We forgot to run our mower down to empty before storing it for the winter. They fixed it in an hour and had it good to go for $80. Great service great time and overall happy!!!

I had a great experience, searched for the part I needed in the auto recycling database. This yard was the closest available. Called ahead before making the drive. They had the part ready at the counter. I was in and out in 2 minutes.

I contacted them about selling g my car. 99 Accord. Not in the best shape but had new parts and a tow package. $50 with title. I know they are in to make money off of used vehicles but that is a complete rip off. The tow package alone is worth $150. Get real Reply to your response. The vehicle isn't broke down. It runs. It requires a new clutch to be on the road. My wife determined we weren't going to replace the clutch. I also found other places that said over $300 because it does run. So once again, proving you ripping g people off and your incompetence. I will be happy to add the text conversation to prove it.

Ewww I called this place and the guy who answer the phone would not even let me tell him what I needed he kept interrupting me park light front light, real light God I don’t need none of those. Your absolutely right I didn’t/don’t know what the actual piece is called but if you would’ve just listened and let me explain to you what it was then you would’ve known what I needed or was looking for instead of rudely interrupting do all your customers know the exact name of the exact piece they need or do people explain it sometimes

Great service, and great price! needed a trunk lid and a door. Within minutes they looked it up and we were in the yard pulling the part.

The people that loaded the part into our car were super nice and friendly. However, the used car part we bought didn't work and the 30 day warranty they give won't help you get your money back. Just don't waste your time or hard earned money here you deserve better. Look somewhere else for used car parts.

Rude and apathetic manager; extremely overpriced. Went to get a dimmer for my Civic so they took me out to the junk yard to a really old knackered Civic. I knew how to take the dimmer out so I borrowed a screw driver and had it out in less than a minute. It had been out in the weather for what looked like ages (there was no doors on the junked civic) and was really difficult to turn. I thought "No matter, I can resurrect it with parts from my old one; it'll probably be really cheap!". No such luck... they wanted $25 for it. I told him I could get one in perfect condition for $10 on eBay and he scoffed and said "yea right, you do that then. You're gonna pay more than that for shipping." I told him shipping was free on eBay and he said that it wasn't worth it to sell it to me for $10 'cause he had to pay the guy who took me into the yard and took it out of the Civic (ignoring me when I told him I removed it myself or the fact that it took me less than 5 minutes to walk out there, remove it, and walk back; that's less than $1 of labor). He then proceeded to ignore me and started dialing the telephone; didn't want to even try to negotiate. I'm now holding one that took only 2 days to ship from eBay, and cost $9.95; it's even the same color and looks brand new! I will NEVER go to M & R again and I will do my best to make sure all of my acquaintances stay away from them as well.

Rude and EXTREMELY overpriced. It's literally cheaper to drive to Tucson and back (including my time) than it is to mess with these clowns, and I live only a few miles away from them. I spend literally hundreds of dollars at junkyards every month building hot rods, and these guys get NONE of my business due to their terrible attitudes and ridiculous prices. I would almost pay the premium just so I didn't have to put miles on my truck, but their awful customer service is just too much to deal with. It's like they're having a contest amongst themselves to see who can be the biggest a-hole. Congrats guys, you ALL win.

They have a database that tells you where you can find parts and such if they don’t have them. They answer quick and are super helpful. The part I was looking for was supposed to be in Phoenix but cars get switched out pretty fast. It’s probably a bit better looking for things for newer cars. They also have some cars that are fixed up out front. Pretty cool place that’s been there forever.

Don't waste your time bringing machinery (lawn mowers, chain saws., etc) there to get fixed. They charged me $45 to "fix" my weed-eater, and never touched it. It didn't run after they got through with it. Refund? hahahahaha

Repaired our riding mower and brush cutter at a great low price. Great people to work with. VERY FAST turn around on repairing and loved the price.

I've gone to them a few times and never any trouble. Got a new radiator (yes new, not used) and I'm waiting for payday currently to pick up a used part for my truck. They're quick, efficient, and get you directed to the right place if they can't help you. Just too bad they're closed Saturdays...

Negative stars if possible. Ordered parts for my collision shop for an insurance job of ours and parts were literally beyond junk. They wouldn't even offer any clean up time to pay my employees for there work for the clean up then got cursed at over the phone and was told to never call them again which I will never do with the kind of parts and service they sell!

I found a part (ECM) on line & called Mike. He was very eager to sell it to me. I told him my vehicle was Fed Emission & 4WD. I gave him the part number off of the one I needed. His part number was the same except the last 2 letters. He said the part should work & his product already had the update done that's why the last 2 letters were different. He shipped the ECM in a timely manner & once it was received & installed, we found that it had some codes come up. One was for the "Heater Relay". Well, 1st of all, A Federal Emission Dodge truck does not have a Heater Relay (only Calif. Emission). So, I called my local Dodge Dealer & was informed that once the ECM has had the update, it cannot be done again because it is burned into the unit. Also, the VIN that was programmed into the ECM is NOT the same VIN as the one that was on my sales receipt. When I called him to discuss this, he instantly got defensive & started treating me like I was in the wrong. When he asked what I wanted him to do, my reply was "just issue me a call tag so I can return it". He raised his voice to me & said he would not pay the freight to return the incorrect item. He indicated that I took an electrical part, put it in, & it did not solve my problem, therefore I wanted to return it. Well, We are a 5 star reputable business & to insinuate that I was trying to pull a fast one on him offends me very much. I asked to speak to his supervisor & was told "He" was the supervisor. I then asked to talk to His boss & reluctantly he put me on hold. After a short time, I got the supervisor & explained my situation. This guy even told me that once they have been programmed, they can't be done again & said he would issue a call tag for the return.

Very poor telephone skills. attempted to buy a few items that i saw online and the representative blew me off. first put me on hold to verify item was in stock. then came back on and said he wasn't interested in selling, no other explanation, then hung up...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. BAD SALES EXPERIENCE. they must be doing very good since they can be selective on sales....
