    THEY TOOK MY MONEY I bought an engine worth 1600 dollars I paid them the engine was cracked and send it back the same day now they don't want to return my money. I we t to the establishment and they don't want to show their face. This has been over a 4 month and a half

    These people are scammers. I bought an engine that cost 3,500 from them, when I receive the first engine its wrong, I wait another 2 weeks to receive the 2nd engine, I put it in and the timing is damaged. I call and tell them the situation and they say if I can repair the timing it will not void the warranty. I repair the timing on the engine and 2 cylinders have low compression, I call them up and tell them my situation that I need a anew motor and they give me the run around, oh this motor is hard to get, the manager isn't in and they'll call me back. I never received a call back after numerous times of trying reach a resolution. I spoke to someone in February and they were suppose to call me back within a week. I'm writing this review 2 months after the last call I had with them just to show the level of incompetence these people have, if you want to buy an expensive engine and have them give you the run around until the warranty is null then call Nationwide

    Wow, what amazing service and staff this place has. This started from the eBay store and led to me visiting the location since I wasn’t too far. Matt and Junior were extremely helpful and supportive. I’m no mechanic or body expert by a long shot but they informed me with professional and realistic advice. The parts I wanted were professionally removed and ready for me at the door. I even ended up picking up some more parts that I was gonna hold off on due to great pricing! If you ever ever ever need a fender or even a big part (I.e. door, etc) do not be afraid to check with these guys first. Just an amazing experience, thank you again to all the staff and especially Matt and Junior.

    They like to waste people time with their false promises on delivering the parts. I eventually requested a refund on my order and they didn’t issue any refund even though I was told. So I had to go through disputing it with my bank.

    Got an amazing price for two parts I was looking for. The parts were more than 50% off versus other junkyards. Junior made the transaction very pleasurable, very professional and a down to earth guy. Would absolutely do business with the place again because of his customer service and amazing deal.

    purchased a $6500 maserati engine from them, they say they "test all their engines before sending them out" their test is them seeing if the engine turns. im from canada and had to have the engine shipped to buffalo and pay someone to go pick it up. installed the engine did a oil change and found shavings in the filter. started the engine and it has a heavy knock. how do you miss a heavy knock. called the manager moe and told him the issue. all he did was ignore me and say your from canada what are you going to do? so basically what they did was send me a broken engine that they had laying around from a maseriti to show they sent me something. is this a company that you want to deal with ? a company that sends parts over the border knowing its broken takes the customers money and does nothing about it. they dont respond to emails, and when i call moe is never available. its been 5 months and moe will never call me back. EDIT: engine has been ready for them to pick up for 4 months. provided pick up address and they say its my responsibility to send the engine back to them. i imported the engine to canada, i cant import the engine back to the usa for them. also im not gonna spend 800 dollars to send them back a broken engine and hope they refund my money after the way they have been handling the situation, i would be down another 800 dollars. at one point i was told you are from canada i dont have to do anything. PICK UP YOUR ENGINE ITS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY TO SEND YOU BACK YOUR BROKEN ENGINE. they have time to respond but dont have time in the last 4 months to call me back.

    Nationwide did not fulfill my order. I had to call weeks later to ask about it. They apparently had lost it (it was placed online, directly through their web site). The gentleman helping me was very polite and helpful. But the pictures of the replacement were not acceptable (a side view mirror with significant scratches and a spider crack). I decided to cancel my order. The gentleman helping me said they didn't charge me for the order. I later found out they did (I paid via PayPal). Upon calling for the refund at 8:00am (when they're posted hours say they open), they did not answer the phone. At 8:15am the phone was answered but I was told I have to call back at 10:00am when the Accounts Receivable representative arrives. Overall this was a very frustrating experience from beginning to end. While they are polite to talk to, the business operations (order fulfillment, accounts receivable) side of the business is second rate.

    I needed a taillight right away and everywhere I had called before calling Nationwide had estimated time of delivery for “sometime Friday” Even Nissan couldn’t locate one 😩Junior went above and beyond customer service. He located a shop for me that had one in stock and a great price! ! Highly highly recommend!

    We were welcomed with smiles by friendly staff (especially Junior) who quickly sorted out what we were looking for. The place was emaculate, with a unique decor and a beetle hanging off the wall. Only down side was 5 blasting smoke detectors that are in desperate need of battery replacement. They have great prices. I will come back!

    First of all, let me start off by saying that I live in PA and I called many local dealers and auto-collision shops in my area and they were all very unhelpful and quite rude. Perhaps it's because I'm a woman and they assume I don't know any better or perhaps it was a bad case of the Mondays. I found two places--one being NationWide Used Parts -- on a third-party website which advertises car parts. After browsing through the website, NationWide Used Parts seemed to have the part I needed which was a 2014 Nissan Rogue side-view mirror. I contacted NationWide Auto Parts first because they had amazing reviews in comparison to the other store I found on said-third-party website. Everyone raved about the amazing customer service at NationWide and well, I'm here to tell you that the reviews did not disappoint! The service I received at NationWide was stellar. I personally worked with Shawn at NationWide and he went above and beyond to help me. He has the cutest New York accent and I think he is perhaps one of the sweetest guys I've ever dealt with. Shawn's mission was clearly not to make a sale, but rather to make sure that I would have the right product for my car. He took the time to text me a picture while I was on the phone with him, so that I could make sure I was getting a perfect match -- down to the color. In addition to this, he went out of his way to call one of his local dealers and double check that the part he had was an exact match for what I needed, since Nissan's are quite finicky. Once he confirmed all of that, he proceeded with the payment which was very easy. I honestly could not have asked for more professionalism and kindness. I'm so happy contacted I NationWide even if it meant I would have to pay extra to have the product shipped to me here in PA. Truly, I would do it all over again if I had to. Thank you, thank you, Shawn. It was a pleasure working with you and I'll be sure to recommend you guys moving forward!

