    I purchased an engine from them, paid for shipping for a total of over 3000. The engine sold was bad. It costs 2500 for installation of this engine. Ive called several times, talked to a manager for them to make this right & recieved NO response back. Im currntly filing paperwork in court.

    Called to get guesstimate on engine pricing and he mentioned about " their " mechanic. From there the interaction was not good. Vague, curt . No response to question about the mechanic finally say that was a separate business in the back of the property and I would need to drive down there to talk to the mechanic . He's too busy right now. Not the best PR Person for the business. Never drove down there and don't plan on calling there again.

    I had called for a Air box & Tube for my specific vehicle. After talking to Scott on the phone he said he would take a look at what they have. About 2 hours later I had called back and they still hadn’t looked repeated that after another hour and still nothing. Get a call the next day that they found one for my vehicle so I go and pick it up. I get back and put it on my vehicle to find out they gave me the wrong tubing for the air box for my vehicle. Called back and talked to Scott again he then told me I said I only needed the air box and not the tubing and after charging me for the complete set up told me he gave me the tubing for free. He takes down my info and says he’ll try and find the right part. And that was that never heard back from them. As a local business owner in the area I find this service extremely unprofessional and I’d advise to go to another auto parts place and get your parts. It was my first and last time using this place for anything.

    Staff was easy to deal with ordered a used headlight arrived within two days and save me a bunch of money. Keep in mind if you’re looking for auto parts.
