Overall a pleasant experience however the prices seem too high considering the company states their goal is to reuse parts and encourage recycling. A majority of what they offer can be found cheaper online. They beat the local parts stores prices though and the staff are pleasant from my experiences

Everything is ridiculously over priced. They have a core charge for a tire and rim. That makes sense right?!They use the tire and wheels to hold up the vehicles. But, they charge 100 bucks for a standard tire and wheel. That's not even for aftermarket wheels. They also charge you for removing the wheel from the tire and a disposal fee. But, if you buy all 4 you pay $400. So, yea.. you saved money.. except that disposal fee is higher because the tires are most likely trash. They charge you an environmental fee of $1.33Yea, thanks for keeping it outside. Not sure why we get charged for that. Because the dust kicked up in the air from you moving vehicles is totally safe to breathe. Its not like you have people out sanitizing everything and it smells like sewage in the yard.If you're going to charge a fee to keep everything clean and safe you could have a wash station where we can go wash the dust, oil, greese, or other nasty things we come in contact with off of our hands.$1.33 from 10 customers is enough for some dawn soap and a spigot with running water. Maybe even a station with hand sanitizer.I'm not saying there needs to be one. But, if you're going to charge us for that. You could do something to make it logical to pay.The selection is okay. But, the vehicles aren't sorted well. The high initial price and added fees is enough to make me not want to go back.

O.m.g. I cannot tell you enough, how much I appreciate and like, this place. I love the staff, products, and set up. Con's, I don't like the back and forth on Disabled entry pricing at the gate. One person charges another does not. I like everything simple.

Very expensive compared to other salvage yards. And other salvage yards pull the parts for you. When they first opened it was good, but they have gone WAY up on prices. I left a part on the counter and left. After a few clicks on the internet I got the same part OEM for the same price, in factory packaging delivered to my home. Save the trip.

Good customer service. But there prices are very steep i grabbed a sun visore from a 1991 truck that was pretty stained as well as two door speakers. They wanted to charge me 48.96 plus tax. Go to fb market an you can find parts for cheaper an won't have to pull them yourself. Waste of time an gas coming here...

I like the facility and the inventory is great!! The prices are really high on some of the parts or items that some people only need half of the item for example:: I needed the upper front crossbar for the radiator support on 2005 gmc 1500 and was charged for entire assembly upper and lower and I only had the one upper peice and they don't care and you either pay full price for my top bar only' or don't get the part%<⁷_!

It's a great place to buy parts, but they nickel and dime you to death. Yard fee, environment fee, fifteen percent added if you want to know you can count on getting a part that works. 3.5 stars is what I'd like to give. Make sure you get the checker to mark your parts like they're supposed to, to our they will act like you didn't buy it there too.Kind of shady attitude about things in general, but once you get past that it's a great source of parts.

I will say that selection is better than say PullAPart but I believe that to be relative to the price of their parts. The fees ie warranty that they don't ask if you'd like or not along with over priced parts that YOU pulled. They need to copy the parts prices from a competitor business model. I won't return unless they do.

That have a big huge inventory, but their prices are way too high to be a salvage yard where you have to remove it. Too many fees. Compare to Pull A Part which is great in prices.

The yard is well organized and clean, especially compared to other you pull it yards. All the vehicles are catalogued so that they are easy to find. This location used to have some employees that obviously didn't care about their job and were down right rude, but lately I haven't seen any of those employees and they have hired new people with much better customer service.
