Was looking for a hard to find rim. They told me they had one that had some cosmetic rust that they would pull for me and let me know when it was done. The other option was to ship a different one to the store that didn't have any rust but it would take two days. I opted for the one they had because I needed now. It took them two days to take off six lug nuts and walk it into the store. I know what you're thinking. I could of just pulled it myself but the point was to have them pull it, save it, and stop anyone else from buying it before I got there. Parts, as fine as used parts can be. Service, about the worst you can get. Don't count on them for anything.I also see the owner actually looks at these reviews. You really should adopt a policy of letting your would be costumers know that it will take you 2 days to do something that takes about three minutes.

Great experience and great customer service. Josh was very helpful offered a refund because the mirror was cracked but we got it figured out together he did more than what would be expected. Very pleased will do business again if I need parts

Place is shorta of organized. Staff seems pretty freindly. Cool car up in the air for a sign. Thier are carts for you to use. Many tires are already pulled off on a rack up front. Seems they have a full service side too.They charge you $2 to get in then take advantage of you during half price day by charging you double. Never heard of that ever. As you can by my reviews I been to many a yard.Prices arent' posted anywhere. Kinda of illegal. At least post most basic parts prices. All other yards do that. You never know if thier playng with the prices. Heard other people conplaining thier too. They claim they can can get them to budge by offering to leave the parts.Most all of the limited number of pickup trucks they were stripped out. Ford Chevys ect all together. They even admitted that. Car section all of one brand of cars are stuffed together (big and small ).Prices are high for even half price day. They said a grill is $35 on half price day, complete door is $120 ish. Truck tail gates are like $120 ish half price day. I went to Joliet You Pull it afterwards. They didn't charge me to go shopping, lot more trucks, and prices were cheap at thier everyday prices.Believe thier prices are even on thier site. They even had new Honda short blocks dirt cheap oddly.

I ordered a rear seat online for my 2015 Ford Explorer police interceptor. When I picked up the item, I noticed that I was missing a few adapters that allow the back of the seat to snap into place. Josh deals with all of their online orders so I was working with him to figure out what I needed. He went out of his way and personally checked out my car so that he could compare it with the vehicle in their yard. He found the difference and had one of their technicians remove those parts. This usually requires 24 hours to remove, but since Josh knew that I traveled 2 hours to get my parts, he had the guys rush this so that I could leave with them today.I want to THANK JOSH and the guys at Neal Auto Parts !!I would DEFINITELY buy from them again !!Neal Auto Parts also has a yard where you can browse and remove parts from their yard, then pay for what your removed.I ended up buying a a spare wheel/tire from there at a reduced rate.This place is awesome and everyone I interacted with was friendly.THANKS AGAIN !!

Ordered a fender 2 1/2 weeks ago put money down, 4 days later get told it’s damaged they want 50 bucks more for another one they found. 12 days later I show up after not being called back after taking my money. Show up to be told this one is slightly damaged. Inspect it and it’s trashed. Not worth even installing. They could have called me the day they received it damaged but no they would rather play with my money as long as they can only to refund it and I still have no parts for car. What a joke

I do not recommend dealing with this fraudulent company.You guys sold me part doesn't work and I paid $350.72 for it and you refused to give me a refund back even though I have the receipt and proof that I purchased it from you. I drove from chicago to you for nothingYou are liars and do not deserve respect.

Found the part I needed online and coordinated with someone there to pay for it and pick it up. Small miscommunication on the timing of the pickup, but they took care of the issue and had the part in my hands quickly.

Definitely one of the better junkyards I have visited in my life!! I will be back for sure!

Ordered parts for my business and they kept delaying the order causing my customer to pay hundreds of dollars in rental fees. When they got the parts they couldn’t deliver them as promised. One of the parts never arrived and I had to end up buying one somewhere else. For some reason Neals thinks they’re some sort of used car parts broker. If you don’t have the part in your yard then don’t try to sell the part! I don’t know what happened to this place! Used to be a reliable place to get things. Now it’s just a bunch of junk that they’re trying to sell at a premium. I’ll make sure they won’t get the business from me or anyone I know. Big waste of my time!

Ordered a part on Saturday that was still in the donor car and needed to be shipped out of state. I was amazed that I received it the next Wednesday. I had a question about the part and received an immediate response to my inquiry as well as a follow up call a couple of days later. Excellent honest customer service!
