    TWO BAD MOTORS A reputable repair shop installed a LKQ Nissan motor in our service vehicle that was in the shop for over three weeks while the engine replacement was in progress, only to hear the LKQ motor had a bad cylinder. Our vehicle was in the shop for over a month during the second installation. The second LKQ motor lasted approximately 1k miles beyond the 7k warrantee then seized up. Considering our companies cost of a rental truck, towing fees, missed service appointment, and overall inconvenience, LKQ is unwilling to provide a replacement motor even after escalating the matter to management. After two failed Motors, they responded with: "Sorry, it's out of warrantee, have a good rest of your day".

    Reps are ok but the people delivering have no respect for the reps and their notes . Delivery drive for merced barely has any drop off items and comes and 8am and leave at 8:30 and goes back to base . 3 deliveries already had to wait three extra days each and they still wont come when we open . We been here for 5 years now and i tell you we have never seen such a bad delivery person . They can do what ever they want when ever they want and no one can tell the driver a single thing ! Maybe the driver owns LkQ i dont know what is going on but the guy does not want to work nor likes his job

    dont go here unless u want to make a billion trips due to THEIR mistakes. my boyfriend ordered a transmission for his camaro and when it was delivered friday they did not tell him to bring a truck so he had to come back AGAIN the following week. On Monday he went to pick it up and they refunded his order bc it wasnt picked up but it was barely delivered for 1 day!!!!! AND THEN THEY GAVE HIM A TRANSMISSION FOR A NISSAN ALTIMA ?!! like how do u confuse a transmission for a camaro n a nissan ??? n if u think it couldnt get worse IT DOES !!! he went back to get the correct part and IT WAS THE WRONG ONE AGAIN!! instead of an automatic transmission they gave a manual. this is already 3 trips he has had to make which is pretty difficult given he doesnt have a car. so now we have to wait another two weeks for them to order the CORRECT PART. do better pls and educate ur workers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I purchased an engine for my car and went 9 months waiting for it, because they kept sending damaged ones. After my mechanic finally got one that seemed okay, he put it in and the engine never started. He called LKQ and they told me to take it to the dealership for a diagnostic to confirm the engine is damaged internally. Money and time that I don't have. I'd say never purchase an engine here, just for that fact that they're making me spend a ton of money to get the engine warranty to work. Not to mention that I've waited so long for a decent engine. Smh. Bad places. Don't go here.

    All I had was a question about a part for my vehicle and they put me on hold for 10 minutes. They didn't even tell me that they where going to put me on hold. 2nd time this happens. You can also tell when someone is not busy, just lazy and doesn't wan't to work.

    Never answer the phone. They are can only say hold on one minute. I am waiting 40 minutes. Don’t call them. Poor business experience. People don’t do business with them.

    First their customer service is garbage, had too keep calling, and calling till someone got off their lazy ass and picked up a phone. Then they send me a crack engine!! I dont how they exists, but lkq is 100% garbage!!!!!

    They are cool people. But, it’s Friday and I was missing part of my order. Was told it was all there after the lady checked the box. But, get home and I’m missing the 2k primer that really needed. I’m sure it was a miscommunication since they are in transition of merging with Finishmasters. Will have to buy from their competitors. I’m sure they will be up to speed soon.

    Terrible! "Dear LKQ customer, question.... how long have you been in the collision repair business? 30 years?! One more question. In 30 years, have you EVER experienced anything as ABSURD and STUPID and RIDICULOUS as what you experienced at LKQ in Stockton? Reply: "Never. No sir, no ma'am i've never experienced anything this bad before....this experience with LKQ in Stockton is for sure the worst and most ridiculous thing i've seen in 30 yrs of being a customer of Like Kind Quality (LKQ)." LKQ, i'm sorry....but you EARNED THIS TERRIBLE REVIEW. STOP TURNING CUSTOMERS AWAY DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS BC YOU ARE UNDERSTAFFED OR SOME OTHER BULL-BUTTER EXCUSE BC CLEARLY THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS.

    Have never been on hold for so long. 35 minutes waiting to getting answered to only hear "please hold" and hold for another 25 minutes. Very poor customer service.

    Don’t expect for them to warranty anything out! I had a defective transmission from them and after months of getting the run around they just denied it and said it was bad installation. Ok my 15 years experience working on cars. Never purchasing again!!!

    This place is good to get car parts. However when you call they answer and say something like hello this is lkq something how may I help you and then put you on hold. They don't even bother on saying can you please wait a while we have stuff to do. They just put you on hold without telling you it's clueless ?????? Am I supposed to hang up or something. A wait for like almost an hour and they pick up. You say what car part you need and then again put you on hold without even telling you nothing.

    If you're going to make a core return, just make sure you get there 10 minutes before closing because the door will be locked and everybody will be getting ready to leave. Their hours of operation are from 8 to 4:00, that means the employees need to be driving off at 4:00 p.m. exactly

    Purchase a transmission from here everything was going good till I got it installed and mechanic put fresh transmission fluid. The next day I noticed it was leaking Lost over 2 quarts looks like there was a hairline crack at the bottom of the transmission when I picked it up, there was no fluids in it, so there was no way for me to even know that it was no good. Paid the mechanic to JB Weld the hairline crack. Called up and talked to my rep good guy management said unfortunately there was nothing they can do to help me out even though they gave me a cracked transmission they said because the mechanic fixed it that they couldn't cover or give me any type of reimbursement or warranty. long story short just buy a remanufactured one and save yourself driving and headaches.

