I'm a parts exporter and I called this place because they had 6 transmissions I was interested in. I asked the "gentleman" on the phone if they shipped parts and he quoted me an outrageous price for shipping that was more than the cost of the part. Undeterred by a challenge I went on to explain that I wanted all of the 2015 accord transmissions they had listed on Car-Part.com and was told "I'll pass, I don't have time to pull 6 transmissions, we're too busy". Too busy to sell parts? Are you a salvage yard? You're in the wrong business if you're too busy to sell parts, that's your whole business model.

By far this place is the BEST, I drove two hours each way from Groveland, MA to pick up 1.8L Corolla Engine. Best Price, Best Mileage, Best warranty and Best Quality I ever seen on used Engine… thank you Jonathan. I will be back to do more business with you Sir.

If you want to be treated with respect don't shop here, we were looking for a piece for my car we called once and they had the piece, two days later we called again to make sure that the piece was still there so we can go and pick it up because i live almost 2 hours away and the Owner catches the worst attitude because we called twice. You don't treat your costumer like this.

Not worth wasting your time to travel there , if you live over 5 mins from them!No manners !No curtesy! These guys took a deposit and when we went to pay and take our transmission after traveling over 2 hours, they said they wouldn’t accept any form of payment except cash. This was never communicated to us when we made the deposit on the phone using a card .My bank wasn’t around this area and atm will only give me $500/day .I drove 2 hours back home with no transmission. When I asked to use the bathroom, he showed me the bush to go there and ease myself .I wondered if this was part of the America we live in!I wish I could give them a half star, for their efforts in making people travel from afar to no avail

Spent 1,000 on an engine that only came with a 90 day warranty. I also paid labor to install the engine just to find out it was no good. After about a month the engine began overheating rendering it useless… When I called, I was told I would have to return the engine in order to get a new one. I just paid 1,000 not including labor for the first one. How would I be able to pay someone to remove the old one and return? Not to mention labor again for installing the new one they’d give to me. Don’t go here.. waste of time and money. Why would you sell me a bad engine?? Why not check your parts before selling them.

Bought an engine for my 2014 Chevy Cruze here on Mar 24th, had it in and running by Monday Mar 29th. I've put about 1500 miles on it and its been flawless. no issues or hiccups. Intake and valve cover were damaged, but i had them from my old motor. things happen when cars get wrecked i guess. Came with a 1 year warranty and hopefully i wont need it.Its a junkyard, those guys have to deal with a lot of people who have no idea of what they want/need. yeah there attitude could've been better i guess. but i got what i needed, quickly and it works as it should .EDIT: over 10K miles on the engine, still no issues. I'd say it's a good one. Completly happy with Capital City.

These people are dirtier than pigs, they will tell you a price on the phone and you for pull it the part off the vehicle, once you bring the part to the desk they be like " OH I'm going to check online how much they go for" And raise the price drastically. Apparently they're money hungry. They did this too many people that I know.

Haven't received the engine I purchased from out of state yet. However dealing with whoever I did over the phone seemed like a pretty straightforward dude. Helpful good prices and quick service what more could you ask for?

Ordered used side skirts for my car, what they had shipped me was side skirts for a completely different car. Not very satisfying considering they have a no returns policy.

The Sales Manager at the Johnston location, really hates his job and life. I contacted him about a part, he claimed they did not have anything available. Website shows the part, I contact him again and provide part #. He confirmed it was available. I asked him why he told me there were no parts for this specific vehicle. He did not have much to say, besides "I am done talking to you." And refused to help me further. I asked to speak to the manager, he said he is the manager. LOL DISGUSTING. I rather pay more and drive to Henry in Blackstone. This guy is ready for retirement like 20 years ago.
