a mile away. Admittedly I'm a diy newbie so I don't know everything like the normal guys, but they should expect there would be some people like that to start out in the hobby. Ultimately I didn't find my part. I found a different part I could have used, they wanted $15 for a belt buckle, I could buy a new alternative for $19 so I declined. The guy next to me also declined to buy a larger item when he heard how expensive it was compared to the last time he got one. About 10 others before that had a lot of parts and did seem to complete their purchase as needed. (From reading the other reviews it looks like it's the same rude older lady.)

BEWARE PEOPLE: Cashier not respecting prices shown on their page as they should. The cashier doesn’t know the difference between two parts and there prices, he looks for the part that isn’t it and choses the highest priced part, therefore charging me the price of a part that isn’t it. Also, they charge you more than how much the part actually is on their website. Cheap parts end up being expensive. They are charging you for a used part as if they were brand new, sometimes even more than how much they cost in an actual part store. I’d rather by them new now that they’re charging you as if the part was brand new. If you are going to buy something from here, look for the young skinny dude (he was not there today), he charges you fairly and is respectful not like this old guy that I had today for a cashier.

PYP are turning into thieves when they automatically charged the so called "warranty " without informing the customers. Warranty is an option and must be asked by your cashier and agreed by the customers. Nice work and keep doing the great practices

Good place for parts unfortunately will not be going there any more they need to hire a security guard ASAP my car was broken into at around 1 to 3 today. Also when I was there about 2 months ago someone else's car was broken into. Completely unacceptable. Only will be going back tomorrow to get a new piece of glass will have my dog in my car to watch it if a person gets bite oh well for them. Police in that area won't do anything wanted me to wait for hrs due to many calls ahead of mine. No one is even at there sub station half a mile away. Would not take a report over the phone even. Told them I have the persons blood on my car if they could take a sample. This city and yard has lost me as a tax payer and customer.

This place is deceiving on pricing. Dad got a fan and they sold it to him as a dual fan for 49.99 on the website there is no option for dual fan just fan for 35 dollars. Second they charged him the warranty without asking if he wanted it. Tried calling the 800 number to confirm pricing at 230pst says office is closed. He is going to junkyard because he is limited on funds only to get robbed and charged as much as a new fan. Ridiculous to take advantage of the elderly

Be careful when you’re paying for your item. They charge you for warranty unless you tell them not to. I discovered this while walking away from the window and I went back immediately and they said once you walk away from the window you can’t get a refund for the warranty. Seems like a scam

I arranged for car to be picked up this morning 10/31/20. I received a call at 8:00 a.m. Telling me the driver was dispatched and should be there by 9. The car was not located at my residence it was in front of a business so we got up and went to the business to wait for the driver. At just before 9 I called to find out where the tow truck driver is an I'm told hes on his way will be here shortly 15 minutes. We waited 20 minutes and I call back and they tell me all he should be there in 10 more minutes and I ask for dispatch so I can get an exact time The dispatcher was rude gave me attitude for asking him to contact the driver to find out where he is then told me he would be there in 10 minutes. By that time we would've been waiting an hour and a 1/2, he then hung up on me. I call back and ask for a manager and the manager told me he has been there all morning and the phone hasn't rang at all. I told him I called several times and spoken to several people and he said well I've been here and nobody called I said so your calling me a liar and that's exactly what happened he called me a liar!! I called them 4 times and the driver did even show up until 9:38, by that time we had already left and looked for another company to sell our car too. Do not use this pick a part they are rude And incompetent!!!!!!

Prices are high and their customer service is not good. They get an attitude if you don't agree with them, even if you are correct on the parts you are trying to purchase. I saw them overcharge someone for a part that was clearly not what they were charging them for. Even after the customer showed them online and on their website. They do not honor the price list.

LKQ as a whole is not on my favorite list every since they've gotten rid of their rewards program (literally overnight) and increased their prices across the board at all locations.🤬 Lines are sometimes long here, but typical at this location. If you see something you want here don't wait too long because vehicles are rotated out very fast since this is a smaller yard. Also, the Anaheim location is very close to here so if you don't see what you need they typically have a few more vehicles Don't forget to get the stock number or they won't let you check out now. You can find it online though, but you have to look at the vehicle on that specific location's site.
