Very poor experience. Will never return. Customer service was severely lacking, there were no directions no signs, and you’re expected to understand what to do with no lights working on the scale and with no audible speaker coming to you on the scale, was not approached when I stood there confused until I was rudely yelled at for not knowing what to do. I brought quality aluminum and random scrap intending to deal separately, but was treated as if that was ridiculous. they are severely under-paying for the value of the metals that were delivered with no explanation ahead of time that they are not separating aluminum from scrap. Please save yourself a bad experience and avoid this facility that does not value you
