Would have given LKQ 5 stars if they didn't have their minions walking around assuming everyone is stealing a used part. Overall I enjoy walking through to find parts for different vehicles. Enter at own risk though bending your ankle is very likely to happen. If not watching where u are going

Their own workers take off the parts before actually opening it up to the public. Because they just put the car out online, I come in right away and parts are already gone. Not possible. They take the parts off to sell it so public can't get all the parts in the picture. Very disappointed because I waste time and money to come their and most of the time the parts are gone. Their workers need to be checked and monitored. And another thing, they try to force you so you so much to buy their warranty. I keep telling them, I don't need it, they force you and force you until you say no like the 6th or 7th time. Definitely not how it was years ago. Need honest supervision.

Scheduled a car pick with LKQ. They give you the time and say “answer when they call” I’m at work thinking about time I get home the car will be gone and out of my hair. They never called or picked up the car. I knew they weren’t coming when it got around 2pm it does not take that long at all. Even according to their call center rep cancelled my pick up because as he stated “probably because of the weather ” there’s literally no ice on the main roads and rarely ice on the less traveled streets. Very poor communication because at least if there was a problem I should’ve been called or texted to reschedule or given some type of heads up of what’s going on. 2 stars until I see if they come with some type of excuse tomorrow.

I like to go to LKQ of Greer because I can find parts that are not available from Ford without buying a a larger part with many smaller parts. I even enjoy going and just looking at parts trucks in the yard. Good people and good prices too.

I have just taken someone here so he could return a part and look around for more parts that he needs. I have heard this place is good and you can get parts at a cheap price. I hope to go look around inside sometime.

Cheaper parts if you are willing to put in the work to pull them yourself. You also need to make sure that you go online and check to make sure they have the vehicle you need the part off of before going into the locations.

Made arrangements to have them buy and tow my wrecked car. Got there and they said they couldn't pay me because of a computer problem. I told the yard supervisor I had to have the check today and she made it happen! She stayed late, called her manager and somehow took care of it. The 5 stars are all for the yard supervisor who went above and beyond to make good on what had been promised despite extenuating circumstances. Thank you!!!!!

First time there and the experience sucked. Bad customer service. But no biggie on my part and to the owner/s, the heavy set girl there lost y'all over 400$ but that might not be no biggie to y'all but not good for business. I wanted a full set of rims but couldn't get them because the vehicles were still on the ground. Went and told the heavy set girl up front and was told they shouldn't be on the ground and would tell someone...Waiting... She goes back to playing on the computer and does nothing. It was a waste of 6$.

Prompt, very professional and excellent work. They did a one acre parking lot in 3 hrs. Very satisfied.

Sold my car, they had a pick up time from 9-12, then asked could they come at 7am. I accomendated them. To not go pick up my money til tge day after. Due to lack of employee, they were not able to give me money today, not just me another couple who they got their car prior to mines, changing the pick up time for them also, and 2 days before mines got picked up.I find their service unacceptable!
