    Terrible experience. I ordered and paid for an engine and shipping back in July, it was eventually shipped in September. It was shipped to the wrong shop and ended up in a different state. I had to track it down myself and then had to explain to MG Auto they shipped it wrong and after 6 days they finally acknowledged and made arrangements to send it to the correct address. 3 months after ordering to receiving the engine I was able to reschedule the install and by the time I was able to get it done I was 7 days past MG Auto's warranty to find out the engine was bad and had a terrible knocking. They refused to help, and I had to wait an extra week to get an answer about the replacement I wanted bc the owner was out of the country. He offered to sell me another motor with a 25% discount.Literally I gave them all the time in the world and never complained about how long it took them to ship the engine and when I finally got it installed I found out it was bad. The car I bought it for is still sitting in the shop b/c the MG Auto Part's engine was a complete scam.They also required payment via wire transfer to pay for the engine and shipping. Wire transfers can not be challenged if the product is faulty or fraudulent so they knew when it was sold it couldn't be challenged or reported and then waited over 2 months to ship it to the wrong address. They don't show good business ethic or have quality products they stand behind.

    The reason for this rating is simple. When you order and pay for a part, you should be able to send your client the information needed to let the consumer know when your item is being shipped out. When you are not going to be present Mark, you should make your co-workers aware of any orders going out. You should have to hear "I don't know what you discussed, he is not here." Purchasing an item and paying for it on the 5th and it not leaving for a week is unacceptable. Be upfront about it and don't be untruthful about when it was shipped. And please don't respond with that generic "auto-response" you give everyone who complains.Response from the ownerI apologize on behalf of everyone at MG Auto Part.     I drove from homestead to them and they guaranteed that they had the correct rim for my car. After purchasing the rim and driving back to homestead the rim did not fit my car. We called to see what they can do about it and all they could respond was they would give us a call back which in other words is they aren’t going to do anything about it. I do not recommend this place to anyone

    I highly recommend this shop, I bought a transmission for my car and it works no problem and on top of they the customer service is great and they will allow you to ask what ever questions you have and we'll even let you inspect the car the parts came off of. I highly recommend this place!

    One day I was surfing the web for salvage parts. I came across their website and saw a vehicle rims that I liked, and called in to request a quote. The rep told me he can offer $500 flat for all 4 rims with tires, which they had on in stock for that vehicle. So the next day I decided to hop in the car and take a drive there to purchase cash in had 4 times with rims. I pull up and there were two males outside. Told them what I came for, and was quick to tell me they don’t have those rips he sold them about a month ago. I showed him my call list and the minutes I stayed on the phone with their number which is on the website. They asked me who I spoke to, of course I’m going to remember who I spoke to. So dude had a smirk on this face and took me inside to the manager. I explain my situation and told him that someone the day before told me that these rims were in stock, and I drove 60 miles to find out that they were sold a month ago. They spoke in Spanish and I pretended like I didn’t speak Spanish as well, but that another story. Unprofessional at all levels, complains about their system not updating to accuracy, so who really knows what’s the truth... never again I left to never return.

    I was given the wrong parts and told I was wrong when I ordered what I had called in the first place to confirm they had. I was given parts off another vehicle that was not for the car I was looking parts for. Not a way to run a business. Good luck to them though I see much potential in they're company
