I called here to make an appointment and was helped by Vicky. She was excited to help and listened to my issues. Even better she was able to get me in same day so that was helpful considering the Chevy dealership in my town had a 16 day wait time for just diagnostics. While we were there they realized there was a air bag recall on my vehicle and took care of it as well as my other issues. I was very pleasantly surprised by the care and attention to detail. Lewis Towing really saved me today.It was a torrential downpour in Louisiana & my Porsche got a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon with everyone closed around me. They came to get me within an hour and was so helpful and sweet and calming.My car needed to be towed about 170 miles to Baton Rouge. I had no way to get there with my friend and my service dog. He managed to find a very sweet couple to drive me and my friend and dog to a hotel in Baton Rouge.These people were not only professional in every way possible but compassionate and warm and really sweet people. They flatbedded my car all the way to Baton Rouge in a driving torrential rainstorm & then called me to tell me all was good to put me at ease.You could never ask for a better company & better service.
