Fantastic shop. Seems like a Ma&Pa. Brett and Patrick, especially (I'm sure everybody is great, these are the two I dealt with). Very friendly and they will take care of you. Brought in an old marine starter battery. Completely dead. They charged it up to give me the reading. Took care of me through and through.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. It is however on the expensive side compared to Autozone right across the street but cheaper than Napa further down the road.

I called this store asking if they could turn my brake drums. They said they could so I leave my drums there. Then I call back a week later and they say they can't do it. Usually Oreilly's are great, but I was disappointed here. This was the only Oreilly's that said they could turn my drums so I drive about 30 minutes to get there, only for them to not even be able to do it. Don't advertise a service if it can't get done.Not to mention that they only have ONE employee who can even perform this service. I would recommend not even advertising being able to turn brake drums if the entire store is relying on ONE person's skills. I couldn't even ask the ONE person why he couldn't turn them because he wasn't there that day. The employee I talked to didn't know why, because again, only ONE employee has the skills and knowledge to be able to perform a service advertised on the front of the building.Usually I don't leave reviews, but I was genuinely disappointed. I had to make a trip of 2 total hours for nothing. Just really disappointed. At least they didn't charge me.

I went to the O'Reilly in angier yesterday. The employees that worked there were extremely helpful in getting everything that I needed. I also bought a steering wheel cover because my sterring wheel is made out of leather and gets extremely hot in the afternoon. I couldn't get it on the steering wheel myself so I went back inside thinking the one I got was too small. One of the employees came out and actually put the cover on my steering wheel himself. He didn't have to do it all. But he did. I work in customer service myself and the customer service those employees had was unbelievable. They were so kind and helpful and went above and beyond what most people expect. I was very impressed by their kindness and helpfulness they displayed. I will start going to this particular store in angier from now on. I've never had an employee of any place be so kind and helpful. I really appreciate everything they did for me yesterday. 💜

No fault of this particular store but the company delivery system has been very slow to deliver parts the past three days. Late parts everyday. Ordered parts for delivery by 2pm. Didn’t show till 5pm. Next day, different pets were supposed to arrive by 730am. Artistes at 430pm. Not happy. Today. Parts should arrive by 2. Nope. Nothing. Don’t promise and under deliver.

So helpful. Went in to get oil. Was able to get in and out quickly.
