A wide range of cars but makes sense why a lot of vehicles are still intact with parts the pricing is horrible. I would rather you crush the vehicle than charge me $15 for a small plastic interior moulding, just imagine if you really needed something plus after doing all the labor sad situation. I recommend your local yard over this money hungry chain.

Worst experience ever. I pulled my own part out and they charge me retail when I can order it online for $20 less than what they were selling it for. In an auto parts store, they were charging me $10 extra for brand new part with warranty and I didn’t have to go out in the cold and pull it out myself. Not clean, parts everywhere, Basically a tragic mess in this location. I have been coming here for over five years and today will be my last.

Dear Mr. pick n Pull. You team assured me they would arrive 3/12/24 between 8-12 to pick up my car. Fasteard to that day and here I am sitting around my house waiting. Not leaving even though I have things to do all because you guys gave me this time frame. 1:15pm I call and come Tom find out YOU rescheduled the car pick up without notifying me. No text no email. No call. I WASTED more than half my day only to find out it was rescheduled after I called. You have no decency and no respect whatsoever for your customers.

Great times can be spent here! Look at their website for your cars availability and they will give you a row # and go shopping like you’re at the grocery store. Nice and organized for a junk yard. Only tip I have is to get prices individually for components so you can get a feel for pricing. Sometimes it’s a steal and there’s wiggle room to bargain, just be realistic.

Went in for a radiator assembly( missing cap and fill plug, severely covered in dirt) & got charged 140$ when it cost 120-160$ brand new for the car it was needed for. I hate these set prices because they make no sense. Why spend 140 for used and abused parts when I can spend the extra few dollars or the same amount and get it brand new ?! Ridiculous. I walked out laughing because it was unbelievable to me. Total waste of time

To expensive considering you have to go out and pull your own parts. They charged me retail for a part I could of got brand new with warranty. I had to buy it anyways because I needed it and already put the labor in to get it in an unsafe dirty yard where everything is trashed and a mess to walk around in. Those set prices suck. Been coming here for 5+ years and won’t be coming back.

So I can't say enough about this junk yard love the way the cars are setup on steel wheels.makes it much easier to get the parts you need .I recently purchased a trunk and hood from here but unfortunately they were not the same color as my car not a big deal was gonna paint them. but I went back to drop off the core for the trunk I removed and noticed that they recently got in the same exact car and same color I have. so I asked if it was possible to exchange the parts I purchased for the ones that actually match. I was told that I could as long as I had the receipt and I had not removed the markings that were on it to prove it was from there. luckily I had not and still had my receipt then I proceeded to take a look at the parts. unfortunately the hood on it was damaged but the trunk was in mint condition so I was able to do a even swap for it with the one I had already purchased and went on my way no extra $ or anything like that I love this place !

I went for a battery and tires. They didn't have the energy tires that I needed but they had an almost brand new battery for a third of the price of a new one. They were also running a sale and I ended up getting nice leather seats for my wife's car. They have nice, knowledgeable staff, supply carts to wheel around your tools and have a good inventory. If you don't mind pulling your own parts, you can score a great deal as long as you bring your own tools.

Awesome junkyard set up well. Lots of walking because of how many vehicles are here before they hit the crusher. Inventory tends to rotate to keep fresh parts vehicles around. Always worth the walk, even if just looking for random stuff

Total waste of time first they couldn't help me with moving the car a little bit to get the part I needed then after I managed to literally lift the car by hand and move it the wanna charge me more for a beat up part that what it is brand new not mentioning the teenage boy they got there working has no helping skills at all never getting my business again

So I go ti get 1 thing for my car and 2 items for my GF. Mine wasn't available. Someone got the light assembly. My GFs needs were there. I couldn't tell the model so got the vin to verify with Nissan. I don't know my GF Vin so have to wait for her lunch. Hours from now. So waiting to get a vin so I can go back and get what she needs. Then get asked to have my bag searched cause I was empty handed carrying a tool bag. Last time I checked tool bags aren't light when you have the tools you need. I had a conversation with the 2 employees before going to look. Amazing the thought that you"d think a Disabled Veteran would steal from a junkyard. When he came with a bag of tools which weren't free. Lucky I need the parts.