    We use nationwide auto parts all the time and their is only one person who we ever order our parts with and that person is Kenny he is professional, honest, and always follows through and makes sure to let us know when our parts will be delivered and makes sure they are in insurance quality condition. At first we had a few bad experiences with other sales reps and having parts never being delivered or having parts come and not be in the condition they initially quoted but we are fortunate to have found Kenny he goes above and beyond to ensure non of our previous bad experiences happen again.     Absolute worse parts dealers I've ever dealt with. Bought an Audi engine, was told had oil pan and timing cover damage, when I got the engine the block was broke. Took 3 weeks to get a replacement and the replacement had a number of issues. They agreed to refund me $600 of the $3000 the engine cost, have been waiting 2 weeks for my refund. When I call they hang up on us, they don't return phone calls when they say they will, they don't respond to emails. Horrible customer service and their parts are JUNK. My lawyer is taking over now and we are going for full engine refund.

    Went there this afternoon to pick up an eBay order and I must say it was an easy and pleasant transaction.     Fabulous business!!! Very quick turn a round. I purchased via E BAY on Easter Sunday and picked up 2 days later. Matt greeted me in the showroom and quickly carried the bumper to my car. I am very thankful that this business is only a short 2 hour drive from my home.

    I was in need of a specific rim for one of my vehicles. Having worked in automotive when I was young I called my old contacts who either didn't have it or a connection to get it. I looked up auto parts on the Internet and got Nationwide's 800 number. Within minutes I met Shawn, he found the part, and sent me a picture to be sure. He told me it would be a few days since it was coming in from another facility before he could ship it out to me. While chatting with Shawn I discovered his facility was a short drive for me so I opted to pick the rim up in person. Shawn was great to work woth. Clear communications especially given a delay. Understanding time is money, Shawn offered to have someone mount one of my tires on the rim and if I took the car there to put it on the car. How many people show that level of respect of one's time anymore? BTW, I have never been to such a clean and orderly auto salvage facility as Nationwide - and I've been to many. They had recent model engines neatly packaged and stocked on rows of tall shelves. Even the wrecks were lined up neat and orderly. I will definitely use Nationwide again thanks to Shawn's fantastic service.

    I recently purchased some parts for my Audi S5 from this company , I am located in Florida . Saed help me through the hole process making it really easy to communicate even though we are so far he made it feel like I was around the corner as fas as thrust.     Highly recommend for European used OEM Auto Part buying. They are 18 years in the business and very organized, as compared to other junk yard or used auto part sellers. Very helpful, professional and knowledgeable staff. Location is convenient too. I picked up 2 doors for my BMW and they were in perfect conditions.

    If you like wasting time, leaving messages that are never returned, and being hung up on repeatedly, HAVE I got the perfect place for you! These folks are the undisputed experts! I have called 4 times in the last 24 hours just to inquire if they have these particular parts available. All I have to show for my efforts are promises to be called back and repeated hang ups. After my 6th call I am finally told the car is no longer there and all they have left is a shell of it. A toddler would have wasted less of my time than these guys!

    Scam!!!! Do not purchase anything from this company. They will have you purchase amazon gift cards to get a lower cost because they're running a "promotion" and they take your money and act concerned as if they didnt do anything wrong.... out $700 no money no parts..... thank for nothing

    My spare tire blew out on the highway and I was stranded for a bit. After the tow truck came, I practically had no options at 1am. The tow truck driver recommended Nationwide so I had it towed to their parking lot and left it there overnight. I came back 8am the next morning and was relieved. Shawn was extremely helpful and courteous. I ended up buying spare and Shawn even helped me change the tire.

    Yesterday I had an unexpected experience at a used auto parts store, more commonly known as junk yards. I used the words unexpected experience, but I was more pleasantly surprised of how clean and organized this place is, the staff was kind and knowledgeable from my first phone call to them to the time I picked up the part. Walking into the shop was like walking into a high-end car dealership that really wanted my buisness. Even if the drive is 45 minutes from me, they will always have my buisness.     They sold me a used (junk) transmission on 9/26/13 with a 30 day warranty. It took me a couple of weeks to install, I had a hesitation into drive and reverse since installed, complete failure in 24 days and 826 miles. I sent numerous emails then calls, no response until the "warranty' had long expired. On 12/26/13 they responded (email)and said the warranty had expired, too bad! These guys are crooks, do not buy a hub cap from them!!!

    I run a business retrofitting newer parts into BMW and deal with wreckers a lot. These guys are very professional and accommodating. Unlike some other auto recycling businesses, they definitely pack your parts carefully and will 1 day it anywhere within the country. Highly recommended!
