Was doing good business, customers were coming and going back to back. I was there for the lock Smith. They have a locksmith on site that does excellent work and have the most reasonable prices. Need a key programed check him out.

The worst experience ever all the engine returned it three times and they still didn't get it right all the engines were jumped you looking for a good dependable part do not shop here

Didn't even want to give him this one star called this company on the phone about scrapping some of my old equipment he questioned me like it was stolen and he needed to inspect it and he needed my driver's license This is all over the phone and he had never met me I would never do business with this place at all thumbs down to mudd duck auto

I bought a motor from them and literally every wire and vaccum hose was cut. Thats not what I expected for $350. And couldnt see the milage off the car.

I called ahead about a motor for my truck*They told me I could hear it run on the phone* , they said they had one with 129,000 miles for $1250 which was a kind of pricey but I need a motor so I made an hour trip for them to tell me I can’t hear it run, that it doesn’t have a starter on it, you’re telling me you can’t let me here a motor run you’re asking $1250 for? Even for the quick money? Definitely sketchy probably lieing about miles thanks for the wasted time

They have the best locksmith in the midwest plus the mechanic know his stuff. They are a lot cheaper than most shops

I called about a rim for my car and they said they had one. I drove all the way down there from Nashville ill and when I get there they tell me I have to pay for it and pick it up tomorrow. Another 50-60 miles drive the next day. I told them I would be there after work you would think they would have it ready. Poor customer service.

The customer service was very nice whenever I asked for my certain parts I needed they looked it up and got it for me and the prices are the same as all the other places that I called average prices the product was exactly what I wanted and the customer service was seriously really nice really nice guys and they're busy and they work constantly I imagine a lot of the customers can get angry but they still keep up good work ethic very nice thank you CALL IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR PARTS! :)
