We went Sunday and purchased a set of wheels and tires and the price sheet online said plainly 90 dollars for the set of aluminum wheels and tire package. We go to pay for these and the woman told us 128 dollars which made no since not to mention she charged us a 9 dollar fee for the disposal of the tires in which we we shouldn't have been charged bc we took the rims and tires with us I asked her about the price sheet and she looked at me as if I was stupid and as if she had no idea what I was talking about but then said no we charge 128 for them but couldn't explain the 9 dollar tire disposal fee So we were way over charged so I asked to speak to a manager but one was not on duty and I can't seem to get anyone to talk to me about this and it's not setting well with me at all. So if your in management there please leave a number on here for me to call so I can discuss this situation with you please. I would appreciate it.

Grandpa and dad was at your yard today picking parts for my car found everything we needed walking back to the building my grandpa lost his balance on a rock and started to fall and ms Krystal the girl taking some pics of the cars caught him before he touched the ground. Wish I could give them a zero! Very rude lady on the telephone when attempting to sell them a vehicle. She would notlisten to anything you told her. She would only talk loud to you and was very arrogant and unhelpful. She had attitude that was not desirable to want to do business with them and she also only offered half the price of what I received down the street from UAPI.

It was a great experience my son got everything he needed at a reasonable price

I would just like to say the two new girls who bought my car are killing it even though the loud rude looking lady with the braids could take service points from the other little girl I come to do business I look forward to seeing her smile make conversation and laugh and be true about it. It’s not forced. I will definitely come back to see her she’s made me and my friends and coworkers feel appreciated and that’s what good service is

Can I just say that the new little girl with the tattoos is the perfect person for that job. She was so kind helping my boyfriend today sale his car. And drop dead gorgeous! I honestly believe that she should deff make a career of this her customer service skill we’re through the roof! Thank you ms you were so amazing

Overall I appreciate what they're are doing. Amazing experience for someone who isn't an everydayer mechanic.I do have to say prices aren't really that great considering your spending all your time to get what you came for. I'd say they're a 20-25% over most things worth the trip.Although I do say cool experience to make you appreciate the small things in life and to be an imaginative mind.
