Do not order from here. They take over 10 days to get one part to you, and they keep saying that it is due to being short handed. If you are that short handed, don't take orders you can not fill!!!!!!!! Costing me money!!!!!! This place is a joke!!!

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star!! HORRIBLE customer service.. called in to get a part and they say they are only online order and can’t do anything on the phone and to buy it online.. NEVER RECOMMEND

Came here to pick up a load. First off there is no shipping office. Just doors that say employee entrance only and visitors report to main office which is locked. Walked up to the will call kiosk and the guy in there was rude and less than helpful. So I decided to wander through the building and see if I could find somebody to make things happen. Ended up running into a super nice young blonde lady who helped me get things figured out. As a local resident that's purchased parts here before it definitely makes me second guess wanting to use them anymore. Do better. 3 stars just for the young lady.

Don't try walk in buy anything or call there 633 number, complete waste....I'll spend my $ somewhere else & I called the number on the door & got transferred to Detroit 4-5 times, figured I'd stop by since I drive right past it, nope...call our 330-633-whatever # and repeatedly get same thing...LKQ Must not need customers....I used know 3-4 people worked there & I'll never try m again....multi billion $ company cares zero about the little guy

Parts were as described and Jake was about as easy to deal with as one could possibly hope! Gentleman at the window for customer pickup (I have the name but won't post here), was pretty rude and not easy to talk to. You're customer facing my friend, act as such.

Ordered a engine on October 7th and paid $2,046 and it was supposed to be in on the 18th and I called five times nobody would answer or nobody would call me back so finally on November third I drove to LKQ on Triplett Avenue and Akron and said where's my motor and somebody it threw out the process canceled my order but never put the money back on my card until November 5th so I need the motor so I had to buy another one until LKQ decided to put my money back in my account for the first one I purchased and never received. But in the end everything worked out but it was still poor service through lower employees

I purchased a transmission from them and it turned out to be bad. They said they would get me another transmission and reimburse me for labor. I took my vehicle back to the dealership had them remove the old transmission, because LKQ refused to do anything until they got the old transmission. The dealership remove the transmission I called LKQ and They told me they sold the transmission they had for me and that I had to wait. Over a week later, I finally received a transmission That had very high mileage and they refuse to reimburse me for the labor for installing the first bad transmission they gave me. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy company.

Check your motors main crank before leaving the lot. Lesson learned. This was my third motor from them - first two worked this third one I didn’t test asap cuz I trusted them. Oops again my lesson their profit.