    Bought a 2014 ford back window. I pick up the part it came with the whole door and they said I had to remove window myself. Quote me a different Price and had a different price to pay upon pick up. Disappointing

    Help was great but the product (rims) that I had ordered for my vehicle were in worse shape then what I needed to replace. Was told they were in great condition all had different chips and dings, they were quick and without question ready to refund my money since I wasn't satisfied with the car rims. And yes I will still do business with them should I need to again. I will just question the condition of the parts I need next time

    NIGHTMARE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. We ordered a complete rear subframe assembly for a truck, and got two control arms and a knuckle. Now a week later we have no parts, and LKQ has our money, and won't call back or issue a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LKQ. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT FIX THEIR MISTAKES WHEN THEY MAKE THEM.

    Had 2 very bad experiences with LKQ. First experience, I called for a driver side knee airbag as I was collecting parts for my car. When I picked up the part I trusted that they picked out the correct part, they didn’t I found out when I started the process of replacing parts. They gave me a passenger side airbag which I already had. When I tried to return the part they said it was over 30 days and I can no longer return it. They made no attempt to right the wrong and still made me pay a restock fee. Second experience, they lost a dash panel I ordered in shipping and couldn’t ship me another one, they said they would reach out with another one and haven’t till this day. Wouldn’t recommend anyone do business with them.

    Nice little park in a great neighborhood...perfect for walking the dog . There is a play area for kids with swings and a slide . There is also two basketball hoops.

    I would have given it half a star but that wasn't an option . This place was HORRIBLE . The customer service was great. They were very friendly, and made things completely understandable but that doesn't take a way from my horrible experience . First, I paid $250 dollars for my part to be here in a matter of 3 days . On the fourth day I called and my part still wasn't in . On the 5th day Frank called me to notify me that the part had gone bad and he had to order me another part coming from a different place for the same amount but it'll take 8 days to get here . Mind you I paid $250 for it to get here in a matter of days . It was whatever , I really needed the part for my car . So I said that's fine . TEN days later I finally here back from him and something went wrong with the transaction . So he was going to refund me my money in a check , because I paid with cash . It took 10 days for me to get my refunded check . He also ordered me another part that took a week to arrive , FOR THE PART TO GET HERE AND NOT FIT . Worst experience of my life !!!!!!

    If only I could select 0 star for this organization then that would be the deal. In my first nasty experience with them I ordered a car seat and asked it to be shipped to me in Oakland CA from their Bakersfield office on 5/20/21 instead they shipped my seat to Tennesse in the East coast before they realized their error and shipped to the correct address and delivered on 6/24/21. My second nasty experience is ongoing. I ordered an alternator for my 2012 Honda Accord v6 on 9/14/21 through a lady called Mindy at the Stockton location to be shipped from their Bakersfield location [again]. With today being 9/22/21 I'm yet to get my part [within the same state of California] and yet again this was another case of wrong shipment. I called their Stockton office on 9/21/21 and no one has a clue on how to resolve this issue. They kept saying Mindy would call you but she never did. When I called back today, Mindy promised to have it shipped out same today, give me a call me and hand me the tracking number but she never did. This is a very bitter pill to swallow. Terrible customer service, terrible business ethics! Some companies have no business being in business.

    The manager and responsible folks in the office are very Lower profile people. My brother called and asked for doors he was given a good price when he showed up the price got changed. He tried to talk and solve the issue unfortunately the manager his name Mike spoke to him with big time attitude. I recommend to the owner that folks with attitude shouldn’t handle your decent business.

    I called to ask about a part, after they looked it up and didn't have it they said they would get me a recommendation on where else I could look for it, then abruptly hung up the call. I called twice and received the same treatment from 2 people, even after explaining to the second guy what happened the first time. I'm not sure what their problem is.

    I bought a steering gear box even after I told them on 4x4 it’s a gear box and 2x4 is a rack and pinion they ordered me a rack and pinion anyways and it only have 80k on it so after I figured out they ordered me the wrong thing they had to reorder it but they wouldn’t price match anything they ended up ordering me a gear box with 198k on it at the price I was given and to top it off they don’t tell you that who ever card you use has to pick it up even though my wife has the same last name they wouldn’t let her pick it up Ann is the person who ordered all this and messed it so I had to cancel the order and have my wife call in then when she calls she tells her she has to wait 315 comes around she finally gets thru and tells my wife she has to wait until Monday to get the part and after she says she’s going to cancel the whole thing Ann just hangs up on her! This place is very rude! It’s easier to go else where.

    We bought a transmission at this location for around 1,100 dollars. At first they told us it was going to take about a week to get here so after waiting the week we were given a very dirty looking transmission however since we had never bought a transmission before and it was supposed to be rebuilt we figured it was normal. On that weekend the mechanic that usually works on our truck told us that they must have messed up and gave us the a returned transmission because because of how dirty it looked, but since they don't open weekend he said he could try installing it for us and see if it works. When the transmission didn't work and we tried to get what we paid for they told us to bad because we decided to install it the warranty was voided ( I don't see how the warranty works then since to know is not working you have to install it) so they basically cheated us out of more than 1,000 dollars. My warning to you is be very careful of what they give you. As for us we are definitely never going there again, and will see if we can get them in small claims court.

    The prices are fair and they treat you nice, however the sales office is separate from where you pick up the parts. So there is often confusion as to the usability of the part you just bought. I had to make three trips back to get it right.

    I would give zero star Terrible company I ordered 4 seats for my car LQK delivered to the shop the car seats was ripped and stains it had mold to my mechanics who install it I was not happy with this company never will do business again

    Totally lied to us about core charges. Spent a good amount of money, waited 2 1/2 weeks for the motor to show up(was supposed to be a week), and then was told we had 90 days to bring in the core. Brought it in just over 30 days and they wouldn’t take it. I’ll go elsewhere.
