    Customer service was great when I arrived. Would recommend. They do need better parking but worth it. Would could they do about the parking anyway?

    Called about a radiator from Baytown. They said they had 1. Drove to Pasadena and asked again if they had it. They said yes again and to wait a few minutes to pull it. An hour later the guys says they don't have it anymore. How? Sat there wasting time for no reason.

    Biggest joke out there don't try to return a thing to them they won't give you money back definitely won't be going back now out the money I paid for great way to run a company guys

    Called ahead on a Saturday about a fuel pump which they said they had and works. Called again Monday to confirm and they said it's there. Drove 2 hrs only to be told it needs to be pulled from the vehicle. Waited 30 minutes to be told it doesn't work.

    Have done business here twice and walked away satisfied until today. Called before I actually went up there because I got tired of being on hold. Arrived only to be greeted with the same unprofessionalism given on the phone. Enquired about part and was given the same price that Amazon had for the same part but brand new. Told part clerk this and he just laughed it off non caring. I'm a business man myself and the way this employee dealt with me a customer was very unprofessional. I'll take my business elsewhere and advise others to do as well. Deuces

    Came all the way from kingwood because they told me they had the bumper in stock which they didn't and very unorganized. They have no system to show what they have or don't so they basically lie to you. Don't even bother call because if they tell you they have something most likely they won't have it.
