Good luck if you go there to use their scale that they advertise and offer to the public for a fee. We got crap customer service- waited for about 15 minutes for Mike since apparently he is the only who can run the scale. He asked what we wanted so we told him we’d like to weigh our truck then bring our new trailer back to weigh it and asked IF we could weigh the trailer by axel. He started saying he didn’t know… that’s a lot of work… we thought he was being funny and joking but then he said he didn’t have time for “all this” referring to the other work he was doing and now our request to use the scale. We then realized he was serious and actually upset- we told him never mind we’d go somewhere else. As we were leaving he made a comment about they don’t make enough money from customers using the scale.<br>Seriously don’t offer a service if you don’t want to provide it to your customers, or up your fee so it’s “worth your time” but if you do that maybe provide decent customer service. Totally unprofessional and absolute crap customer service.

Call and asked to purchase a tire and wheel and the guy said "I couldn't put a car wheel on my car dolly because of the 0 offset". I told him that "I already have car wheels on my dolly that it works great!" The arrogant salesman said " Well, I've been doing this for 30 years and it won't work" and hung up on me! I'll never call them for anything or recommend M & R to anybody! This wasn't the first time that this dude was a prick to me!

AVOID,<br>If you call and get a price they'll change it in person. If they say they'll negotiate, they won't. If they say there doing you a deal there not there just lowering price on one thing and raising it on another. They seem to have forgotten that they're a JUNKYARD with used rusty old parts. Found the same part online for the same "smoking deal" price but brand new. This is not a one time occurrence either. Unless you have a classic car and can't find it ANYWHERE else avoid this place.
