I came in Monday to this pick n pull and forgot my mask. They told me they were not going to let me in without one. But then I see a few people coming from the inside with parts and without masks on. I told the African American woman at the counter why they could go inside without a mask and she said “ this is not up for debate “. The people that were leaving without masks were of white ethnicity. Since I’m Hispanic is that the reason why? If I was to be of a lighter skin shade would I be able to go inside without a mask too? That probably is the case here.

So it's 450 pm they close in 10 minutes. I'm simply grabbing a battery which are located right there by the front cashier . This dude tells me they're closed at 4:50 . I say you close at 5 then he says we close at 430 pm . Which is a lie .I'm like so I can't grab a battery which is literly right in front of us and pay and go and he says you ain't coming in this building period . Good bye . WOW GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE PICK AND PULL. Guess 5 pm has now been alterered and you just lost $$$. Would of been less then 3 minutes with time to spare . Apperently the big guy at the door has no idea what customer service nor make a profit for his company means . I drive all the way from Rio Vista for this . Never again .

My husband found the parts he needed for multiple cars he's working on. He used the locator on the website, and it told us exactly what they had and was 100%correct.

I saw that they had a vehicle available online. I drove 45min to yard. When I went to the specified location of the car it was nowhere to be found. When I went back to the office they told me that they only keep cars for 30days. It does not say that anywhere on the active car listing. They also never pick up the phone so I was unable to verify if they had the car like I usually do. They also would not refund the entrance fee which is only $2 but I feel they should have out of principle. Very upset.

Went find a specific car as shown on the website... was not there!! I asked the desk and they were helpful enough saying it might be gone but I've never had that happen at a pick in pull!

Great customer service. Must call to verify if vehicle is still available. As they only hold it for a month at a time.

My husband was about to checkout and noticed he forgot the door panel screws, had asked the cashier if it was ok if he can put the door panel away and come back n get the screws, he said he'll have to charge him extra for the screws, Wow!!!

Horrible place. Inventory is not updated. Employees recruited from post office and dmv. New parts online are only slightly higher . F+
