Why do they have to be so RUDE??? I came here after seeing the vehicle on their website. I was told rudely that the vehicle isn’t there but I can pay $4 to go in and see if the vehicle is there or not .. He then said that he could be wrong and that they only hold vehicles for 30 days . I said ok since you could be wrong if I pay $4 and it’s not there will you give me $4 back . He repeating himself in an ugly tone . Instead of tricking people into paying to go in they should be updating their website . I’m pretty sure those $4 add up to hire someone part time to update their website . And hire someone with a friendly attitude.

The staff didn’t have to help me but chose to when I was having a not so great day! They let me sell my car, were sooo nice and I really appreciated their professionalism! They offered us waters and talked us through the process. I will definitely be coming back to sell any future cars. Thank you again for being amazing human beings!

It’s pick-n-pull, What can you expect? This location hardly ever updates their inventory of vehicles. Their standard policy is to remove vehicles from the yard 30 days after being placed there. Keep that in mind if you’re looking at their inventory online.

I came in Monday to this pick n pull and forgot my mask. They told me they were not going to let me in without one. But then I see a few people coming from the inside with parts and without masks on. I told the African American woman at the counter why they could go inside without a mask and she said “ this is not up for debate “. The people that were leaving without masks were of white ethnicity. Since I’m Hispanic is that the reason why? If I was to be of a lighter skin shade would I be able to go inside without a mask too? That probably is the case here.

First time looking for used parts here. *Walk in, sign a waiver, pay $2 to get to the yard* Counter staff gave me a printout of where I could find the vehicles I was looking for. The yard rows were all numbered. Fairly clean space, considering it's a scrap yard. I've seen some pretty ratchet sites before, but this one was okay. Take your own bags or boxes or whatever, because they don't have any. Prices were fair. Return policy seems fair enough. Hopefully I won't need to find out. Someone else can write a review on that. Also should be mentioned that there is an autoglass shop on site. I had my Nissan's windshield replaced there for CRAZY CHEAP!! They had my car done in less than two hours and they even gave me a windshield upgrade with a tint up top, which I love because it blocks the sun a bit. DON'T go anywhere else first!!

I love this place. Took us all day but well worth the effort. They have engine hoistes with large tires easy to move around in the gravel

The counter help(if you can e en call it help)was truely unprofessional, truely was more interested in what time it was while numerous people walk right past the pay window, would not recommend to any body

They seriously need to update their online vehicle inventory. I drove from Sac to Fairfield, paid $3 just to find out the vehicle was no where to be found. I was told by one of the reps that after 45 days, PNP scraps their vehicles. With that said, to all future customers, make sure to call before heading to any PNP.

I just got my window fixed and over all I think the price was fair and the gentleman who went spoke with was very professional and nice but his wife who I assume is his wife had some attitude and don't think she should be dealing with customers. She was cold and not friendly at all and I was uncomfortable. If my husband and I didn't have to deal with her our experience would have been great.

Rude service. Unorganized everything. Tire rack was a mess. Without size labeling. Charged double eBay prices no mater how damaged the parts were. Worst pick n pull ever. Don’t go here.

Terrible customer service dude at the front that looks like peter griffin from family guy has a bad attitude towards all customers for no reason, no help whatsover when i let the crew on the forklifts know that one of the vehicles wasnt on a jack stands they just ignored me which is a huge saftey hazard and other workers ignored me too.

This is my first time back to this place in about 10yrs. Some people were just walking in even though there was an entry fee. I tried to find someone to pay bit the people behind me said, "just go in, we never know when their coming back, they don't care." I found exactly the part I was looking for, cheap and came with a warranty, loved It!

Super easy to find the car parts we we're looking for, great staff, easy to get around the lot, and fantastic prices! Office staff not so helpful... Made an incredibly snarky remark to me "If you can't get the part, you can't get the part" in regards to them setting up ALL of their trucks with the leaf springs on a mount, couldn't get it off without knocking down the whole f'ing truck.

Didn't open till 10:45 due to poor management! Called corporate to complain, no success. If they wasn't the only pick and pull within a hundred mile radius with the car I needed, I wouldn't have been there. Hopefully I never have to return to this location. However, staff members were great, just under poor management. A demotion would be too nice, fire him!

Website says that they are supposed to stay open until 6p.m so I'm in the back removing the parts I need to repair my car and at 520 one of the workers comes by with an air horn and says that they are closed and I can't purchase the parts and I will have to come back tomorrow to purchase them without any warning signs or changes in the website because I have been to the Richmond site and they don't close until 6p.m. very disappointed

They have staff who know what they have in their inventory as far as vehicles are concerned. I've been up there several times now ( always try to go more than twice before giving a review) and every time the staff seemed polite. They have a pretty good selection of vehicles in my opinion.

I saw that they had a vehicle available online. I drove 45min to yard. When I went to the specified location of the car it was nowhere to be found. When I went back to the office they told me that they only keep cars for 30days. It does not say that anywhere on the active car listing. They also never pick up the phone so I was unable to verify if they had the car like I usually do. They also would not refund the entrance fee which is only $2 but I feel they should have out of principle. Very upset.

I was not happy with the cashier in the front he's a white male about 300 lb kind of like 511 and he was very rude I gave him the money on the table and then he decides to throw the receipt at me like I was like whoa why you throwing the receipt at me, he said, that doesn't matter keeping the distance. you don't have to throw the receipt so that's why I'm giving the Moran one star he's really rude and I don't think he should be working there

Pretty good service and all the people are friendly. Only problem I've ever had is bringing in my own parts to compare but they don't allow that which I get. Overall though it's cheap and pretty well maintained. My cars a little lower though and driving through their parking lot is a pain

Make sure you know exactly what service you need if you call because the customer service/communication is some of the worst I've felt with. Oh and don't miss a call for pick up! They'll stand your car out there for weeks. Wouldn't have bothered if I didn't have to. Poop.

LOVE visiting to get parts here, although some would say the less you come the better since you wouldn't want to constantly repair your vehicle. Well, here is my go-to place for used parts for my car and it seems almost always they have exactly the part I need! Plus, seeing all the cars mechanics as you search for your part is pretty neat for some car people.

For what it offers, it's a good place to do business when you are trying to repair a car that doesn't have a lot of retail value. When changing out the starter, a brand new part plus labor can easily total out a car worth less than $1,000. But, if you only pay $39 for the starter out the door, and change it yourself... Pick & Pull worked fine for us. -Bring your own tools -Ask questions You'll do fine.

LOVE THIS PLACE ..... but.... Employees must be loaded 😧 for a self service place they make paying for the product a task they don't know how to communicate amongst each other to make check out easy they told me to place the tire in a certain area and then told me to pay in a different area the girl at the register I guess you would call it had an attitude and told me she couldn't see the size from across the way ... but the man told me to leave the item there I don't know why the man didn't just tell me to take the item to her in the first place. in stead of having me place it on the counter in front of him then to her and carry it back to him to have him mark the tire ... you know he could have stepped out his box to mark the tire.... it's ok though I fixed my car and hopefully I won't have to use their services again until they have a new team 👍
