I would definitely recommend checking out nissley disposal before you start giving this place your money. Very poor customer service and trash pickup is no better.They skipped 3 out of the last 4 weeks but pick up my neighbors and then just tell me that they will collect double the next time around. Also this is after having service with them for the last 2 years so it's not like I just started. I am not the kind of person to like trash stacked up in my garage when I'm paying for a service to collect it. Give Nissley disposal a call they will treat you way better and so far have had zero issues with them.

Was with this company for about 8 years. recently moved and called for a change of address and to transfer the trash bin of course. Called the first time was told i’d receive my new trash bin Friday Feb.18.2022. Got nothing, called again and they apologized and was scheduled to get a new trash bin Friday Feb.25.2022. Friday came around again and got nothing. Called a third time and they apologized again and said we’d get the bin NO LATER than Wednesday March.2.2022. Wednesday comes around and we got nothing. Called for the FOURTH time Thursday March.3.2022 to just cancel my service and FINALLY got my trash bin today March.4.2022 AFTER i cancelled my service. This experience was definitely TRASH haha.

I have had a few minor issues with them over the years but they were all resolved satisfactorily.Good Service Overall.I like doing business with a LOCAL company.I hope that the prices will stop going up though! I'm a little worried about all of these rising prices! 😳

No trash service after 2” of snow. Instead of working extra days to get caught up they just want me to accumulate trash for an extra week. Seems like a cost cutting measure more than weather related. I can understand a day or two delay to get caught up but skipping a whole week is ridiculous. Pay some overtime and get the trash picked up.

Order a extra trash can they make me pay for it in advance. and now 3 weeks later after multiple calls its still not delivered after being told it would be 3 times. Great service buchanan shoulda stayed with republic. when they say it’s out on the truck for delivery why didn’t it show up talk about lies and excuses.

Had nearly 2 years at the same price now it's gone up. My trash was missed and never picked up, was told I was not gonna be charged for the missing week, then I end up paying more the following bill. Speaking of bills, I never receive a bill before being charged even though I am supposed to receive a paper bill so I know when the payment is due. Might just start looking elsewhere.

This company is terrible. They canceled our service and disabled their reviews on Facebook after I posted about our awful experience with them. They won’t pick up trash on time and many times they will make customers wait two weeks before it is picked up. Don’t bother asking them any questions at all because they will drop you as a customer.

Missed my trash due to weather they say. Called and asked when the make up day is and they told me they are skipping this week and will pick up next week. I asked are you going to credit me for the week your skipping and it was a stout no. So your going to charge me for service that you didn't perform. What a shame!

I figured they would delete/ report my previous review, so here it goes again! Do they have anything less than a star?! My dad had a huge dumpster dropped off at his house on a Monday. On Wednesday, I noticed that the back dumpster door did not open all of the way because the driver placed the dumpster too close to the house! Mind you he paid for 10 days which is not cheap! I called the 800 number and spoke to Kara. I got absolutely nowhere with her beside her asking me why I called on Wednesday, instead of Tuesday, which would have been 24 hours. She also said that we would be charged $95 for them to come out and move the dumpster away from the house, which should have been done in the first place! WHY DIDN’T YOUR COMPANY DRIVER MAKE SURE that we could fully use the dumpster before they left?! This company absolutely floors me! I got more excuses from this company than blades of grass in my parents yard! They still never came out and moved it even though we spoke to the manager later. Terrible company!! No apologies and no solutions, just excuses. Read these reviews before thinking about doing business with them. It will save you a lot of money! There customer service is trash. Never again!!

Bottom line look some place else for service they are horrible. They don't pick up when there suppost too and that joke of a supervisor is a lier and has more excuses than a person going to jail. I wouldn't have to write reviews if people were doing there jobs right.