Kid behind the counter had no clue what he’s doing. I pulled of a air intake cover off a Dakota not even the tube just cover tried to charge me $41.00 for it, my uncle pulled a latch off a hhr he tried changing him $47.00 for a latch brand new one from gm is $68.00, no manager on duty to speak with we both told him no thanks not paying that. He then took the parts threw them in the trash. Left went to another local junkyard same parts paid $5.00 for the intake complete not just cover. My uncle got his latch for $10.00 wasted roughly hr of my time pulling parts looking etc...... never again will I go here. Go to the pick n pull in Cumberland she’s willing to help customers with prices not just throw parts in the trash!!!!!

Called before we went to see if they had what we needed. Told us they had a seat that would be compatible. Not only did they charge $4 to get in they didnt have what we needed. Told us they had 3 vehicles with compatible parts and only had one and it was not compatible!

Better than nothing, I guess. You're better off to head up 146N and go to Sam's Pull-a-Part in Auburn/Worcester. They will use a loader to put a vehicle on a sturdy cradle if you need to work underneath the vehicle. They will also use the machine to pull an engine, trans, or whatever(provided you have it all involved and ready to go). No sign of anything like that at Pick-n-Pull. Just some rickety carts and scary looking hoists. Prices aren't that great either. If you feel like taking a road trip, go to Joe's Easy Pull in New Ringold PA (I'm going next Fri.) 12,000 CARS! A few years back, I found a 99 Outback with 55,000 miles on it (Yes, 55K). They pulled engine and trans for me and loaded it in my truck. $340 out the door!

The staff is friendly and it is very easy to find the specific car that you are looking for. The cars are easily assessable. I saved $50 dollars on a used seatbelt assembly by removing myself from a junked car.

Good service most of the time get what you need and I like the fact that you can do it yourself reasonably priced for used parts that I just like new for some of them but usually find what you need

This place is on of the worst junkyards ive ever been to. The setup is nice, but they jack prices way up and dont keep a good inventory of older cars. They even charge you 2 dollars to go in the yard even if its pooring rain out. They sell old junk tires that have wear marks from being driven on flat on the sidewalls and dryrotted tires for like 30 dollars a piece. These people dont know how to keep return customers. Ill stick with Henry's from now on.

I bought headlights for 98 explorer. The guy who checked me out charged me double. Should have been $24.99 for both headlamps for each side. I was charged $25.00 each. $100 bucks when it should have been $50. I even checked their website, part pricing and it's $25.00 for both headlamps not just 1. I got screwed.

Went there for parts and they charged me just to put my feet into the yard. I paid and looked around and asked if they had the parts for my particular car and they told me they don't have any kind of car like it, but of course they didn't tell me that until AFTER I paid. They then refuse to refund my money and tell me to go on a website and wait for the car to come in so that I can look for the parts. Pretty nice scam.

I was highly impressed; this was by far the most clean and organized auto salvage yard I've ever been to, and I've been to many a junkyard. Someone was actually sweeping the floor of the main building! There is a bathroom cleaner than most restaurant bathrooms! The yard is just as organized, and the best part is, you can check their inventory online and find out what row(s) your target vehicles are located. You can borrow carts to tote your tools and parts around in the yard. I searched for parts for three vehicles, and scored quite a few parts for the oldest one, a Volvo. Prices are very reasonable. The only negative: it's slim pickings for 1988-98 full size Chevy/GMC pickup trucks. The yard only had three K2500s, and all three were former R.I. Resource Recovery (a/k/a landfill) trucks that were caked with mud and dirt and had few usable parts.
