Don’t waist your time with non respect people, today i was asking for some part and the guy on left side he give me a high price so i was trying to to explain him am already found it with batter price and he start laughed in a silly way and seemed to be mocking with his workers !!!!Hey Mr Manger do you hear me ?? If you don’t care about your customers you gonna lose them one by one and you need to haired more professional people they know how to deal and respect the customers not like the joker that you have it in the front desk !!!

Junior is the best. The best organized used car parts ever. Very clean and safe. The prices are so reasonable. Junior can find and Vero the exact fit for your car.

I was trying to get a few price's on parts and was put on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on me 3 times and then when I did get though he couldn't speak English at all and made a rasist remark in Spanish and thought I couldn't understand...

Had me waiting an hour and told me they had the part I need it, after an hour waiting they came out and told me they didn’t have the part aside from that one of the workers was very rude.

Salvage yards are not the place to go for customer service and promptness, or a friendly attitude because they know "if you're here you need us we dont need you".By far this is the worst salvage yard in the city. Ive been to over 30 and my experiences vary. But The manager/owner and the front desk clerks are the worst kind of people. They don't want to greet you in a timely manner. They want to eat lunch first in your face. They pretend like they didn't speak to you on the phone 30 minutes prior. They will laugh in your face while you wait for service. They will try and overcharge with a 200 plus percent markup. By the way they do all of this with a why are bothering me attitude. The worst salvage yard. Don't waste your time here go to Goldust, or a plus, or best, or even Dixie.

Tony was able to find the engine my customer needed quickly, and gave me a great price.

Reasonable prices and they will work with you. Service was good and fast.

Think twice before going there it's better to find other place they will give you lot better price you can negotiate the price in other places

The guys were more than helpful and gave me a wonderful price. They even pulled the part for me and tested it and then offered a warranty. The customer service was wonderful!
