I come here alot. I bought these shocks and they ended up being bad. They have numbers on them but they cant refund them without a reciept. Just posting on here to let people know you will not get store credit. It was a 30 dollar lesson for me which is cheap. If you get something high dollar like an engine make sure you save. The. Reciept.

When my mom & I recalled that our exes used Chico Pick-n-Pull for car parts, we gave this business a call. They helped prepare us for the experience from the initial phone inquiries to the check in process and custom map. Because of their great customer service, we brought the right tools, a whisk, some gloves, and old towels to aid during our searches and removals. Not only did we find interior pieces no longer manufactured for our 20+year-old cars, but got our steps in for the day on the huge lot! This was $20.45 well spent, which included the five parts, plus ice cold bottled water with which we toasted afterwards. Usually I don't get good service from another Pick-n-Pull. Hand down the best one for customer service. Try to get early in the morning when they are swamp and the rush with customers.
