Went to purchase a strut for my car was given the wrong part. When I called I was told I could bring it back. I ended up having to pay almost double for the correct part I needed. When I called to let him know I ended up getting sick and couldn't back there next day and he had the nerve to say to me and I quote "I deal with Covid everyday and I love it"smh terrible customer service. Not fair I have to lose out on money becaue he can't take responsibility for messing up and giving me ne the wrong and this was just before Christmas, I can see if it was the right part and I didn't need but not the case. I will not recommend this place to anyone

I came down for a bumper from NH, they didn’t have the specific one I was looking for, but gave me a better quality and more expensive one for the same price I was going to get the other one for. They were also closing but still pulled it for me since I came from far away. They do have a 4% card fee and no refunds like other negative review say, but is very clearly stated and seems reasonable to me. I had a good experience

Although the store had a strict no return policy, the owner kindly provided us with a credit for the parts we had bought but later discovered were cheaper at the OEM dealer. After discussing the matter with management, they issued us a credit for the price difference. We look forward to continuing our business with such wonderful people.
