Zero star if I can. We arrival here 10 mins before they close and they won’t not let us in to check and see if the parts still on the car so we can come in the morning and remove it. The check out line is all the way to the back we would have been gone before they even finish with the check out line. The big guy here in the pic is the one refuse to let us in.

This worker is very rude, incompetent in general. Every time I visit he changes prices (always overprices). Always argues with me (even though I am a mechanic with 20 years of experience).

Came to see the tires, and our friend recommended that we check their place, the man with the beard was so disrespectful to us, yelling to go and sign first, we went but the lady told us to go ahead if we were the customers. He yelled at us again to go back. It was so strange, it’s just a junk store I’m not going to get out with tires on my back to sneak out. We ended up just leaving and never coming back. Worse experience ever!

THESE CYNICS HAVE GONE CRAZY. THEY USED TO COST $1 TO ENTER BUT NOW IT'S $3. THEIR PARTS ARE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN AMAZON'S. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM.

The worst place in speak and pool in Kansas City. Missouri winner wrote their manager at people. She agreed with to sale the parts. That what's more money and she's racist I have approved and witness on that

Wife's car was in a bad accident. I called Pick-n-Pull to schedule a drop-off. The guy on the phone clearly didn't work at this location because when I got there (with the car on a tow truck) I was told the vehicle purchase office was closed on Sundays and they couldn't purchase the car today. They then told me to drop the car off on Fitzgerald in front of their back gate. Well the car was stolen overnight. Rancho PD found the car the next day about a mile up Sunrise parked on the sidewalk. Pick-n-Pull did end up purchasing the car but the entire experience was a mess. I don't blame the employees here, they tried to help me to the best of their ability. I mostly blame the call center for giving me wrong information.

3$ to get in, is as crappy as that bullshit waver that you have to do so you can go locate the part that you need and remove it yourself. And then when you finally get your part to the register, they'll charge you just about what the part could be purchased from AutoZone. Go if you have to, but remember Planet Auto is free admission.

I purchased a few parts and we were told it is refundable however the parts didn’t fit so we returned it and front guys were not professional and behave a little awkward and didn’t refunded us they gave us slip credit which we can’t use it obviously it was a one time purchase. They need to refund customer back in the same way they are charging. Be careful when purchasing from here.

More expensive used parts than other locations. Staff is focused on being a Poindexter vs helping you find parts or save money. They pretend their costs went up when food went up so everything is $5 more, now things like hood shocks or smaller items are cheaper across the street where they pull them for you or on ebay. Unless you need very big items wait for the deals or have the recycling rd people pull them its a better deal and you get a warranty. This location went downhill. Especially since now there is one entrance and one exit instead of multiple exits it funnels you through the tire area forcing a big circle to get you rhw side yard while lugging hundreds of pounds of tools. Idk who set that idea up but your brain needs retrieving, no longer a customer oriented place, i pick u pull on Stockton is much better

Although I was not permitted to get my part since I will not wear a mask. I was still allowed to at least go look to see if the part was available. I paid my $2 entrance fee. Thankfully I was able to hire a person to later go back for the part I needed. I was a regular shopper for many many years. I've not been in about a year and a half. Now I buy from EBAY & Amazon or other places online. Today was great, I saved $800 by getting to shop here one more time...

So far it's annoying. I was sent to the far pick n pull. I parked way far walked into the office with 4 people nr center at their registers.. no greeting.v. I walked up to the kid and said hello he just stares at me . .. I said I needed to sell my car he then just walks to his right. I follow. He grabs a copie of a map . Then walks back . Said I had to drive around. No courtesy. His parents didn't teach him any manners. So I drove around... They are much more helpful. But the young bendejo in the back is talking loud enough that I can hear him cursing, and talking ghetto to his boss in the back in the computer. Then walks out to talk to the guy helping me. Using bruh among other incoherent and ignorant speech . Then walks back . So I'm waiting in the room. To see if they will buy my car....

We paid our $2/pp entry fee to a girl who wasn't quite as friendly as the girl we checked out with but it was quick and painless. Finding the inventory online ahead of time helps but they are also great about pointing your in the right direction for whatever car you're looking for. The online information for cars in stock and their location was accurate. We found 3 different cars with the same part we needed so we bought all 3 in case one didn't work. My husband came home and put one in and out worked just fine. Now he has 2 spares. With our $2 entry fee and the 3 parts we spent $25. This was the cost of one brand new part on Amazon that was from an iffy brand. So we're glad we took this route first.

Were it not for the rude and completely unhelpful employees, they would have been deserving of a higher rating. 20 people in line to check out, 4 cashiers and they had 2 on the front and 2 on the back. The 2 on the front were literally standing there doing nothing. No one coming in and when one did, they barked out, you need a mask! I get it, rules are rules but they took joy in being rude about it! This yard has gone downhill for months now and if there was an alternative, I would never be back. Avoid this one until the figure things out.

Got here at 5:33pm they won’t let you in they don’t want your business don’t waste your time at this location. They claim Their website says admission until 5:30pm 5 lazy people just sitting in the front doing nothing but refusing to let customers buy what they need because of 3 minutes past their non posted time here on google maps! Will never come to this location again they lost a repeat customer at this location probably all locations.

I've used Pick and Pull forever. Thief customer service for a salvage yard is excellent. I was helping my son with a project car and they had everything we needed. Prices are really reasonable and they have a good return policy if you part doesn't work out.

I'm a full-blown grease monkey. Which surprises, well, a lot of people. Pick-n-Pull is a toy store. I can get lost in there having fun. Every car, every make, every model. I can definitely find things there that I can't find in an auto store, or I just can't see myself paying for at an auto store. Like a front passenger window. New is 599.00 pick n pull was a 1/4 that price. Staff are friendly, and helpful "inside". As far as being "outside." ;) play play play play. Wear your mechanic suit, put on your gloves, bring your tools and go at it.

The number and the aisle just don't get it. If you had a diagram of the land. and the aisles were printed on it .it would be a lot easier . All you had to do is circle the area where the vehicles are at. that be a lot better instead of searching for the cars throughout the whole yard. Your number system just don't match up.

I was very impressed with the front desk staff at the Rancho Cordova location. They were all very nice/friendly and 1 young man in particular, was very helpful. It was towards closing time and the line was long. He did his best to get customers taken care of quickly and efficiently. I've been to yards like this before and staff are typically rushed and not interested in helping very much.

They have a regular yard and a premier yard at this location. Not sure what the difference is, but it's $2 to get into both of them. They have substantial sales on holiday weekends. Like 50% or 40% off. Staff are pretty knowledgeable and very friendly. They seem to enjoy working there, which rubs off on their relationships with the customers.

So for what it is it's ok. I liked it because I could take my own tools to get the parts for my car that I needed. I didn't like that it cost $18 dollars to get in. I also didn't like that the parts cost almost as much if not the same price as parts I could get new online. I'm sure the cars are all salvage and that they are making a fortune on these things but they could try and be more competitive with pricing. Other than that this place is pretty cool. Like an automotive treasure chest.

Great service very helpful looked up the matching part of course drivelines have a lot of options.. I was able to find a matching one and on my way out at the purchase counter they marked it and case it didn't fit I didn't know you can return things out of the salvage yard very impressed I live in Nevada City on my way back now to return the part and get the right one I hope I get the Great service again thanks Gabriel and Pick-n-Pull
